• Review of active and sold inventory as well as recently expired properties if applicable. • Review average days on the market for the active, pending and recently sold properties • Discussion of positioning your property to attract buyers which is linked to discuss and define the best Pricing Strategy for you. And yes, there is more than one pricing strategy.
