Belmont 16s Sailing Club have launched a revitalised community sporting sponsorship approach for 2023, by establishing the sponsorship of an impressive 9 local Lake Macquarie sporting teams, associations or organisations.

These include Belmont Sailiability, Valentine Eleebana Football Club, Lakes United Rugby League Club, and Belmont District Cricket Club, Belmont Baseball Club, Belmont North Netball Club, Belmont Sporties Netball Club, Swansea Blacksmiths Surf Lifesaving Club and the Hunter Central Coast AFL Competition.

CEO, Scott Williams states “Community sporting teams need sponsorship. It is important they have ongoing funding to continue to grow. We are a century old sailing club ourselves, longevity like ours confirms the value that sporting clubs can provide as somewhat of a social anchor to many. We are proud to have extended our sponsorship to an unprecedented number of local teams in 2023!”
