The Installation of Wind Speed Sensor The wind speed sensor needs to be fixed on the cross arm and mounted on the air rod. Many types of wind poles exist, and a common type of drop test pole that can be placed by connecting three metal tubes is usually used. The seven-core and 12-pin plugs installed above the cylinder at both ends of the cross arm are used to connect the wind speed sensor and the wind speed sensor, respectively. A 12-core cable plug is placed under the cylinder at one end of the cross arm to connect the 12-core wind cable at the collector. Install the wind speed sensor in the following order. 1. Assemble the Wind Speed Sensor Read the sensor instruction manual prepared by the wind speed sensor manufacturer and assemble and disassemble the packaged wind speed sensor according to the instructions. The wind speed sensor is then mounted on the corresponding crossarm in the room. 2. Assemble the Wind Speed Sensor Rod A. Install the articulated support on the base of the air shaft, adjust the level and fix it with two M20 nuts; B. Arrange the three round metal rods in the order of ground thickness and thread the wind speed sensor cable through the articulated base 3. Install the Wind Speed Sensor A. Install the base fixing the wind speed sensor on the top of the wind rod. B. Install the wind speed sensor on the base on the top of the air rod. If the crossarm is flush with the ground, the crossarm is north-south. If prevailing winds are to be considered, the Angle of the crossarm to the ground should be calculated so that the wind speed sensor can point north. 4. Install the Surge Protection Device
