12/3/20 UPDATE ON COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) Throughout the pandemic, Bigos Management has continued to monitor guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) as it pertains to the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Based on the guidance received, we have made the tough decision to further limit our services. We do not take these decisions lightly. We are taking these actions to keep our residents, prospective residents, and employees safe. •

We are only responding to emergency work orders beginning at the close of business Friday. Any non-emergency work order submitted will be completed when it is safe for our staff to do so. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Maintenance staff has been instructed to utilize their personal protective equipment when taking care of these emergency work orders for their safety. We kindly request you wait in a different area of the home while we complete your maintenance request. Our office remains by appointment only. Please help us practice social distancing, and use an alternate contact method to talk to our team: • Email us at <<EMAIL>> • Call us at <<PHONE>>, extension 0 Amenities remain closed. Executive order 20-99 which resulted in Dialing Back activities to aid in the control of Covid-19 remains in effect. As a result, pools, fitness centers, theater rooms and community rooms will remain closed. No changes to package delivery. Our office will continue to not sign for packages. If you are not home to accept your delivery, please contact the shipping company for pickup instructions. If your community uses a Luxer Package Room or Package Lockers, there are no changes from last week to how packages are received.

As a reminder, we continue to offer FREE online live fitness classes partnered with Studio9to5. Pre-register for a class by visiting Studio 9 to 5’s class schedule online at https://bit.ly/381xTZS. Select any class marked for “Bigos”. Here at our community, we will continue to monitor this situation closely and will continue to follow guidelines from the CDC as they are released. This includes ensuring our cleaning vendors are doing the same. We have also asked team members to stay home if they are not feeling well. We continue to respectfully request that masks be worn in all common areas. We highly encourage that all residents continue to monitor this situation and stay current with advice from the CDC and public health officials.
