Terry has been at the forefront of digital for the past 20 years. In the 90s he designed a number of award-winning multimedia titles for Dorling Kindersley before becoming head of the digital team at the company that is now DigitasLBi. In 2000, Terry became the head of design at Vodafone, where his team was responsible for delivering a range of global digital services. Terry founded Seren in 2003. Seren was one of the world’s first specialist Service Design agencies and has developed many of the tools and disciplines that are now widely adopted across the ‘omni-channel’ world. In particular, Seren has pioneered Functional Branding, an evolution of traditional branding theory into the area of service innovation and functional design.

I’m happiest when… I’m making dens in the woods with my three sons.

@Warren_Cowan

The innovation that’s excited me lately is… automating SEO for retailers, and profiling and segmenting customers based on their social behaviour.

Warren founded digital marketing agency Greenlight in 2001 and takes an active role in directing the company’s 110 strong team and global growth. He was shortlisted Entrepreneur of the Year at the National Business Awards in 2010 and named in the Growing Business ‘Young Guns’ list in 2011. Warren is also a regular commentator on the industry, having been featured by Media Week and the BBC amongst others. Under his direction Greenlight has diversified its portfolio with a training division, SEO and Paid Media solutions for SMEs and an eCommerce solutions service. In 2011, following two years R&D, the agency launched Hydra, a proprietary SaaS performance platform.

@WilHarris

I’m where I am today because… if you take enough big risks, by the law of averages, some of them have to pay off.

Wil Harris joined Condé Nast UK in March 2014 as Head of Digital, where he is responsible for digital strategy across all of the publisher’s iconic titles. He was formerly the Co-Founder and MD of ChannelFlip Media, one of Europe’s leading YouTube multi-channel networks. ChannelFlip produced awardwinning web series for established talent including Ricky Gervais and David Mitchell, and for digitalnative talent including Alex Day and Dan Howell. ChannelFlip was acquired by Shine Group in 2012. Recognised as one of Broadcast’s Under 30 Hot Shots and Media Week’s 30 Under 30, he is now depressed about being 31.

The agency has won The Drum’s Digital Census Elite Poll and has also been named a UK Top 100 Digital Agency by Econsultancy. 65
