We’re all about biscuit magic at The Ministry of Biscuits and our icing artists are wizards with a piping bag (who needs a wand)? Biscuiteers have been responsible for the recent creation of not one, but two Harry Potter biscuit collections.

We worked with Uber Eats and Robotproof to create the ‘Wizarding World Holiday Trunk’ for a partnership with Warner Brothers in North America. The project involved over 3,800 working hours and over 112,000 biscuits baked!

Our icing experts also worked their magic to create magical mementos for Warner Brothers at their Harry Potter studio tour in London. We created iconic characters and symbols from the wizarding world including: Hedwig, Harry’s iconic glasses and Christmas jumper.

When Dior announced they were taking over Harrods to launch The Fabulous World of Dior, we jumped at the chance to create a bespoke collection. Running with the theme of gingerbread we designed a collection inspired by the fashion house’s iconic pieces. We iced nearly 20,000 biscuits, packaged in a co-branded illustrated tin which were served in Café Dior and available to purchase in store.

We partnered with Uber Eats for a second year running as part of their ‘A Very Grinchmas Kit’, creating an immersive AR experience kit as an exclusive Christmas gift for Uber One members across all 50 states in America.

Packaged up in a fur lined box (green of course!), the kit featured a Whoville backdrop and cocoa instruction book. As part of the experience, recipients were able to build their very own Whoville inspired gingerbread house, courtesy of Biscuiteers. The gingerbread house kits also included three charming hand-iced Grinch themed biscuits.

Overall our team put together 5000 kits, baking a whopping 105,000 gingerbread biscuits, 15,000 iced biscuits (which required an incredible 2kg of icing!) and 20,000 packs of sprinkles.

Biscuits right at home with

Knight Frank needed housewarming gifts for their customers at their Notting Hill branch, so we adapted our iconic Portobello Road box to create a memorable experience for new home owners!

The Women’s Prize for Fiction wanted to make a splash with journalists and influencers, so we recreated their shortlist in iced biscuit form.

How it works

Icing events

Our corporate icing classes are the perfect team building activity; whether it is for a special event, seasonal occasion or workplace wellness, we have a range of experiences for you to choose from.

We can host icing events at our Notting Hill or Belgravia Icing Boutiques. Alternatively we can come to a venue of your choice, or host virtually. Led by one of our expert icers, it’s a fully interactive session during which you’ll master all the techniques from The Ministry of Biscuits.

We hosted icing workshops at a press & influencer Christmas event at a luxury boutique hotel in Marylebone.

Bringing Biscuit Magic to your store

Beautiful biscuits deserve perfect in-store presentation. Our team can create seasonal biscuit builds to help bring a bit of biscuit magic whatever the season. Previous big biscuit builds include gingerbread replicas of the Waldorf Hotel, the Selfridges Christmas window, Harrods and Nespresso.

We teamed up with Harrods this Christmas to create a magical festive collection. This included an exclusively-designed DIY Gingerbread Palace inspired by Harrods’ historic Knightsbridge headquarters and a biscuit big build starring Ethan the Christmas bear and all of his friends!

When Nespresso saw the Biscuiteers Après

Ski biscuit collection, they reached out to partner for the launch of their new Seasonal Delight Spices coffee. Biscuiteers crafted a custom biscuit collection exclusively to sell in Nespresso boutiques. Biscuiteers also designed and executed large - scale biscuit builds at each boutique.

Spreading biscuit magic, sustainably

At Biscuiteers we’re taking steps to reduce our carbon footprint and are committing to being carbon neutral by 2030. Here’s what we have achieved so far, as well as some big ambitions for the future.

Our gifts don’t cost the earth

We’re really proud to say that all our letterbox biscuit boxes and delivery boxes are fully recyclable.

Any individually packaged biscuits are wrapped in a biodegradable cellophane to minimise our use of single use plastics.

British partners

We’re proud to work with British partner brands and keeping our sourcing local and artisan where possible is a key part of our commitment to sustainable practices.

Sustainability at the Ministry

All of our biscuits are made at our Wimbledon HQ, The Ministry of Biscuits and we track our carbon emission to monitor our impact on the planet. We’re proud to say that our yearly emissions are at 202,000kgs which is less than a single flight from London to New York! We also encourage greener practice with our team and have a Biscuiteers greenhouse, with a gardening committee and a ‘grow your own’ veg scheme. 88% of our staff walk, bike or use public transport to get to work and we take part in the cycle to work scheme as well as having our own fleet of bikes for staff to use!

Greener deliveries

Our Letterbox biscuits are a greener way to gift; being able to fit through the letterbox means that your client doesn’t need to be home to receive them, so multiple deliveries attempts aren’t necessary.

Also for any London deliveries, we use the Biscuiteers electric van!
