Registration Information
Full Conference Pass fee includes ALL education sessions on August 22nd, 34rd, & 24th, materials, events and meal functions as outlined in the program, Invitation to “Down the Rabbit Hole” Tea Party, hosted by the OKALA Board of Directors, admittance to the Trade Show, and entered into convention door prizes.
Daily Registration fee includes Invitation to “Down the Rabbit Hole” Tea Party, hosted by the OKALA Board of Directors, education sessions, materials, events and meal functions as outlined in the program ONLY for the Registration Day Purchased. Wednesday “Track” Registrations will be entered into a door prize applicable to your “Track”.
Name Badge Requirements
Convention Attendees and Trade Show Vendors are required to wear their official name badges during the convention to access education sessions, events, meal functions and the tradeshow. Anyone without a proper badge will be asked to leave the event. Non-exhibiting vendors/suppliers are not permitted to attend; they are not permitted to be on the OKALA Convention premises; leave promotional materials; and/or solicit attendees during the dates of the convention. If they choose to do so, Hallway & Trade Show Monitors will request them to either register or leave the premises. This will be strictly enforced. Code Of Conduct
As an attendee participating in one of OKALA’s Conventions/Seminars/Training Courses, OKALA’s Board of Directors has established expectations that avoid the risk of unacceptable behavior at our educational offerings. Our board values integrity, honesty and fairness and strives to integrate these values into our teaching and business activities. To enable all participants to have the same opportunity for a healthy professional community/environment , OKALA expects that everyone that attends an OKALA sponsored event has an individual responsibility to act professionally and to treat other attendees in a respectful manner, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity, race, disability, religion or sexual identity. CONVENTION SAFETY/INFECTION PROTOCOL
Any attendee, vendor and/or guest participating in one of OKALA’s Conventions/Seminars/Training Courses in person, should recognize and acknowledge that there is a risk of contracting COVID-19/Flu infection. OKALA requests that anyone that is experiencing flu-like symptoms or know that they have been exposed to someone that has tested positive for COVID-19 to stay at home and avoid the risk of infecting others. OKALA can not prevent, nor are they responsible for such risk of infection to any person who chooses to attend an in-person Convention/Seminar/Training Course.
Recommended Dress Code
The appropriate dress for the convention is business casual. However, participants are encouraged to bring a light jacket or to dress in layers to accommodate varying room temperatures. Please remember that comfortable shoes will be helpful since you will be walking throughout the convention center and tradeshow.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in ALL areas of the Embassy Suites Oklahoma Northwest Convention Center. Please smoke in designated areas only.
VIDEO TAPING & CELL PHONES
Video Recording of the educational sessions is prohibited. Violators may be asked to leave the session. Continued violations could result in expulsion of convention.

If you must take a call, please leave the meeting room.
