Local Artist shows sculptures Artists are always looking for inspiration and when Michael Edwards, a locally established watercolour artist and cartoonist, visited Norfolk recently he was captivated by the work of local artists who were creating small sculptures from driftwood. On his return home he experimented with pieces of ‘found’ wood and off-cuts and is now producing small sculptural pieces featuring coastal and village scenes. These fun pieces are now on display at Bunny and Clarke Lifestyle and Coffee Shop in Tur Langton and at his studio in Lubenham. Michael, who is Chairman of the Market Harborough Art Club, regularly undertakes commissions in his other role as a watercolourist. • Michael Edwards, 18 School Lane, Lubenham, LE16 9TW, Tel: 01858 463321
