Lerbäck Theater celebrates 20 years with a new production of Astrid Lindgren’s Rasmus på luffen (Rasmus and the Vagabond), welcoming the audience to the theatre’s own open-air stage.

Car & Bike Meet

Great vibrations are in the air when Askersund is filled to the brim with gleaming vintage cars, custom builds, and motorcycles with rumbling engines. Dormy Open – Golf

Askersunds GK hosts the Challenge Tour competition Dormy Open. Dormy Open is the second largest golf competition in Sweden in 2023 and around 100 international and 50 Swedish players will compete. www.askersundsgk.com

Swedish National Orienteering Championship for Veterans

Go cheer on the 700 some participants in the Friday sprint race in central Askersund. On the other days, the competitors start at Stenkällegården in Tiveden. More information: www.visitaskersund.se
