Baltic Station Market & Food Street A market for gourmets

The totally renovated Baltic Station Market or Balta Market opened in the spring of 2017. The market building, which was inspired by Tsarist-era warehouses, functions as a general marketplace; whereas the international Food Street is a gourmet’s dream, which despite its short history, has been able to enliven the food culture of the entire city. The Food Street features dishes from Georgia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Japan and China, as well as contemporary high-quality meat dishes, vegan dishes, raw food and cream cakes. There are also rolls of black bread, and everything from nostalgic wafers to bao buns, from pizzas to wraps. Rolls made of black bread, from nostalgic wafers to bao buns, pizzas and wraps. 76
