Bethany Kludt A Method to Train for Bikini Competitions Bethany Kludt started competing in the NPC in 2014 so this is a relatively new sport to her although it peaked her interest in fitness. Bethany likes to mix cardiovascular exercise with moderate weight training to help develop the figure she needed to compete. Kludt also credits her diet for her success. She cut out fastdigesting carbohydrates and increased her protein consumption. This combination of exercise and diet has helped her compete in the sport.
Bethany Kludt Interest in Beauty Pageants At the age of eighteen, Bethany Kludt entered the “The National American Miss” pageant. She wanted to see how she would fare against national competition in beauty pageants. Although she did not win the overall pageant, she did win third place in the category of ‘Miss Photogenic.’ She credits this success to being personable and acting if the cameras were not around her. While she had fun with the event, Kludt has no plans to returning to competitive pageants.
Behany Kludt Play Golf Collegiate golfer Bethany Kludt has been golfing since the age of thirteen. She says that the love of the sport began when her dad took her to the golf range as a child. It was there when she first picked up a club and became interested in the sport but never pursued it until high school. Kludt has recently left the sport to focus on her studies and figure competitions, but still tries to play golf whenever she can.
