To find out the presence of starch in the given food samples of A and B by using Iodine solution. Aim: To find out the presence of starch in the given food samples of A and B by using iodine solution. Requirements:
Test tubes, Iodine solution.
Procedure: Take 1 ml of foood sample A and B in separate test tubes.
Add one drop of Iodine solution in bothe the test tubes.
Observe the colour change and record.
Indication : Appearence of dark blue colour indicates the presence of starch.
