Tell us a little more about your work history?
My work history involves customer service experience with both the public and retailers.
How do your first impressions of the BiKBBI differ from before you joined the organisation?
It’s a brilliant organisation and does so much good not just for installers but the public too. I wished I had known about the BiKBBI before I worked here as I’ve had a bad experience with a cowboy builder, it was hilarious and expensive!
What would you like to achieve in your career?
I don’t have a plan but I hope in my career I can be the best I can and grow with the organisation.
And your personal life?
In my personal life I’d like to see my children achieve their goals and dreams. I also plan to do more things outside work that challenge me.
Tell us a bit more about your personal life, marital status?
I’m married and my husband is feeling a bit outnumbered right now as we have 2

gorgeous girls, 6 guitars, 2 ukulele, a keyboard and new neighbours!
Major life achievement so far?
Life achievement? I climbed the 3 peaks last year; it did give me a seizure and I broke my front tooth but I did raise some money for charity!
What would be your perfect weekend?
Perfect weekend? I love going to places I’ve never been, although I always loved crewing for my Dad on his small sailing craft … great memories.
Favourite holiday destination?
Favourite holiday? Thailand I hope as we go there soon, I’ll let you know how it goes … 5 weeks and counting. A Suzuki Rhino

First record purchased?
You can ring my bell, Anita Ward
Favourite movie?
Road House, Patrick Swayze
Tell us your three desert island discs?
I’ll Be Around by The Spinners, All This Love I’m Giving by Gwen McCrae, & Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong
Favourite all time sporting moment?
Torvil & Dean - Bolero, my heart was in my mouth.
Who makes you laugh?
Usually whatever nobody else is laughing at! I like Carl Pilkington, when he moans it’s hilarious. We have lots of laughs and banter at work, I never dreamed that one day I’d end up with a nickname like Eddie?
What makes you cry?
Christmas adverts, they get me every time.
Finally, do you have any unfulfilled life ambitions?
I’d like to see more of the world, & maybe one day cross the U.S. in an R.V. or on a Harley Davidson.
