Aperitif anyone? As the afternoon turns to dusk, this twilight hour preceding dinner is the perfect time to enjoy some of our deliciously prepared aperitifs with a Fazio view!
Stir it up with classic Negronis, Sidecars and French 75 champagne cocktails, on Tuesday, March 9 from 5-6:30pm. This social hour is best enjoyed with friends, cocktail aperitifs, and our small bites served on individual hors d’oeuvre plates of divine French cheese puffs, avocado toast with crab, triple cream with hot honey and lavender crostini, cream puff, and smoked salmon mousse in a vol au vent shell with caviar.
What’s your aperitif preference? Attendees enjoy two cocktails along with your individual hors d’oeuvre plate!

French 75: Gin, Champagne, Lemon Juice and Sugar (sidenote: the French know it as Soixante Quinze.) Negroni: Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth. Sidecar: Cognac, Orange Liqueur and Lemon Juice, with sugared rim. These classics have been favorites for over a century – for good reason! Come enjoy aperitifs and apps in the open air with stunning views from the Fazio patio.

Be prepared to Name That Tune, and enjoy some great BBQ on Thursday, March 11 at 6pm. Based on the classic hit game show, this is an evening of all-out fun as we team up to name those tunes! You’ll be surprised at the range of your repertoire and DJ Alan Palchak makes it easy to have a good time and enjoy the musical hits we all love. Enjoy a plated dinner with delicious barbecue beef brisket, mac ‘n cheese, vegetable medley, home-baked biscuits and dessert, and then let the games begin! $35++ | Club Casual | Veranda

Put on the green for our St. Patrick’s Day fun Golf & Dinner tradition. Of course, you don’t have to play in the golf event to join us for dinner, but we suggest you do! For the golfers, we’ll pair up for the 9-hole golf event for a 4-person shamble, with beverages on course. If you’d like, join us following play for our delicious plated dinner with all things Irish with your choice of house-cured Corned Beef Brisket or Broiled Irish Salmon, Irish Soda Bread and more, and Guinness Chocolate Cake with Salted Caramel Sauce & Bailey’s Irish Ice Cream. Raise a glass to the fine and varied wines of Spain and enjoy an exceptional menu of Spanish cuisine by Executive Chef Jeff at our Lunch & Learn with Somm Ted on March 23 at 11:30am in the Mixed Grille. Reds, whites and sparkling wines are produced throughout this country located on the Iberian Peninsula. Sip, savor and learn all about the wines of Spain, the world’s second largest producer of wine, behind Italy and ahead of France. Cune Cava Brut starts off the first course charcuterie of drunken goat cheese, serrano ham and black olive grissini. Licia Albarino, a flavorful white, pairs well with burrata cheese, roasted beets, pea shoots, horseradish cream and blood orange. Vina Real Reserva Rioja, a red with oak notes, complements chicken thighs and chorizo sausage paella, saffron calabrese rice, sweet peppers and peas. Dessert course of Emilio Hildalago Morenita Cream Sherry poured over vanilla ice cream with raisins is the sweetest end to this four-course luncheon.
