Caregiver Of The Year Award Ceremony

We have changed the date of the awards to start off our Convention. The Educational Events Committee wanted to invite the award recipients to our Annual Opening Reception. So, please join the OKALA Board of Directors, Tuesday, August 22nd as we recognize our front line hero’s in our industry. As well as the oldest assisted living resident(s) in Oklahoma. Trade Show Admission And Drawings

 The Trade Show will be held in the Main Hallways & Exhibit Hall.

 You will need a badge to attend ALL convention activities.

 Vendors not associated with the Trade Show will NOT be allowed in the exhibit hall area or the OKALA Convention.

 Convention attendees can register for prizes donated by exhibitors at their participating booths by providing business cards.

 Winner names will be drawn and announced at the 3:30 pm break on Wednesday, August 23, 2023.

 “Best Decorated” Booth Contest will be announced at the 3:30 pm break on Wednesday, August 23, 2023.

 All Winners MUST BE PRESENT or will forfeit their prizes.

Trade Show Game

One Attendee will have the right “KEY” to win a Prize Worth over $500! Thank you to our Sponsor: BOOMER SOLUTIONS

 Each attendee will receive a Wonderland Vendor Game Card.

 They will visit EVERY Vendor on a scavenger hunt to answer riddles and fill out their Wonderland vendor cards.

 Once their Wonderland game card is complete, they will exchange the card for a Key at Booth #14.

 A Representative from Boomer Solutions, the Trade Show Game Card & Prize Sponsor will draw the Winning Key at the 3:30 pm break on Wednesday, August 23, 2023.
