Animal Control Whether you are on the go, headed out to play a round of golf, or simply relaxing on your back patio, one thing you and your neighbors can count on is the peace and quiet Bentwater offers. After all, if we are not home, how can we be sure our precious pets aren’t barking and being a nuisance? ANIMAL CONROL POLICY
No owner shall permit any dog, cat or other domestic pet under his ownership or control to be left unattended outside such owner’s lot or allow such animal to engage in loud howling or barking, crying or whining or to conduct itself in such a manner so as to disturb the comfort and repose of any person inside the subdivision. Such pets must be housed inside the residence during the period of time the owner or person responsible for such pet is absent.
