Questions and Answers about MyHealth What is MyHealth? MyHealth is an online patient health-management tool provided by Beloit Health System. MyHealth empowers you to more effectively manage your health in one secure, convenient location. How do I access MyHealth? Once you have an account set up, you can access MyHealth anywhere you have Internet. Simply log on to www.BeloitHealthSystem.org from home, work school, the library, etc. Is my information secure on MyHealth? Yes. MyHealth is HIPAA compliant, has the highest level of confidentiality and provides you with the ability to securely view, store, and share your health information. What can I access on MyHealth? How do I get started using MyHealth? Visit your Beloit Health System provider and we will be happy to assist you in setting up your account. Please bring your photo I.D. You will then receive an email for access to create a password. All information is secure and confidential.

How do I send a message to a provider? For routine health-related questions, you can send a message to a provider by clicking on Messaging located on the left navigation panel. This will expand the panel to provide additional options (General Message, Medication Refill, etc…). Select the option that’s right for you. Next, enter your provider’s name in the To field. Type your message and click Send.

Medication Refill How do I get my medication refilled using MyHealth? Access the medication refill tool by clicking on Messaging on the left navigation bar. 1. Select Medication Refill. 2. Enter your providers’ name in the To field. 3. Place a check mark next to the medication you need refilled. If the medication you are seeking is not listed, click Add Prescription to manually enter the medication you need.

Messaging How do I check my messages? When you log in to MyHealth, you begin at Beloit Health Systems home page www.BeloitHealthSystem.org. Click on the patient portal (MyHealth) icon. Select Messaging from the left navigation panel and then click on Inbox. This will take you to your messages. Click on the message you would like to view.

How do I know if I have a new message? When a new message arrives in your MyHealth inbox, an e-mail alert will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you set up your MyHealth account.

Medical Record What is included in the Medical Record? The Medical Record includes a view of clinical data from your clinic’s Electronic Medical Record. Click on Clinical Record to view the following sections: Medications, Allergies, Immunizations, Health Issues, Surgeries, or Procedures. Most lab results are available using the Clinical Results Link in the Medical Record navigation panel.

4. Select a delivery option and the contact option you desire, should your provider need to contact you. 5. Add any additional comments and click Send. 6. After clicking Send, you will receive a Message Sent check mark, confirming your medication refill request was sent to your provider.
