Business Description Our client is a Wisconsin-based non-profit organization that works for underprivileged children to help them enroll in the formal education system. The non-profit receive funds and grants from corporate and child sponsorship programs and their student and donor data were managed on workbooks.
Business Challenges The client relies on funds, grants and volunteers to keep things moving. They often deal with donors who make short but valuable donations but never hear again from the organization. They had people working on various projects at the same time and gaining transparency into operations was becoming challenging. We received the following requirements for the custom CRM solution: A student portal: where students can view courses and events and see the history of courses and applications. A business partner dashboard: to streamline information to partner organizations for events, webinars, internships, scholarships, and grants. Create additional fundraising streams, manage research and develop partnerships with corporates for their CSR initiatives.
