We have seen great success in our college graduation outcomes. To date, 42% of Noble alumni have earned a college degree. This continued success in college graduation amidst a historical crisis is att ributed to the incredible work happening across our schools to academically prepare students coupled with strong college counseling and alumni support. Six-year college graduation rates for bachelor’s degrees for the Class of 2015 are up two percentage points from 2014 despite the ongoing pandemic. 33.3% of the Class of 2015 has earned a bachelor’s degree within 6 years, compared to 31.3% for the Class of 2014. For context, 24.3% of all Chicago Public Schools (CPS) high school graduates typically earn a bachelor’s degree within 6 years, inclusive of selective enrollment and charter schools. Additionally, fi ve Noble campuses had their highest college graduation rates ever for the Class of 2015.
• Between 2015 and 2020, 86% of Noble's graduates matriculated to college vs. 61% at CPS overall over that same time period • Noble's historic matriculation rates indicate that our graduates have a 45% greater chance of enrolling directly at a 4-year college right out of high school compared to CPS graduates. • 5th Semester (or fall of junior year) College Retention of
Noble’s Class of 2018 increased by 6 percentage points over the Class of 2016, during the pandemic. This translates to 100 additional students still enrolled in college. • Considering historic persistence rates, Noble graduates have a 25% greater chance of being enrolled in college 5 semesters out of high school compared to CPS graduates.
Alumni Counseling
Support graduates to achieve their academic goals by coaching through matriculation, support with FAFSA renewal, and provide spot grants for unexpected expenses all with a special focus on the fi rst 3 semesters. Alumni Career Counseling
Prepare graduates for careers by coaching through internship opportunities, job placement, and developing a strong professional portfolio with a special focus on the last 2 semesters of college.
