American basketball player that plays for the Memphis Grizzlies. He was born August 10th, 1999. And he was drafted in 2019. He immediately became one of the best players to play the game. He played college basketball for the Murray State Racers. He got the nickname G12. He is 6 foot 2, 174 lbs. And his wingspan is 6 foot 7. He is originally known for his dunking and ability to play the game. He has won many games throughout his career. He attended Crestwood High School in Sumter, South Carolina. He was also drafted number 2 overall in the draft. When he was in high school, he didn’t receive a lot of attention from people. He was not noticed at all. He also was not or 247 sports, kind of shocking. Also, people say his recruitment to Murray State was accidental. He got back and made a name for himself in the NBA. This is how people know he worked his butt off to make it to the top.

He has also won rookie of the year. Some peopleB say that there is a giraffe named after him. They say its name is Ja raffe. He was the youngest player to score 40 points and more in the season opener. So, he holds that record. He also has multiple triple doubles. Also, he is only the second rookie of the year for the Memphis Grizzlies. He also was in the latest all-star game. That is how you know he is a good player.
