W
hen we take a look back to November of last year, many of us were simply trying to get through the season with our eyes fixed on a fresh start in January. The holidays were upon us and what would normally be a time for family gatherings and gift exchanges, instead turned out to be a few cold, dark and lonely months. 2021 couldn’t come soon enough. As if flipping the calendar to a new year would bring all the changes we wished and hoped for: A new year, new beginnings and renewed faith for our future. Ringing in the new year had us all thankful that 2020 was behind us. And although in 2021 we have been able to experience a modified version of pre-pandemic life, these past few months haven’t exactly been smooth sailing. When things don’t go as planned, it can sometimes be difficult to recognize what
we can be thankful for, but it’s actually more important to be thankful when times are tough than when they are going well. We asked a few of our Marple Friends & Neighbors Sponsors to share what they are thankful for this holiday season.
