B usiness
Hotel proposed near Airport, Gokul Road Hubli is designed of approximately 100 rooms with a banquet hall, 2 conference rooms,party hall and lawn , all day-resturant and a skydine with other recreational spaces like gym, swimming pool, spa and indoor play area.
CONCEPT The building is oriented towards north-south direction ensuring the maximun amount of natural day-light and ventilation.The rooms have balconies designed to reduce the amount of heat gain at the noon time.

since the winds blow from south-west to north-east the pool designed towards the south-west brings pleasant breeze into the site ensuring the cooling effect. the rooms have prominent views in and arouns the site. the party lawn outside the banquet such that that the shade of the buildings around falls on and make it a comfortable space in the daytime to move around.

The project is segregated into four parts i.e the three types of housing based on income-high income group middle income group and low income group provided all basic amenities and other public spaces namely:anganwadi,community hall,workshop spaces.
