Bruce Winfield and Richard Tschauder have joined Defiance Capital Corp. as president, CEO and director, and vice-president of exploration, respectively. Winfield was previously vice-president, exploration, for Greenstone Resources. Tschauder was previously an independent project manager. Conrad Swanson has joined the board of Swift Resources Inc.
