Kala, welcome back to Berkadia. How does it feel to be back at Berkadia? It’s great to be back. I instantly noticed the ambience change and the grandiose of the site.

What motivated you to come back to Berkadia?

The unique culture and passion for Rewards & Recognition.

One thing that differentiates Berkadia from the former organizations you have worked ? The importance given to values and ethics in Berkadia is really encouraging. The industry knowledge that Berkadia provides is immense and outstanding. Following values is the major driving force as well as People Matter.

One thing we can learn from the organization you worked at. I learned how Data speaks and how informative right Data can be.

My journey with Berkadia goes back to 2016. I am returning after seven years, and the transformation in the workplace & culture is truly remarkable. I am delighted to be back.

What motivated you to come back to Berkadia?

Two key aspects I missed the most were, the work culture where work felt like collaboration among friends towards a common business goal. Secondly, the meticulously organized roles & responsibilities matrix provides clear expectations for employees, serving as a motivating factor to contribute more effectively.

One thing that differentiates Berkadia from the former organizations you have worked ?

he distinguishing factor in Berkadia, setting it apart from my previous workplaces, is the positive work culture.
