INGREDIENTS


1-SPICES


3 Tea Spoon Salt


3 Tea Spoon Black Pepper


3 Small Spoon Red Pepper


1 Small Spoon Chili Pepper


3 Tea Spoon Thyme


3 Minced Tomato


2 chopped Potato


2 chopped Onion


2 Minced Pepper


2 Table Spoon Tomato Paste


1 Kg Of Minced Meat


1 L Water


Half a Cup Oil


RECIPE


We put all the ingredients on a tray.














We mix all ingredients.



Finally, we put 1 L water.



Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for two hours.

EGGPLANT TRAY KEBAB (PATLICANLI TEPSÄ° KEBABI)


EGGPLANT TRAY KEBAB MATERIALS (MALZEMELER) • 4-5 eggplant ( 4-5 patlıcan ) • 750 grams of ground beef (750 gram kıyma) • 5 tomatoes (5 domates) • some salt ( biraz tuz) • 4-5 pieces of onion (4-5 kuru soğan) • 5 peppers (5 biber )


FABRİCATİON (YAPILIŞI) - Slice eggplant in the thickness you want (keep in salt water for 20 minutes ). (Patlıcanları soymadan i̇stediğiniz kalınlıkta dilimlere kesin, acısı çıksın diye 20 dk tuzlu suda bekletin)


-Mix all the ingredients for the meatball and knead well. (Köftesi için olan bütün malzemelerin hepsini karıştırıp İyice yoğurun.)


-Put meatballs and eggplants in an order.You can add sliced tomatoes and peppers to the empty parts.

TURKISH RAVIOLI


Manti is one of my favorite Turkish traditional dishes. Manti is very popular and common in Turkey. It takes time to prepare, but it’s really worth of your time! You should try it to taste a real Turkish flavor.


INGREDIENTS 3-3 ½ cups flour 1 egg 2/3 cup warm water 1 tsp salt to taste Filling: ½ lb ground beef 1 onion, finely chopped/shredded ½ tsp salt to taste ½ tsp black pepper


In a bowl place the flour, crack the egg and add the salt and water. Then knead till you get a firm and smooth dough. Knead for about 8-10 minutes. Make sure to make it firm to flatten easily later. Cover it with a damp towel or cloth and leave for a rest (15-30 minutes). Meanwhile in a plate mix all the filling ingredients and set aside. Divide the dough into 2-3 pieces, take one piece and place on the floured counter. Cover the rest of the dough. Then with a rolling pin flatten the dough as thin as you can (as thick as the ridge of a knife). Then, cut it with a knife or roulette into ž inch (1 ½-2 cm) square pieces.



Then place Âź tsp filling over each square.


Then stick the both traverse edges diagonally, by pressing with your finger tips. Do the same procedure for the remaining dough.


After putting them together with fingers, we put them on the tray. Then we throw in a 180 degree frying pan and wait for the cook.



Finally, we add meat juice and cook on the oven. And ravioli ready. Bon appetit..
