Karpuzoğlu produced Yoghurt and Halva with Cheese, its special dessert, completely with manual labour in those times that it was founded by Hüseyin Karpuzoğlu in 1931. In one or two years, “Biga Dessert with Cheese”, which is the family’s traditional dessert, took place in their product line. These products produced with only manual labour became locally known and demanded foods in time and became a brand. Karpuzoğlu, which adds “Kemalpasha Dessert” to product line in following years, started to become mechanical with increasing demands. As Karpuzoğlu; We are presenting our products such as Biga Dessert with Cheese, Kemalpasha Dessert, Profiterole, Halva with Cheese, and Yoghurt in packages appropriate to food regulations with modern and hygenic production methods. We are using salt-free cheese prepared with the best daily milk in Biga, egg, flour, semolina and baking powder for Biga Dessert with Cheese, Halva with Cheese and Kemalpasha Dessert. Our products do not contain any additive and preservative ingredients. Besides, we are the only firm to produce, pack and put profiterole balls on the market. Enjoy your food!
