Remove the battery from the ebike.

Locate the 2 screws located in the down side of the frame, next to the bottom bracket.

Remove the 2 screws.

Locate and remove the 3 screws in the front of the bottom plastic case.

Remove the 2 screws that fix the connector to the frame. Removing the bottom plastic case will be easier.

Move the bottom plastic case up until it is completely separated from the frame.

Any manipulation must be done with the battery and system disconnected.
Locate and remove the 2 screws that fix the battery lock plate.

At this point, the battery lock plate and the lock can be released from the frame.

Locate and remove the 2 screws that fix the controller to the frame reinforcement plates.

Locate and disconnect the plug that connects the controller to the BATTERY (white plug).

Locate and disconnect the cables that connect the controller to the MOTOR (BLUE, GREEN and YELLOR cables and 6 pin plug).

Locate and disconnect the cables that connect the controller to the TORQUE SENSOR (3 pin plug).
