Xell is an innovative and agile partner for the biotech and pharmaceutical industry that provides highly efficient solutions in cell culture technology. Since our formation, we have maintained a dedicated focus on cell culture media development, and have continuously strengthened our proprietary technology. A broad range of successful projects throughout different applications in biopharmaceutical production has helped us to gain a reputation as a reliable partner for the biotech industry. We have been working with recognised (bio)pharma companies including BeiGene, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Sanofi, as well as CMOs and SMEs to improve their process efficiency, yields, and quality in biopharmaceutical production.
Production In 2019, our new production site for certified dry powders and liquids was established, enabling us to massively up-scale production to 1,000 kg powder/ batch (≈40,000L liquid) and 1,000 L liquid/batch. In this context, we are already successfully manufacturing our OTS media in addition to customised products, which include media, buffers, medical products, and more.
