The family-friendly gym and sports complex is located within Gunnersbury Park, just a short walk from Acton, Chiswick and Brentford.

The complex boasts a large, airy gym on the first floor, overlooking the park, and provides state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment across the dedicated cardio, strength, resistance and functional areas, with both adult and junior memberships available.

Group Cycle Studio

We have a newly built group cycle studio which is equipped with the latest mood and lighting affects. This studio houses 15 top of the range bikes to spice up your workouts.

Q Sports Physio

Are you experiencing muscle pain, joint pain or injury? We can help. Q Sports Physio offer Physiotherapy, Sports Massage and Acupuncture at the Sports Hub. All of the services are designed to help you restore, maintain and prevent injuries and health issues.

Facilities for Users with accessibility needs

We want customers who have additional needs to feel comfortable to access our centre. This way, our users can feel confident about how they can access the centre before they attend.

At Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub you can play a multitude of sports in our 5-court sports hall. We offer Handball, Volleyball, Football, Futsal, Basketball and Badminton space. Our state-of-the-art sports hall is home to important local sports organisations such as Brentford Football Club, University of West London, International School of London, Actonians Sports Club, Polonia Volleyball Club and West London Eagles Handball Club.

Studio

We have two studios available for fitness classes at Gunnersbury. Our state of the art aerobics studio has integrated music systems and Wexer Virtual Fitness software features dozens of classes on a weekly basis.

There are 8 brand new, state-of-the-art floodlit, hard surfaced, tennis courts suitable for all conditions, and playing abilities. Onsite tennis coaches are available, as well as courts for hire.

The Park View Suite

The Park View Suite is an extremely aesthetic room available for hire within the brand new Gunnersbury Sports Hub.

Set in the centre of Gunnersbury Park, the Park View Suite boasts picturesque views, and lots of natural light.

This room is well suited for a range of activities including meetings, functions, fitness classes and other group activities.
