This involved everything from missile trials down to photographing small scratches for engineering investigation as well as aerial work, photographing food for restaurants and even injury to a knee.

Recently turning his design skills to chocolate making, having been trained by renowned chocolatiers from Belgium and Switzerland he now specialises in printing hi definition edible images directly onto high end chocolates producing a unique product with fresh cream centres such as strawberry and balsamic, pistachio and lime etc and now known for his chocolate business card!
