I am writing to thank you for this donation to Howard University. Without these funds, I will not have had the opportunity to participate in the graduation ceremony, after years of hard-work in the classroom. Your donation has made a huge impact on my life, and I really appreciate your help.
I am an international student, who came to America to seek better education. I always had a passion for economics growing up, and I was excited to advance my education at a prestigious University like Howard University, where I could learn a lot about economics, public policy and advance my knowledge in the field. Coming to Howard University has helped me achieve this, taught me a lot and made me better prepared for the future. With a 3.6 GPA in the Economics masters program, I believe I have learned a lot and I am grateful and excited for what the future has to offer.
With your donation, I have been able to graduate with my peers, and participate in an occasion that most people (myself included) consider to be one of the most important times of their lives.
