1. CHAMBLEE PARK: Mixed-use development on 30 acres near

I-285 and Peachtree Boulevard consisting of 417 townhomes, 370 apartments, 28 single-family homes and 10,000 square feet of retail space. The developer, Thrive Residential (a subsidiary of Toll

Brothers) expects to complete the project in 2024.

2. ASSEMBLY YARDS/“STUDIO CITY” (Former GM

Assembly Plant): Gray Television—a digital media and broadcasting company headquartered in Atlanta—will turn the former General Motors plant site into what company heads are calling a “Studio City,” the largest mix of Hollywood meets mixeduse in Georgia. The project will turn 128 acres into at least 10 film studios, apartments, townhomes, a hotel, corporate offices, restaurants and retail space.

3. CHAMBLEE PLAZA: A nearly 20-acre retail center dating back to 1960 located on Peachtree Boulevard in the heart of historic

Chamblee, GA. Tenants who opened early 2020 include TJ Maxx,

Home Goods, Five Below and Rack Room Shoes. Publix delivering

Fall 2021 along with an additional 8,000 SF of shop space.

4. THE KESWICK: Luxury apartment community consisting of 198 units along with restaurant space at street level featuring Five Guys

Burger and Fries and Karv Kitchen.

5. PARKVIEW ON PEACHTREE: 45,000 square feet of street front boutique shops and restaurants as well as 10,000 square feet of loft office space and 503 multi-family units.
