Steve Smith and I would like to thank everyone for sharing their positive thoughts about and their feelings for the National Health Service by articulating them into verse for this e-book. They will help counterbalance the poor publicity that the NHS has received recently. We are also grateful for the permission given by all, through contributing, to share these with the world. As editor, other than a few bits of punctuation and spacing, I have tried to be true to the original contribution. I hope you like what I have done in creating this e-book. However, I would like to apologise in advance if the liberties that I have taken when formatting the verses for this e-book, I have offended the writer of their verse; it was not my intention. The advantage of a digital version of a book is that it can be added to and we have a plan to do so for a short while. So, if after reading the incredible verses in the e-book, you would like to share your thoughts and feelings in verse please submit them for inclusion in the second edition: http://butnhs.wordpress.com/2014/05/20/big-up-the-nhs-with-a-verse/
