Table Tennis Join the Billings Parks and Recreation for Table Tennis this winter at North Park in our inaugural season. In partnership with the Yellowstone Table Tennis Association, this program is open play and all skill levels are welcomed. Singles, doubles, practice matches, challenge matches, and friendly matches are all offered with 6 tables available. Please bring your own paddles and wear suitable shoes and attire for a sporting event. Tables and ping pong balls will be provided. *Times and Dates are subject to change based on gym availability*

Cornhole Billings Parks and Recreation is excited to offer one of the fastest growing games in the world, Corn Hole! Although the popular lawn game has also been called “bags, sack toss, or bean bag”, and is primarily played in the summer months outdoors, come inside during the winter months for a fun recreational activity. The six week winter session will be open play and self-officiated. This is a noncompetitive recreational activity and is welcome to all skill levels. Teams will consist of 2v2. Registration closes on Friday January, 15th @ 12:00pm. Location Cost Age

Adult Piano Class Have you ever wanted to know what it feels like to fill the room with music? Join Billings Parks and Recreation’s first-ever Adult Piano class. Participants will learn the fundamentals of keyboarding and reading music while in a group setting. No instrument required as Billings Parks and Recreation will provide keyboards. This class is being presented in conjunction with the Billings Music Teachers Association.

Discovering Nutrition Join us for a nutritional minute. We believe in the benefits of combining nutrition and fitness for a healthy lifestyle. This class will cover a variety of produce, how to cook it, and it’s nutritional benefits. Some classes will feature demonstrations and taste testing!

Oil Painting If you have always wanted to try oil painting, join us for a fun and informative class for beginning painters. You will explore different painting techniques and styles while trying your hand at landscapes, flowers, and animal subjects. Using class demonstrations, you will learn two-point perspective, preliminary sketches, and composition to help elevate your painting skills. A supply list will be available for those new to oil painting.

Kids in the Kitchen Make a mess this winter in Billings Parks & Recreation’s kitchen! We provide young chefs the opportunity to find success preparing their favorite dishes. Safety is important during this class and kitchen etiquette is taught to ensure each participant is safe. Each day of class will have its own theme and will build on the lessons learned in the previous week. Bring your creativity and appetite for this exciting class.

American Red Cross Babysitters Training This American Red Cross blended learning Babysitters training class may be just right for you. Online course allows you to do video work when convenient for you. The course walks you through skilled scenarios. Registration will close 1 week prior to the skills test date. American Red Cross First Aid CPR/AED Training

OSHA approved online blended learning class from American Red Cross. This 2 year certification allows you to complete the online portion at your own pace and convenience. Just come to the skills test to complete your certification. Registration will close 1 week prior to the skills test date. You will be contacted by our instructor with more information once registration closes regarding your study materials. If these dates don’t work for you, give us a call and we can set up a time that works for you.
