SHE SHELLS, LLC

She Shells, LLC’s, art pieces begin when the team starts their travels to beach comb for shells throughout the world. After cleaning and sorting, they head back to the studio!

Their shell-adorned crosses from their signature collection take a month to craft and process for sale. Each piece is unique and crafted to last for generations! However, there is much more to this unique Coastal business.

Artisan Becky Farrell is the CEO and artistic designer behind all of the fabulous creations at She Shells, LLC, and she's also the founding attorney at the Law Office of Becky Farrell, PLLC. Becky has practiced law on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 20 years, and her roots here on the Coast run deep. She was born and raised in New Orleans, but like many others, she spent her weekends, summers, and holidays at her family's vacation home on the Coast.

She moved to the Coast permanently in 1995 with her children and today she practices general law, with a focus on accident and injury cases, in the quaint city of Bay St. Louis.

This award-winning attorney is very active in the legal community, including her participation in the MS Bar Association, the Hancock County Bar Association, and regular participation in a local Lawyers and Judges support group and the National Trial Lawyers Association. She is a fierce advocate for those in the profession who struggle with depression and substance abuse issues, and sits on several Boards and organizations along the Gulf Coast.

In 2022, She Shells, LLC, was born after Becky was placed on bed-rest for an extended period of time following an illness. Always having a love for crafts and design, she decided to create works of art from the sea shells she and her children had collected through the years. It was so fun and therapeutic for her that she decided to turn her hobby into a business.

SHELLABRATIONS!

She Shells, LLC, explains their shelling process “From Ocean and Sea to Art” like this: "First, we map out and travel to perfect shelling spots along coastal towns and islands nationwide! Then, it’s up before dawn, because it is precisely at sunrise that sand driftwood shells and shores glisten like diamonds all-natural, purely Godly, full of positive Godly energy, and oh, so sparkly! #Shellabration We then walk the coastline and mark shelling spots along the way. At low tide, we go back out to the marked spots and gather His bounty! We then head back in and start the cleaning and sorting process (Our, Artisan Becky Farrell’s inspiration begins here … as she sorts, each shell speaks its own language in the creative process, which is eventually transformed into a unique piece of shell art! Most of our shells are set aside for shelling sessions). . . Note: We return any shell or piece of driftwood deemed unusable to the waters it washed ashore from; we have no patience for wasting God’s treasures in the name of capitalism! None!"

They offer private shopping experiences for the discriminating shopper, as well as in-studio shell art sessions. Sessions are similar to the ever-popular "sip and paint" parties we all love with one exception: You will leave with a piece of art that you can proudly display or gift to someone special!
