4X4 drive on the south coast and turn north on the winding mountain road to the Fjallabak Nature Reserve. This will be a very scenic drive through a spectacular volcanic landscape. LANDMANNALAUGAR is the pearl of central highlands and is situated in a valley between colourful mountains at the dark edge of the rhyolite lava field Laugahraun.
