About Us Carmen is an alumni of the University of Oregon and the University of North Dakota. She holds degrees in Environmental Science and Business. She has been fortunate to live on both sides of the Cascade Mountain range and experience the magic and wonders of Oregon that she has called home for twenty years. Residing in Bend since 2002, Carmen has a great appreciation for the Central Oregon lifestyle and it's environment! She enjoys running, hiking, cross country skiing, has a great appreciation for the arts, and loves walking in nature!
