It was instantly attractive to be able to access a professional installation service that protected my interests. The website itself was extremely easy to use and self-explanatory. I also received support from the Protected team, so when we were in a position to meet with the installer there was already a certain level of trust as they had crossed the quality threshold.”
Through Protected, Lizzie was able to input the details of her project and generate a summary of costs for consideration. Our kitchen is exactly how we imagined and the process from beginning to end was seamless.”
“From my perspective, Protected is an excellent service. The huge benefit is the fact that as the homeowner you have to sign it off, you need to be happy with the work and that is a great form of protection,” Lizzie concludes.
