To register to vote, you must be:

• A citizen of the United States. • A legal resident of Washington State. • At least 18 years old by Election Day. • Not under the authority of the

Three ways to register:

• Online - VoteWA.gov • By mail - Call us at (509) 736-3085 and we will mail you a form. • In Person -

Benton County Courthouse, 620 Market St., Prosser or

Benton County Voting Center, 2610 N. Columbia Center Blvd, Kennewick

August 3, 2021 Primary Postmarked by Aug 3, 2021 By 8 p.m. August 3, 2021 (Primary Election Day)

About the August 3, 2021 Primary Election

• In each race, you may vote for any one candidate listed. • The two candidates who receive the most votes in the Primary will advance to the General Election.

Many services can be provided by phone or online rather than coming to the Election Center in-person.

Voters are encouraged to: • Vote the ballot mailed to you. • Call if you need help. • Order ahead for pick-up of replacements ballots. (509) 736-3085. • Allow time for a ballot to be mailed to you.

To account for delivery standards and to allow for contingencies, the USPS recommends voters mail their ballots at least 1 week prior to Election Day. If you are unable to do so, we recommend that you use one of the conveniently located drop boxes. Official Ballot Drop Boxes are open until 8:00 p.m. on August 3. A list of Official Ballot Drop Box locations is on page 31.
