Gira DCS Mobile Release 2 - The current Release 2 makes mobile door communication from Gira even more convenient.
The upgrade enables: Automatic image capture: a photo is now automatically taken when the doorbell rings and stored in the image memory bank to review at your leisure. The DCS app boasts a generous memory, able to store up to 200 images on a smartphone for keeping track of multiple new visitors.
Remote camera portal: you no longer need someone to call at your door to connect to the camera. Instead, you can open the app and monitor your front doorway whenever you feel the need: even remotely! PIN-free access: it is no longer necessary to enter a PIN to open the door and gain access to a building. This option can be set by the user very easily using the Gira DCS mobile app and when used in combination with the Gira Keyless In-entry System, users can gain access via a preprogrammed fingerprint reader able to manage up to 99 individual finger identifications.
Call-forwarding: using the Gen2 mobile app, it is now possible to activate call forwarding so you can decide whether new doorbell activity should be forwarded to your mobile phone, or not.
