NEW ROLLS-ROYCE DAWN –OPEN-TOP LUXURY MOTORIN

Using the medium of early morning dawn light resulting in a burst of sunshine, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars will reveal the most social and seductive of motor cars on September 15 at the Rolls-Royce Villa, for IAA 2015. The hugely successful Digital Dawn online launch saw that the new Rolls-Royce Dawn was trending #1 worldwide on Google and watched by 4,000 media around the world. Specific engineering and manufacturing attention has been paid to the creation of the Dawn’s roof. Unheard of anywhere in the modern motor industry until now, the roof of the Rolls-Royce Dawn delivers the silence of a Wraith when up and operates in almost complete silence in just over 20 seconds at a cruising speed of up to 50kph. The silent lowering of the soft top, transforms the Rolls-Royce Dawn. It is safe to say that the new RollsRoyce Dawn is the quietest open-top car ever made. Contrary to media speculation, the new RollsRoyce Dawn is not a Wraith drophead. 80% of the exterior body panels of the new Dawn are newly designed to accommodate an evolution of Rolls-Royce’s design language and to encapsulate highly contemporary, fourseat super-luxury drophead architecture. The aim seems clear so far–make a car that looks as beautiful with its roof up as with it down. One could almost say that the result of the design team’s restless endeavours has been to make the new Rolls-Royce Dawn two cars in one.

BMW 3 SERIES Top Seller in Top Shape.

BMW’s most popular model range sets new standards for dynamism, efficiency and design in both BMW 3 Series Sedan and BMW 3 Series Touring guise. Featuring a meticulously honed design on the outside, a painstakingly refined premium feel on the inside, a revised engine line-up and a more advanced chassis as well as other options available, the new BMW 3 Series is perfectly poised to continue an unbroken run of success in the premium mid-size segment. The BMW 330e Sedan hybrid marries BMW eDrive technology with a four-cylinder petrol unit from the BMW Group’s newest engine generation. While extracting a total system output of 185 kW/252 hp from its duo of power units, the BMW 330e returns an average fuel consumption of 2.1–1.9 litres/100 km (134.5–148.7 mpg imp) and CO2 emissions of 49–44 g/km.

BMW 7 SERIES Automotive luxury of the highest order.

Up until this point information about the BMW 7-Series Sedan, has largely been clouded in mystery. Even in promoting the Series at the Frankfurt Airport, BMW would only let the viewers see its signature kidney grille, characteristic of most BMW sedans. While the 7-series won’t be officially released to the public until Saturday, September 19, we have official photos of BMW’s most highly-anticipated sedan series. The luxury four-wheel vehicle, underlines its claim to redefine what an exclusive, modernized driving experience looks like with an exceptional array of innovations: Gesture Control, Wireless Charging, an awesome Display Key, Integral Active Steering and of course Remote Control Parking. If that’s not enough reason to turn heads in the BMW showroom, the featured car boasts the use of carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP) in the body structure, engines from the BMW Group’s new generation of power units, the plug-in hybrid system, the Executive Drive Pro active chassis system, and BMW Laserlight. The various new features in the luxury sedan segment include, touch display and BMW gesture control, comfort and infotainment functions in the rear compartment, and a Remote Control Parking system. In addition to all this, BMW is also presenting the latest generation of the BMW Head-Up Display, Crossing traffic warning, the Steering and lane control assistant, active side collision protection and the Surround View system with 3D View and Panorama View in its new flagship model.

NIGHTHAWK’ The latest Rolls-Royce

“We commissioned ‘Nighthawk’ to demonstrate to our owners the unparalleled creativity of the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Bespoke team,” explained Eric Shepherd President of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America. “Additionally, ’Nighthawk’ exudes an understated image of power with confidence, a characteristic many of our owners share,” he added. The first of nine Phantom Drophead Coupé ‘Nighthawk’ Bespoke Collection cars hit the streets of Phoenix, featuring bold design and a low profile inspired by stealth technology in modern aerospace development. To complete the modern and streamlined feel, the Nighthawk incorporates carbon fiber material throughout in Hotspur Red and Black. Like all Rolls-Royce motor cars, ‘Nighthawk’ is powered by a world-class V12 engine delivering effortless, bold performance. Adaptive LED headlamps adorn the front-end, including a glowing bar of LED Daytime Running Lamps giving a distinctive look to the motor car day and night. Phantom is Rolls-Royce’s pinnacle model. It was created with the desire to build the ‘Best Car in the World’, and as such is a vehicle designed without compromise. When combined with the ability for customization through the Bespoke Program, the result is nothing short of automotive excellence.

There are only nine Phantom Drophead Coupés, and they are now available through the company’s 41 North American retail dealers.

Sebastian Mackensen, the Senior Vice President of MINI, introduced the new MINI Clubman at a press conference before IAA 2015. He spoke about the unconventional approach the MINI, as a car and as a brand, is famous for.

The new Clubman has four doors and five full-sized seats with plenty of room in the luggage area, with between 360 and 1250 litres of space. The Clubman’s interior with high-quality materials and a wide range of optional extras – from fabric to leather, high-gloss to matte—you can drive a car that truly reflects you.

“The new Clubman has a huge significance for the brand,” says Mackensen. “It is the first MINI offering in the fast-growing premium compact segment. For this step, we have introduced a

CADILLAC XT5 All-new luxury crossover.

Cadillac announced a unique project in which its all-new luxury crossover, the XT5, will debut at venues around the world in partnership with acclaimed fashion designers Public School. At a private kickoff event, Public School announced it would debut its Pre-Fall collection on the runway in Dubai, in collaboration with the launch of the first-ever 2017 Cadillac XT5. It is also creating an XT5-inspired capsule collection for the special invited guests at the Dubai show in November. The upcoming XT5 will be the cornerstone of a new series of Cadillac crossovers, all bearing the “XT” designation, with number indicating relative size and position. It succeeds the current SRX, Cadillac’s best-selling product line worldwide. The show in Dubai will mark Public School’s first international runway show, showcasing the pre-fall collection that will be available in 2016. Public School grows its global footprint through the partnership with Cadillac: the curated collection will be revealed as part of the runway show in Dubai on the eve of the Dubai Motor Show. “This is a new way for two American brands to join forces, share a passion for design and grow globally,” said Andrew Smith, Cadillac executive director of Global Design. “For Cadillac, it gives new meaning to being a patron of the arts.” This collaboration continues Cadillac’s engagement with the fashion community, supporting both emerging and established designers. Cadillac previously hosted Public School’s spring 2016 fashion show at its new global headquarters in SoHo.Cadillac this summer was also the presenting sponsor of New York Men’s Day (NYMD) and has a multiseason partnership with the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), which included support of the first-ever New York Fashion Week: Men’s. Cadillac earlier this fall launched a specially curated capsule collection chosen and styled by fashion icon Nick Wooster.
