Red Money Tree Sculpture, Steel on Metal W:45.72 H:31.75 D:30 cm 2021 Eman Santos

Red Money tree sculpture made with welded metal coated with paint, it is symbolized the wealth which moneybearing trees indeed bring such feeling of bliss and happiness. In Chinese philosophy of harmonizing everything with nature, or commonly known as feng shui (literally means wind-water), for you to attract prosperity, luck, and abundance, you need to put a symbol that represent those non-physical energies. This is the very reason why, in some businesses, you will see some objects representing wealth and the most common was, of course, the money tree.

Autumn Softness Painting, Acrylic on Canvas W:40 H:30 in 2022 Gayle Faulkner

Beautiful colors and textures invite the viewer in to relax as they gaze at the reflections on the pond. Take a moment to sit amongst the flowers and inhale the soothing yet invigorating feel of autumn. The pond at our farm is a wonderful place to sit in the quiet of the evening and watch the changes that happen as the light diminishes. This Textural Acrylic painting is painted primarily with a palette knife using acrylic paint and gels on a gallery wrapped canvas.

Sip Some Rose Painting, Watercolor on Arches Paper W:11 H:12 in 2022 Jeanne Rietzke

Playing with the reflection of the shoreline and sunset in a glass of rose wine, I was intrigued by the abstraction and reflection of color. In this painting I added some metallic watercolor paint creating a slight sparkle in the right light. My works are influenced by light, water, shapes and color.

Enforcing boundaries can be a difficult thing. Friends, family...the world! Everyone wants you to be something that fits their narrative. Something not you. Something they can control. It can tear you down but, you must, "...walk on, walk on with hope in your heart..." Inspirations: "Tell Me The Ghost" by Tom Gallo and, "Today," by Zero 7.

Horsewoman Wood Art, Acrylic on Wood W:39 H:26 in 2022 Lauren BC Robinson

Horses were my life from the age of 4 until the age of 21. At 21, I completely shattered my spine and pelvis in a tragic accident. The doctors told me I shouldn't have lived. Here I am. They told me I’d never walk. I walk. They told me I could certainly never ride. It was 12 years until I had the courage to get on a horse again. During those years, horses never left me. Even when I wasn't physically with them, they remained with me; and I didn't feel entirely alive again until I got back on a horse.

Rebirth Painting, Acrylic on Canvas W:76.20 H:101.60 cm 2020 Saranda Kalaveshi

This is the second installment in a series that, conceptually, came to me several weeks after the COVID-19 pandemic began building momentum. At that time, I realized that the quarantine wasn't going to be a quick and easy two weeks, but would actually last (what seemed to be) indefinitely longer. I felt that I needed to view that time in isolation as a blessing, and use it to continue exploring my self-reflections and who I wanted to become; ultimately, it was a time of reinventing my wheel.

Dunraven Bay Mixed Media, Mixed Media on Board - Wood W:50 H:70 D:3 cm 2021 Kim Marin

A very emotional commission and not the typical „holiday beach“. But Dunraven Bay is more than just an ordinary beach - it is a very special place to my client and also a very special creation to me. A place full of memories and moments with a family member, who keeps on living in their memories. That’s why I put all my heart into this project and recreated this uncommon, special seascape of Wales (EN) into a Mixed Media 3D Painting. This painting (70x50cm) is a recreation of a beach called Dunraven Bay in Wales - England. It is a painting which reminds of a diorama by its 3D landscape. Modeled from a plaster mixture, painted with acrylic paint, poured over with resin.

Archival pigment print on paper, signed & numbered verso. Edition 2/10 Dreams and imagination provide fertile ground for artist to delve into self-reflection or share a vision. Plus, there is an element of enchantment that unites all such images, along with the capacity to connect with the viewer in deeply profound ways. They seem to arise from a collective consciousness we all share for they feel deeply personal, fantastical, beautiful and often a little disquieting … suggestive of other times, other places, other worlds or simply the dream roused, but not woken.

Fallen Painting, Acrylic on Canvas W:121.92 H:152.40 cm 2019 Taylor Monroe

This painting, Fallen, remains one of my personal favorites specifically because of the creation process. While listening to a playlist of Maroon 5 songs, I found myself alone in my apartment, painting near the balcony doors with the city sparkling in the distance. I pulled out my art supplies and the largest canvas I had ever purchased at that point, and I let go of the intimidation I had previously felt staring at that massive blank canvas. The colors began to appear as I listened to the music, and an image of a fallen angel transformed before me.

Chinese ink, acrylic, 3D paint and Posca pens. Inspired by the automatic process, intuition & chance. The process of the ink suffusing into the paper & it’s uncontrollable bleeding, speaks of the merging of identities and cultures. The act of the pen & paint, a moment of control, echoes how we as humans seek control within our helplessness.
