An easy 40-mile ride from Longmont or Boulder, Colo., across the plains and farms, then two five-mile loops down a lane lined with fruit trees and on Apple Valley Road outside of Lyons (with a stop at the Stone Cup for some caffeine!). It’s beautiful rolling terrain; a great recovery ride.
