At the heart of our efforts is a dynamic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan that evolves to meet and exceed ambitious environmental targets. Through annual carbon assessments with Carbon Footprint, we gain a comprehensive understanding of our emissions. This data drives our commitment to innovative solutions, such as trialling Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) fuel, which reduces net CO2 emissions by up to 90%.

Our fleet replacement plan is a cornerstone of our strategy. We continue to invest in low-carbon vehicles and explore electric vans for city-based moves. Although the cost and limited recharging network have delayed adoption of electric HGVs, we remain committed to transitioning as infrastructure improves.

Additionally, we use the UK-wide network of our parent brand, Clockwork Removals, to enable efficient “back loads,” minimising empty journeys and cutting our carbon footprint.

Our zero-to-landfill policy reflects our dedication to the circular economy. We partner with local charities to ethically recycle unwanted furniture and have collaborated with our neighbours, The Republic of Park Royal, donating pallets for planters and benches used throughout the estate.

Packaging sustainability remains a priority. By replacing single-use plastics with biodegradable and recyclable materials and streamlining recycling with warehouse balers, we have drastically reduced waste.
