132 Education: Carmel College

STUDENTS CELEBRATE SPRING in their own fashion Some of Carmel College’s Senior Materials Technology students made garments that were modelled at the Milford ‘Celebrating Spring Fashion Show’ in September. Carmel girls modelling their own or fellow students’ creations were the only students walking the cat walk. The girls modeling was so professional and the garments such high quality that many audience members wanted to know which boutiques they could purchase the garments from.

The girls pictured below from left are; Emma Hilton-Jones modelling Alexandra Bull’s dress, Nicole Brewer modelling Natasha Viray’s dress, Tifanie Ellis modelling her own creation, Holly Kennard modelling Bianca Jones’ garment, Tracey Hercock modelling Laura Mallon’s dress, Niamh Gibson modelling Annaliese Mackenzie’s dress, Channa-Mae Frankson modelling Ellie Going’s dress, and Mwangileni Kampanga, Addie Mizero and Meryn Rich all modelling their own creations.
