Who are you?

Jungle VIP.

What’s your business all about?

Indoor soft play situated in the heart of Hounslow – a hub in the community. We have provided a jungle haven for the community for the past 11 years, having raised our own family within our walls. We are family-run business, a husband and wife duo! Our vision was to create a place where children & parents could escape the chaos of daily lives & routines. We offer an indoor café & we are a popular venue choice for birthday parties – whether it’s during our open hours or for exclusive hire.

Three words to describe yourself?

Family, community, haven.

Ideal customer?

Children aged 1 – 10 years.

Biggest achievement?

Surviving. From the loss of a 500+ car park site, ongoing Hounslow developments to covid! We have survived 11 years.

Biggest gripe?

Your inspiration?

The children – when we hear how we have made a little difference to a family or a child, we feel that any ‘gripe’ is worth it and makes this all worthwhile.

The lack of support for small family businesses from the Council & Corporate landlords. Small businesses are just as important & offer so much to a community, from work placements to contributing to the economy. Small businesses are part of the foundation of this country’s economy.

Philosophy in business?

It’s a rollercoaster of a ride, there are highs and lows but its all worth it, if you can make a difference, even a little, in this challenging world.

Sporting hero?

My husband would be disappointed if i didn’t mention he is a Villa fan! But for both of us our hero is Mohammed Ali.

Biggest tip for success?

Stick at it… there is always a silver lining and roads are forever winding.
