Course “Islam for Christians”

Thanks for following this course “Islam for Christians”. Maybe even Muslims will learn a point or two also about their own faith. There are many reasons why you as a Christian would want to know more about Islam. One of them is that the Qurān itself gives instruction to people of the Gospel (that’s you and me) to judge what Allah has revealed.

Sura 5:47 Let the people of the Gospel judge by what Allah hath revealed therein. Apart from this clear invitation to be the judge on Allah’s revelations we also find in the Qurān another passage concerning the people of the Book (that’s you and me again!) for the Book mentioned is the Bible. What does the Qurān say to us?

Sura 5:68 Say: "O People of the Book! ye have no ground to stand upon unless ye stand fast by the Law, the Gospel, and all the revelation that has come to you from your Lord." It calls on us to stand firm upon the Law, the Gospel and the Revelation given to us by our Lord (this must be YHWH then). An excellent reason to do just that. Stand firm on the cannon of Biblical Scripture and judge the work of Allah. We will do this in as few as five lessons: Lesson 1

As a result of these lessons you should be able to discern truth from error, know the origin of the Islamic faith, the spiritual powers governing Islam and you should be able to judge the revelation of the Qurān in the light of the truth of the Holy Bible, the Canon of Scripture. We know the Bible is called the Canon for it means “measuring rod” and we will use it exactly like that. We will use the Bible as a measuring rod to measure up the Qurān, its prophet and its teachings. Also interested in learning how Islam holds up to the light reflected in the mirror of the Word of YHWH? Let’s start with the first lesson. Course “Islam for Christians”

Lesson 1

Introduction to Islam (the pleasant picture)

In this introduction I think it is called for to let Muslims introduce their faith to us. In this way we can see what they tell us. Maybe we can learn from their teachings and it might even give us a different perspective than given by the popular press. It is therefore that in this session I will lean heavily on the information given by the website: http://www.introductiontoislam.org . What is Islam? The word ISLAM has a two-fold meaning: peace, and submission to God. It asks to act upon whatever the Qurān and the prophet Muhammad through his Sunnah (his lifestyle and sayings personifying the Qur'an) tells the Muslim to do. Humbling oneself should rid oneself from egoism and should submit oneself totally to Allah, and to Him exclusively, in faith and in action. Than it is promised you will feel peace in your heart. This internal peace also will bring about peace in one’s external conduct as well. Islam is careful to remind us that it not a religion to be paid mere lip service to; rather it is an allencompassing way of life that must be practiced continuously for it to be Islam. The Muslim must practice the five pillars of the religion (see “The pillars of Islam). There are other injunctions and commandments which concern virtually all facets of one's personal, family and civic life. These include such matters as diet, clothing, personal hygiene, interpersonal relations, business ethics, responsibilities towards parents, spouse and children, marriage, divorce and inheritance, civil and criminal law, fighting in defence of Islam, relations with non-Muslims, and much more. Muslim beliefs: Muslims believe in an existence of a unseen Ultimate Creator, source of all the physical and spiritual power that exist in the universe. We know about this creator not only through the powerful evidence of how organized is the universe, but also through a line of prophets, including but not limited to Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad. Muhammad is just one of his prophets, since the Qurān states that Mohammed is no more than a prophet. Who is a Muslim? He that submits to the will of Allah is a true Muslim. This is done by declaring that "there is no god except one God and Muhammad is the messenger of God." In a broader sense, anyone who willingly submits to the will of God is a Muslim. Thus, all the prophets preceding the prophet Muhammad are considered Muslims. The Qurān specifically mentions Abraham who lived long before Moses and Christ that, "he was not a Jew or a Christian but a Muslim," because, he had submitted to the will of God. Thus there are Muslims who are not submitting at all to the will of God and there are Muslims who are doing their best to live an Islamic life. One therefore could not judge Islam by looking at those individuals who have a Muslim name but in their actions, they are not living or behaving as Muslims. The extent of being a Muslim can be assessed according to the degree to which one is submitting to the will of God, in his beliefs and his actions.

Which makes it perfectly clear that lukewarm Muslims are not considered to be Muslims. Only they that do what Allah says and his prophet Muhammad through the inspired writings of the Hadith. The prophet Muhammad In brief, Muhammad was born in a tribe of Mecca in Arabia in the year 570 AD. His ancestry is said to go back to the prophet Ishmael, son of prophet Abraham. His father died before his birth and his mother died when he was six. He did not attend a formal school since he was raised first by a nurse as it was the custom those days, and then by his grandfather and uncle. As a young man, he was known as a righteous person who used to meditate in a cave. At age 40, he was given the prophet hood when the angel, Gabriel, appeared in the cave. Subsequently, the revelations came over 23 years and were compiled in the form of a book called the Qurﾄ］ which Muslims consider as the final and the last word of God. The Qurﾄ］ has been preserved, unchanged, in its original form and confirms the truth in the Torah, the psalms and the Gospel. Nevertheless it confirm not the untruth it claims that is in Torah, Psalms and Gospel (Injil). In other words it feels free to deny basic understanding and teachings from the Old and New testament. Basically it confirms only where the Bible agrees with the Qurﾄ］ which of course leaves the door wide open to blatant denials of God窶冱 Word as delivered to mankind through the Bible. The pillars of Islam There are five major pillars of Islam which are the articles of faith. These pillars are 1) 2) 3) 4) 5)

the belief (Iman) in one God and that Muhammad is His messenger, prayer (Salat) which are prescribed five times a day, fasting (Siyam) which is required in the month of Ramadan, charity (Zakat) which is the poor-due on the wealth of the rich and hajj which is the pilgrimage to Mecca once in a lifetime if one can afford it physically and financially.

All the pillars should be of equal height and strength. It is not possible that one would do hajj without observing fasting or without practicing regular prayers. These things in Islam are the moral codes of Islam such as honesty, truthfulness, steadfastness and many other human moral qualities. Thus in order to be a Muslim, one should not only be practicing the pillars of Islam but should also have the highest possible attribute for being a good human being. Sects of Islam Muslims have no sects. In Islam, there are two major schools of thought, the Shia or Shi ites (Arabic shīʿat ʿAlī or “party of ʿAlī”) and the Sunni (Sunna is “the way”). Both have many things in common. They follow the same book – the Qurān. They follow the same prophet Muhammad. Both offer their prayers five time a day. Both fast in the month of Ramadan. They both go for hajj, pilgrimage to Mecca. Those who follow Prophet Muhammad, in accordance with his sayings and actions, are called Sunni and those who in addition follow the sayings and views of Ali (Muhammad's son-in- law), as the rightful successor to Prophet Muhammad, are called Shia. Shia means a partisan (party of Ali) and it started more as a political party to help Ali in his conflict with his political adversaries. Most Shias live in Iran and Iraq while the rest of the Muslim world is mostly Sunni. Shias comprise about 16percent of the Muslim population. The Muslim hereafter God is Just and manifest His justice, He established the system of accountability. Those who do good will be rewarded and those who do wrong will be punished accordingly. Thus, He created Heaven and Hell and there are admission criteria for both. Muslims believe that the present life is a temporary one. It is a test and if we pass the test, we will be given a life of permanent pleasure in the company of good people in Heaven. Jihad The word "Jihad" means struggle, or to be specific, striving in the cause of God. Any struggle done in day-to-day life to please God can be considered Jihad. One of the highest levels of Jihad is to stand up to a tyrant and speak a word of truth. Control of the self from wrong doings is also a great Jihad. One of the forms of Jihad is to take up arms in defence of Islam or a Muslim country when Islam is attacked. This kind of Jihad has to be declared by the religious leadership or by a Muslim head of state who is following the Qurān and Sunnah. In giving this description we can see that there is no room for offensive Jihad or subduing people to Allah by the sword! More in lessons to come. But if Jihad means struggle and kampf (in German) also means struggle there was another leader struggling with his own Jihad. He wrote a book called Mein

kampf. “My Jihad”. The spirit behind this book and leader caused to strive for the final solution “die endlösung” being the total annihilation of all Jews in the World. As we shall see Islam also strives for the same goal. “Just issue orders to kill every Jew in the country.”1 Sharia Sharia is the comprehensive Muslim law derived from two sources, a) the Qurān b) the Sunnah or traditions of Prophet Muhammad. It covers every aspect of daily individual and collective living. The purpose of Islamic laws are protection of individuals' basic human rights to include right to life, property, political and religious freedom and safeguarding the rights of women and minorities. The low crime rate in Muslim societies is due to the application of the Islamic laws. We can see that Sharia law must be a great blessing to us because of the enforcement of the right to life, religious freedom, rights of women and minorities. I am wondering if they must have a different definition of freedom and rights…. We shall see in following sessions. Islamic Fundamentalism There is no concept of "Fundamentalism" in Islam. The western media has coined this term to brand those Muslims who wish to return to the basic fundamental principles of Islam and mould their lives accordingly. Islam is a religion of moderation and a practicing God fearing Muslim can neither be a fanatic nor an extremist. This begs the question how we must interpret a statement as “The extent of being a Muslim can be assessed according to the degree to which one is submitting to the will of God, in his beliefs and his actions.” When by definition one is only a good Muslim by doing what Allah and Muhammad say in what way is this not “fundamentalism”. Is it not true that a fundamentalist is by definition very much aware of the fundamentals of his belief? Hence the name “fundamentalist”. Could it be that Muslims struggle themselves with the true teachings of Allah and Muhammad? We shall see in later sessions. Oppression of women There is no oppression of women in Islam. On the contrary, Islam elevated the status of women 1400 years ago by giving them the right to divorce, the right to have financial independence and support, and the right to be identified as dignified women (Hijab) when in the rest of the world, including Europe, women had no such rights. Women are equal to men in all acts of piety (Qurān 33:32). Islam allows women to keep their maiden name after marriage, their earned money, and spend it as they wish, and ask men to be their protector. Prophet Muhammad told Muslim men, "the best among you is the one who is best to his family." Not Islam, but some Muslim men, do oppress women today. This is because of non-Islamic cultural habits or their ignorance towards their religion. If this is true we should not be able to find degrading Surah of Hadith. Later more on this topic. Right. Not Islam is the cause of oppression of women but people that don’t understand. Food for thought: . “Allah said, ‘It is My obligation to make her bleed once every month as she made this tree bleed. I must also make Eve stupid, although I created her intelligent.’” 2

Was this only Eve? The adopted son of Muhammad learned by the prophet himself what it really meant: “Because Allah afflicted Eve, all of the women of the world menstruate and are stupid.” 3

Islam elevated the status of women it says. But not to the level of men. “Men have a degree over women...”4 “Men are superior in the worshipping of God …”5 “If a woman is to prostrate to another person (besides Allah) it will be her husband. “6

Another interesting example given in the Hadith is the apparent possibility in the times of Muhammad that women could be mortgaged: “Kab said, "Yes, (I will lend you), but you should mortgage something to me." Muhammad bin Mas-lama and his companion said, "What do you want?" Ka'b replied, "Mortgage your women to me."”7

The Islamic Year The Islamic year started from the migration (Hijra) of Prophet Muhammad from Mecca to Medina in 622 AD. It is a lunar year of 354 days. The first month is called Muharram. 1996 AD is in Islamic year 1416 AH. Interestingly Muslims still to this day have a lunar cycle. Therefore the moon takes a central position in the religion. As of course we can also see in the nation flags of almost all Muslim nations and minarets on their mosques which almost all show a crescent moon (and star).

Was Islam spread by the sword? According to the Qurān, "There is no compulsion in religion" (2:256), thus, no one can be forced to become a Muslim. While it is true that in many places where Muslim armies went to liberate people or the land, they did carry the sword as that was the weapon used at that time. However, Islam did not spread by the sword because in many places where there are Muslims now, in the Far East like Indonesia, in China, and many parts of Africa, there are no records of any Muslim armies going there. To say that Islam was spread by the sword would be to say that Christianity was spread by guns, F16's and atomic bombs, etc., which is not true. Christianity spread by the missionary works of Christians. Ten-per cent of all Arabs are Christians. The "Sword of Islam" could not convert all the non-Muslim minorities in Muslim countries. In India, where Muslims ruled for 700 years, they are still a minority. In the U.S.A., Islam is the fastest growing religion and has 6 million followers without any sword around. 3

“Liberation” by the sword is apparently OK. The next relevant question then is “what is liberation”. Liberation from unbelief is something completely different from liberation from an occupying military force. Much of the early wars Muhammad fought where against Jews and Christians that rejected the teachings of Islam. Where were they liberated from? What can we learn from early Islam? Are there perhaps stages in submission of a country/people to Islam? More in session 3. Tolerance of Islam to other faiths Islam recognizes the rights of the minority. To ensure their welfare and safety, Muslim rulers initiated a tax (Jazia) on them. Prophet Muhammad forbade Muslim armies to destroy churches and synagogues. Caliph Umer did not even allow them to pray inside a church. Jews were welcomed and flourished in Muslim Spain even when they were persecuted in the rest of Europe. They consider that part of their history as the Golden Era. In Muslim countries, Christians live in prosperity, hold government positions and attend their church. Christian missionaries are allowed to establish and operate their schools and hospitals. However, the same religious tolerance is not always available to Muslim minorities as seen in the past during Spanish inquisition and the crusades, or as seen now by the events in Bosnia, Israel and India. Muslims do recognize that sometimes the actions of a ruler does not reflect the teachings of his religion. Treatment of Jews and Christians The Qurān calls them "People of the Book", i.e., those who received Divine scriptures before Muhammad. Muslims are told to treat them with respect and justice and do not fight with them unless they initiate hostilities or ridicule their faith. The Muslims ultimate hope is that they all will join them in worshipping one God and submit to His will. "Say (O Muhammad): O people of the Book (Jews and Christians) come to an agreement between us and you, that we shall worship none but Allah, and that we shall take no partners with Him, and none of us shall take others for Lords beside Allah. And if they turn away, then say: Bear witness that we are those who have surrendered (unto Him)." (Qurān 3:64)

What about Hindus, Bahai, Buddhists and members of other religions? They should also be treated with love, respect, and understanding to make them recipients of Invitations to Islam. Let us just read a few Qurān passages to check this statement for attainability: Jews, says the Qurān, are the biggest enemies of Muslims. They are to be treated with love, respect and understanding? Let’s see: “Strongest among men in enmity to the believers wilt thou find the Jews and Pagans”8

“Fight against such of those [Jews and Christians] ... until they pay for the tribute readily, being brought low.”9 “Allah fighteth against them [the Jews]. How perverse they are!”10 “They [the Jews] spread evil in the land .... “11 “[The Jews] knowingly perverted [the word of Allah], know of nothing except lies ... commit evil and become engrossed in sin.” 12

Do these Qurān verses strike you (at face value) as promoting “treated with love, respect, and understanding to make them recipients of Invitations to Islam”?

Worship of Muhammad Muslims do not worship Muhammad or any other prophets. Muslims believe in all prophets including Adam, Noah, Abraham, David, Solomon, Moses and Jesus. Muslims believe that Muhammad was the last of the prophets. They believe that God alone is to be worshiped, not any human being. Jesus It is sad that many Christians do not know that Jesus, peace be upon him, holds a very high position within Islam. Unlike Orthodox Judaism, Islam considers Jesus to be the promised Messiah, a word from God, born of the Virgin Mary to bring a new covenant to the people of Israel. Nevertheless, the Qur'an, the main book in Islam, leaves no room to accept concepts developed by Church theologians after the departure of Jesus, such as the son ship of Jesus (accepted at the Council of Nicaea on May 20, 325) or the idea of adding the Holy Spirit as the "third head" for God (developed as the concept of the Trinity in the Constantinopolitan Creed of 381). In fact both concepts (the son ship of Jesus and the Trinity) tend to negate many clear verses in the old and New Testament. For example:    

Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord." (Deuteronomy 6:4) ...that ye may know and believe Me, and understand that I Am He: before Me there was no God, neither shall there be after Me. I, even I, am the Lord; and beside Me there is no saviour. (Isaiah 43: 10-11) And Jesus answered him: The first of all the commandments is Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord (Mark 12:29) ... We know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is none other God but one. (1 Corinthians 8:4)

Given these verses, one should be careful not to take the verse in John 1: 1 literally because it could easily have been mistranslated from the Aramaic into the Greek and should read "and the word was God's." It should be noted here that in the Greek language Theos is God while Theou means God's (see any Greek dictionary or see the book Muhammad in the Bible by Professor Abdul Ahad Dawud, former bishop of Uramiah, p. 16). On more logical grounds, insisting that Jesus is God or son of God as the main article of faith reduces the 'natural' human instinct to believe in a Creator (it is 'natural' because every human being feels that anything that is organized must have an organizer) from believing in an absolute Creator of the universe who is felt naturally into having to believe in a given historical event that is limited in both time and space. The pressure is on. The gloves are off. No wonder. They are speaking about the God man Jesus. A meagre attempt to discredit the Bible into saying things it doesn’t say. More about this in lesson 3. The denial of the Trinitarian Godhead is manifestly apparent in the teaching on Isa. The Qurānic version of Jesus. But is Isa the same as Jesus we might rightfully ask. Dietary prohibitions in Islam Muslims are told in the Qurān not to eat pork or pork products, meat of the animals who died before being slaughtered or the carnivorous animals (as they eat dead animals), nor drink blood or intoxicants such as wine or use any illicit drugs. In Muslim paradise other rules apply.

 

A similitude of the Garden which those who keep their duty (to Allah) are promised: Therein are rivers of water unpolluted ... and rivers of wine delicious to the drinkers. Sura 47:15 Surely the pious will be in bliss ... their thirst will be slaked with pure wine sealed. Sura 83:22,25

Major Islamic festivals Idul Fitre, marks the end of fasting in the month of Ramadan and is celebrated with public prayers, feasts and exchange of gifts. Idul Adha marks the end of the Hajj or the annual pilgrimage to Mecca. After the public prayers, those who can afford, sacrifice a lamb or a goat to signify Prophet Abraham's obedience to God, shown by his readiness to sacrifice his son Ishmael. Did God not say : Gen 22:2 And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, who thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of?

Just one of many denials of Biblical teachings. More are to follow in next lessons. Does Islam promote violence and terrorism? No. Islam is religion of peace and submission and stresses on the sanctity of human life. A verse in the Qurān says, [Chapter 5, verse 32], that "anyone who saves one life, it is as if he has saved the whole of mankind and anyone who has killed another person (except in lieu of murder or mischief on earth) it is as if he has killed the whole of mankind."

Islam condemns all the violence which happened in the Crusades, in Spain, in WW II, or by acts of people like the Rev. Jim Jones, David Koresh, Dr. Baruch Goldstein, or the atrocities committed in Bosnia by the Christian Serbs. Anyone who is doing violence is not practicing his religion at that time. However, sometimes violence is a human response of oppressed people as it happens in Palestine. Although this is wrong, they think of this as a way to get attention. There is a lot of terrorism and violence in areas where there is no Muslim presence. For example, in Ireland, South Africa, Latin America, and Sri Lanka. Sometimes the violence is due to a struggle between those who have with those who do not have, or between those who are oppressed with those who are oppressors. We need to find out why people become terrorists. Unfortunately, the Palestinians who are doing violence are called terrorists, but not the armed Israeli settlers when they do the same sometimes even against their own people. As it turned out to be in the Oklahoma City bombing, sometime Muslims are prematurely blamed even if the terrorism is committed by non-Muslims. Sometimes those who want Peace and those who oppose Peace can be of the same religion. Who is attacked here? Is it not the Jews and the Christians? The infidels in short? Examples given are the crusades, WW II, Rev. Jim Jones, David Koresh, Dr. Baruch Goldstein, Bosnian Christians. An interesting last remark was given “Sometimes those who want Peace and those who oppose Peace can be of the same religion”. The central question therefore should be “what are the Qurān and Muhammad saying about this”? Lesson 3! What is the dress code for Muslims? Islam emphasizes modesty. No person should be perceived as a sex object. There are certain guidelines both for men and women that their dress should neither be too thin nor too tight to reveal body forms. For men, they must at least cover the area from the knee to navel ....and for women, their dress should cover all areas to be properly veiled Q 24:31. Some Islamic scholars grant license based on Qurān & Sunnah creating some latitude allowing believing women to cover everything but the FACE and HANDS.

This modesty (and religious piousness) is easily removed however when one is able to marry a child as old as 6 and have sex with her from 8 years on. Which is a result of the example Muhammad himself gave with his “bride” Aisha. Countries as for instance Yemen to this day allow child marriages because of the glorious aexemplae given by “the prophet”. The result of having sex with a minor who still has not completely developed her reproductive organs are for instance: rectovaginal fistula. Wikipedia states: “A rectovaginal fistula is a medical condition where there is a fistula or abnormal connection between the rectum and the vagina. …Rectovaginal fistula may be extremely debilitating. If the opening between the rectum and vagina is wide it will allow both flatulence and feces to escape through the vagina, leading to fecal incontinence. There is an association with recurrent urinary and vaginal infections. ……Fistulas can also develop in women and children who are raped; women with rectovaginal fistulae are often stigmatized in third world countries, and become outcasts.[2] It is also associated with female genital mutilation.”

In some Muslim countries also female genital circumcision is a Islamic practise (as a side remark) that is being performed on children. Wikipedia: “Judaism requires circumcision for boys, but does not allow it for girls.13 Islamic scholars have said that, while male circumcision is a sunna, 15

or religious obligation, female circumcision is preferable but not required, and several have issued a fatwa against Type III FGM14. ”

I will spare you the details of type 3 circumcision but will show you what the for Allah preferable and acceptable types 1 and 2 are (that are clearly forbidden in Judaism/YHWH): Type 1: Type 2:

removal of the clitoral hood, almost invariably accompanied by removal of the clitoris itself (clitoridectomy); removal of the clitoris and inner labia.

In other words: What truth is there in the statement " Not Islam, but some Muslim men, do oppress women today. This is because of non-Islamic cultural habits or their ignorance towards their religion.” we read earlier? Is raping a child of 8 years old oppression by Muslim men that do not know there holy book? That do not know the example of their holy prophet? Or is this EXACTLY what their book and prophet taught and lived? We shall see that the latter is true. Conclusion We saw in the above statements that a lovely religious, generous, protective, peace loving, kind, modest, virtuous and tolerant picture was given about the religion of Islam. When we look in the Bible we could ask is there any reference to Alah in the Bible. At first glance this is not the case. In Hebrew the word ' l h (

Could it be that Satan yet again (without being aware of it) is being used by God to execute judgement on those who transgress again YHWH?

Another mind blowing passage form the Quran seems to state this very conclusion (although it of course is meant in a totally different way). The Quran states: The Bible and the Quran state that the curse of Allah befalls the unbelievers. The Bible means people that do not believe in YHWH. Therefore Christians can only read the passage in the Quran as a confirmation of the Bible in which Allah is this curse himself. To unbelievers that reject YHWH and serve Allah. But then again…….. “The curse of Allah is on disbelievers.”16

Perhaps we need to dig deeper into this god Allah and find out where he comes from. We will discuss this further in the next lesson. One thing that beforehand should make every Christian suspicious is in one of the writing of the Apostle Paul. In Gal. 1 Pauls warns about revelations (even by an angel) of another Gospel. Islam is based on the revelations to Muhammad by the angel Gabriel and therefor qualifies exactly for the warning. The Qurān talks about the Enjill, the Islamic version of the gospel of Jesus Christ, which is another gospel. Paul writes these most harsh words he ever uttered to this situation: Gal 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Gal 1:9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

Muhammad claimed to descent from Abraham through Ismael but no proof of this alleged lineage is anywhere to be found. Furthermore Muhammad never performed miracles and said so himself. The marking of a true prophet of God is however to be descendant from the biblical lineage Abraham through Jesus and proving your Prophet hood by performing miracles. Followers of Islam say the Qurān itself is a miracle. This miracle should qualify him for being taken serious by people of the book. The fabricated story of being descendant from Ismael is also necessary for this cause. But there is another passage that Bible that blocks the way to being taken serious by “people of the book”, Jews and Christians. Even in the Old Testament the Bible in the most clear words warns against prophets leading people astray. Deu 13:1 If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder, Deu 13:2 And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them; Deu 13:3 Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul. Deu 13:4 Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him. Deu 13:5 And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee.

Clearly God warns about persons that will come as a prophet with a wonder or sign and with the intention to lead them astray (to turn away and to thrust them out of the way of YHWH). To YHWH it is no small matter because He commands the death penalty to this prophet. In verse 13 of Deuteronomy 13 it states: “Certain men, the children of Belial, are gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which ye have not known;”

The Holy Spirit even went as far as to specifically warn about people coming to invite you to serve Belial. Who is Belial according to Britannica encyclopaedia of World religions? â&#x20AC;&#x153;The prince of these demons was called by different names: SATAN (the Antagonist), Belial (the spirit of perversion, darkness, and destruction)..â&#x20AC;?17 Let us thus cautiously move forward as warned men and women.

Course on Islam Lesson 2 Origin of Islam – Pre Islamic times 1. Introduction Islam is the youngest of the world religions. The origin is assumed to begin with Muhammad in approximately 622 AD. Islamic believers nonetheless boldly state that Adam, Abraham, Moses and Jesus also where true Muslims. It states Allah is the one true God, Judaism is wrong when it contradicts the Qurān and the words of Jesus in the New testament (as the Words in the Old testament) are only true when it is in line with Islamic teaching. When in contradiction the Qurān provides the final revelation of God and replaces earlier and corrupted Biblical teachings. But when the Muslim faith precedes Muhammad this raises the question about the nature of pre Islamic times. Can we find evidence of Muslim faith before Muhammad. Did Allah exist before Muhammad and if so what is his nature? Or is Allah just a different name for YHWH? For is it not true that Muhammad himself told to the Christians and Jews that YHWH was the same God as Allah18. We can ask ourselves then why God called Abram to come out Ur of the Chaldees. The spiritual ruler at that time being Sin ”the controller of the night”, the moon god . Being worshipped in what many believe to be a Ziggurat which might very well be (a structure like) the tower of Babel. Bab-El being the “the gateway to god”. Interestingly God wanted apparently Abram to leave these pagan idol worshipping Chaldeans. Could there be a link between Sin and Allah? Let’s find out. 2. Origin of Allah The Qurān identifies Allah as the creator, sustainer, and sovereign of the heavens and the earth. (See, for example, Surah 13:16; 29:61, 63; 31:25; 39:38; 43:9, 87.) Following the scriptural text, Muslims characterize him by the ninety-nine “most beautiful names” (Surah 7:180; 17:110; 20:8), which serve to identify his attributes. (Eventually, repetition of and meditation upon these names became an important practice in the tradition of Sufi mysticism.) They portray a being who is selfsufficient, omnipotent, omniscient, eternal, merciful yet just, benevolent but terrible in his wrath.19 Allah is not defined in the Qurān, therefore we may assume that the name of Allah was widely known at the time of Muhammad. Usually Allah is defined as “the God” or “the Deity”. The Encyclopaedia of the Qurān states however “It is more difficult to trace stages of chronological development for the proper name for God in the Qurān, which relies principally on Allāh (al-ilāh, lit. the deity)”20. Thus stating clearly that Allah being “the God” in not certain. When we look further it may be observed that this translation is not without discussion. In Surah 10:18, 34:22 and 6:148 we read evidence for reverence for other deities next to or separate from Allah. In the Encyclopaedia of Islam and the Muslim World is states on page 39: “Indeed, Allah seems (in the view of pre-Islamic Arabs) to have headed a pantheon of pre-Islamic deities or supernatural beings ..”21 18 19

Pagan Arabs swore oaths by Allah (as witnessed in Surah 6:109; 16:38; 35:42). 22 HADITH Ibn Ishaq states23, concerning the birth of Muhammad: “It is said that his grand-father took the boy into the Kaba [place of worship] and prayed to Allah and thanked Him for His gift; then he brought him again to his mother.” Dr. Arthur Jeffrey writes in his book “Islam: Muhammad, and His Religion”: "The name Allah, as the Qurān itself is witness, was well known in pre-Islamic Arabia. Indeed, both it and its feminine form, Allat, are found not infrequently among the theophorous names in inscriptions from North Africa"24 The Encyclopedia Brittanica states: "Allah is found . . . in Arabic inscriptions prior to Islam" 25 The Encyclopaedia of Islam states: "The Arabs, before the time of Muhammad, accepted and worshipped, after a fashion, a supreme god called Allah"26 and “Allah was known to the pre-Islamic . . Arabs; he was one of the Meccan deities"27. In the Encyclopaedia of Islam we read furthermore: "Ilah . . . appears in pre-Islamic poetry . . . By frequency of usage, al-ilah was contracted to Allah, frequently attested to in pre-Islamic poetry"28 Other references are manifold. 29 30 In the Encyclopaedia of Islam we read: “Allah was known to the pre-Islamic Arabs; he was one of the Meccan deities, possibly the supreme deity and certainly a creator-god“ 31 A few lines later it is stated: “He was already known, by antonomasia, as the God, al-Iläh (the most likely etymology; another suggestion is the Aramaic Alähäh)” and “But the vague notion of supreme (not sole) divinity, which Allah seems to have connoted in Meccan religion, was to become both universal and transcendental; it was to be turned, by the Qurānic preaching, into the affirmation of the Living God, the Exalted One.” In short: one of the Meccan idols was clearly transformed into Allah the monotheism god. An idol! Scholars as Henry Preserved Smith of Harvard University stated on this subject: "The name Allah is also evident in archaeological and literary remains of pre-Islamic Arabia"32 Dr. W. Montgomery Watt, Professor of Arabic and Islamic Studies at Edinburgh University concludes: "In recent years I have become increasingly convinced that for an adequate understanding of the career of Muhammad and the origins of Islam great importance must be attached to the existence in Mecca of belief in Allah as a "high god." In a sense this is a form of paganism, but it is so different from paganism as commonly understood that it deserves separate treatment"33 Muslims believe (or at least state) that the name Allah is also mentioned in the Bible and that Allah is the same God as YHWH. Arguments for this are given in numerous fashions but even as ridiculous as saying that really “hallelujah” actually is “allah-lujah” and to make matters even worse saying that our Lord Jesus on the cross did not utter the words “eli eli lama sabachtani” but “allah allah lama sabachtani”. Maybe these are just sayings of ignorant men (especially because Muslims themselves do not believe Jesus died on the cross!) but one of the bedrocks of Islam is that there is a continuing 21

revelation from Allah/YHWH from Adam to Jesus to Muhammad. Henceforth Allah an YHWH must be deemed equal in their eyes. In Hastings’ Encyclopedia of Religion and Ethics we read nevertheless: "Allah" is a proper name, applicable only to their [Arabs'] peculiar God. “34 Apart from scholarly work that tries to provide arguments for pre-existence of the god Allah we also can simply look at the name of the father Abdullah (Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Muṭṭalib 35) and uncle Obied-Allah of Muhammad. This clearly reflects the fact that Allah was a known entity before Muhammad. Some authors link Allah to the Babylonian god Bel36 or in general the astral religions which worship sun , moon and stars. 37 Prior to Muhammad, the Ka’bah, which housed 360 idols, was called BeitAllah, or “House of Allah”.38 This gives rise to a suspicion that Allah was (and is) the chief deity (idol) of the plethora of idols worshipped. Who where these lesser gods? And who is there master? When we look at Wikipedia it states that the following Meccan (pagan) deities where primarily worshipped in Mecca: Abgal, Aglibol, Al-Qaum, al-Lāt, al-'Ilāhat, Astarte, Atargatis (Syrian), Atarsamain, Beelshamen, Bēl, Baʕl, Bēl-Šamīn, Bes (Egypto-Arabic), Dhu'l-Halasa, Dusares, Dhu Sharā', Ēl, Ilāh (NW Semitic), Hubal, Ištar, Athtar, Malakbel, Manāt, Manaf, Nabū, Nebo, Nasr, Nergal, Nuha, Orotalt, Ruda, Shams, Samas, Sīn, Nanna-Suen, Suwa', ʕUzzā, Wadd, Ya'uq, Yaghūth, Yarhibol/Malakbel, demons For this course I want first to reflect on a specific deity that stands out, El. The encyclopaedia of religion states “death” is called the “beloved of El”39. Sidenote: Isma- el contains also this word “el” in his name. In the Bible YHWH is the God of life and not of death. Jesus states in Rev 1:18 that He has the keys to hell and death. Rev 20:14 furthermore states “And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.”

Hardly something to do to your beloved. In Heb 2:14 we read: Heb 2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; Who is in control of death? Right: the devil is. Therefore it is far more believable that this El (part of the Kaaba and the pagan pantheon of Mecca) is Satan masquerading as God than the competing explanation offered in El being the same as YHWH. (KJV) Isa 14:13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: Isa 14:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Satan wanted to sit on the mount of the congregation. The encyclopaedia of religion goes on to say: “El presides over the divine council, which meets at his own mountain home “at the sources of the rivers, amid the confluence of the deeps.”40

It may be more than a coincidence that in pagan history Satan was connected to “the deep”. In greek “the deep” is referred to as βυσσος, abousos. The bottomless pit. The word k k b (stars) in Isa 14:13, according to strongs dictionary, can refer to star, but also to a “(shining) prince” and “gazer”. When Satan stated that He would ascend above the princes of God, the stars of God. Maybe even the angels of God, he did so in taking one third of the angelic realm with Him and lifting himself above the fallen angels. On earth this might very well have influenced people in Star, Moon and Sun worship and for instance astrology (example of this might be the Magos, the astrologers (Mat 2:1,7,16)). Interestingly enough astrology is highly revered in Islam and has a long tradition: “This is why treatises devoted to astrology, mathematics, and alchemy represent some of the earliest scientific works in Arabic.41” Muhammad even swore by the stars! ‘By the star when it goes down, Your Company has not gone astray nor erred, 42

Proof? “During the pre-Islamic period of ignorance, the people used to perform Tawaf of the Ka'ba naked except the Hums; and the Hums were Quraish and their offspring.”45

Wikipedia states: “The noun ʾēl was found at the top of a list of gods as the Ancient of gods or the Father of all gods, in the ruins of the royal archive of the Ebla civilization, in the archaeological site of Tell Mardikh in Syria dated to 2300 BC. The bull was symbolic to El and his son Ba'al Hadad, and they both wore bull horns on their headdress.”46 Quite interesting this passage links El to Baal! Evidence for this connection was found in the excavations of Ebla in pagan Syria. Of course we know Baal very well form the Bible where God is very displeased with Baal worshippers. Rch_2:13 And they forsook the LORD, and served Baal and Ashtaroth.

In other words choosing for Baal is choosing against YHWH. Matthew 10:25 states: “It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?”

Beelzebub is strongs G954 βο , Beelzeboul. It goes on to say: “Of Chaldee origin (by parody upon [H1176]); dung god; Beelzebul, a name of Satan: - Beelzebub.” 40

In other words: Baal is “a name of Satan”. No wonder the Bible clearly states that choosing Baal is choosing against YHWH. It is no surprise that we find in the Meccan pantheon a wide diversity of deities, idols an demonic entities that seem to revolve around star, moon and sun worship. As chief deities we read a lot of names that are supposedly chief among the deities. Named are for instance, Sin, Bel, El but also Allah. To name a few of these subservient deities:

Surah 6:77. When he saw the moon rising in splendour, he said: "This is my Lord." But when the moon set, He said: "unless my Lord guide me, I shall surely be among those who go astray."

Yet in another surah it states: Surah 41:37 (Shakir) “And among His signs are the night and the day and the sun and the moon; do not make obeisance to the sun nor to the moon; and make obeisance to Allah Who created them, if Him it is that you serve.”

It also shows the contradicting nature of the Qurān in some respects. Which in itself provides Muslims convenient texts for both positions. What in my opinion gives a definitive blow to any that might feel compelled to deny the link between the pagan moon God and Allah we only have to read the Qurān itself! Much to my surprise there is a complete chapter dedicated to Sin! Chapter 36: Ya-Sin (Yã Sîn). In the Pickthall translation we read in the first two verses: “In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. Ya Sin.”

The Khalifa translation states that the person addressed in this chapter is Rashad (not Sin!). Therefore it is fair to conclude that the second verse reflects on the first verse. Bringing us to the inevitable conclusion that even the Qurān says Allah is the same as Ya Sin66. This chapter is give the name “the heart of the Qurān”. We might ask why Ya Sin is the heart of the Qurān. Is there a hidden (or even plain) meaning Muslims want to cover up? Muslims translate the words Ya Sin to “prophet” or “Oh men”! Wiki.answers.com states67 the word Ya to mean: ya is kind of like you but kind of different since it's used to call someone something example: ya habibi which means my sweetheart.

Using this plain reading explanation Ya Sin means: “My Sin”, “My Moon God”. The heart of the Qurān! Wikipedia states: “Opening with the Arabic letters "Yāʾ" and "Sīn", possibly referring to the Islamic prophet, Muhammad…” This is in my opinion a farfetched way to give the text a spin and make it say what clearly is not there. Why would Muhammad be called “My Moon God” by Allah? Yoel Natan, writer of the book Moon-o-theism68, writes: “this book shows that Islam was, and remains to this very day, a moon-god religion at its core, despite the constant denials on the part of Muslims”.

In Islam “Eid” or “moonsighting” is looked upon as Sunah (or teaching) of Muhammad69. It is commanding Muslims to watch the Moon. The Christian apologist and pastor Dr. Robert Morey70 stirred up a lot of debate and response from the Islamic world by stating in his book “The moon-god Allah in the archaeology of the Middle East” that Allah indeed was the Moon god and that Al-ilah (Al-Ilah) doesn’t mean ”the God” but “the Moon god”71. The encyclopaedia of Islam & the Muslim World tells us: “religion of the pre-Islamic Bedouin was primarily animistic, while urban populations, such as the Meccans, worshiped a supreme God, al-

Ilah, and its three daughters, al-Uzza, al-Lat, and Manat. Hubal was the chief deity of the Ka’ba. Women were required to circumambulate the Ka’ba in the nude. “72

It is over these three daughters of Al-Ilah a controversy started when Salman Rushdie wrote the Satanic Verses73. The title refers to the so-called "satanic verses", a group of alleged Qur'anic verses that allow intercessory prayers to be made to three Pagan Meccan goddesses: Allāt, Uzza, and Manāt. A controversy that turned into a fatwa (religious ruling) on his life by Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, the Supreme Leader of Iran, on February 14, 1989. It demanded the death of Rushdie. The part of the story that deals with the "satanic verses" was based on accounts from historians alWaqidi and al-Tabari74. As Muhammad grew weary from evangelizing his new religion with little success, he was tricked by the devil into adding a verse in the Qurān that commanded Muslims to pray to Allah's three pagan daughters Lat, Uzza and Manat. The pagan female trinity was immediately accepted without dissent and the passage was considered part of the revealed Qurān. However some time later, Muhammad got a revelation from God that the verse should be removed. After repenting of the error, Muhammad was comforted by God. Also attested to by many scholars.

Another explanation for the origin of Allah is given by the The Encyclopedia of Religion. It says: "Allah' is a pre-Islamic name ... corresponding to the Baylonian sky god Bel"76. As we saw above Bel was the same god as the sky god Baal. We know of course Baal form the Bible77. In the Bible God warns again and again against serving idols as Baal and against worshipping the heavens78. Whether the precursor to Allah was Allah, El, Bel, Sin or Hubal it is interesting to read of the Kaaba being said that “Literally, Kaaba in Arabic means a high place with respect and prestige. The word Kaaba may also be derivative of a word meaning a cube.” A high place with respect and prestige thus. Haven’t we read something in God’s Word about high places we might ask. Yes we have! Who was worshipped in the high places? Let’s have a look. Lev_26:30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.

Clearly from this passage alone we see that the high places where a place of worship to idols. Num_22:41 And it came to pass on the morrow, that Balak took Balaam, and brought him up into the high places of Baal, that thence he might see the utmost part of the people.

We could find Baal worship in the highplaces! But all other kinds of abominable idols:

2Ko_23:13 And the high places that were before Jerusalem, which were on the right hand of the mount of corruption, which Solomon the king of Israel had builded for Ashtoreth the abomination of the Zidonians, and for Chemosh the abomination of the Moabites, and for Milcom the abomination of the children of Ammon, did the king defile.

Astoreth, Chemosh, Ashtaroth and Milcom to name just a few. YHWH orders total destruction of these high places. Deu_12:2 Ye shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which ye shall possess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree:

Interestingly the kaaba (it is the building in Mecca towards which Muslims face five times a day, every day, in prayer) is also called “the house of Allah” and is called in Arab language : Baytullah79 also written Beytullah80. The word Baytullah/Beytullah has great resemblance with the Hebrew word Bethula wich in Hebrew means Virgo and is as a constellation part of the Zodiac as we all know. Preoccupation with the heavens are in the Bible strictly forbidden. Deu 4:14 And the LORD commanded me at that time to teach you statutes and judgments, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go over to possess it. Deu 4:15 Take ye therefore good heed unto yourselves; for ye saw no manner of similitude on the day that the LORD spake unto you in Horeb out of the midst of the fire: Deu 4:16 Lest ye corrupt yourselves, and make you a graven image, the similitude of any figure, the likeness of male or female, Deu 4:17 The likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged fowl that flieth in the air, Deu 4:18 The likeness of any thing that creepeth on the ground, the likeness of any fish that is in the waters beneath the earth: Deu 4:19 And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the LORD thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven.

In this respect the Bible clearly warns against Baal worship, worshipping idols and worshipping sun, moon and stars. Therefore it cannot be read differently than saying: stay away from worshipping the Moon god/sky god/constellation Beytullah god. Stay away from Baal, Bel, Allah. And worship YHWH only! Even the oldest book in the Bible Job states in Job 31:26-28 clearly that “beholding the sun and moon” results in enticement and iniquity before God. When we stand back and look on what has been written in the pages above it strikes me that many stories contradict each other and or give different explanations. Who was the real figure in charge of all these idols? Who was the “God”, in fact the god with a little g, in charge of creating this minefield of confusion. Only one comes directly to mind. Ha Satan. The deceiver. In the New testament Paul warns us with these words: 1Co 10:19 What say I then? that the idol is anything, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing? 1Co 10:20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.

Paul identifies the principality behind all idols clearly as devils. At this point we therefore could make this hypothesis: Because YHWH has spoken in the most clear way possible against worship of the heavens and idols and the Bible says God (being totally light) has nothing to do with darkness. And because we know that there is NO WAY sin can be in the presence of God. Therefore YHWH can in no way have ever been part of the Meccan plethora of idols nor could He ever been worshipped among other deities originating from demonic sources. And it is because of this that the next statement is the best explanation for the presence of Allah in the Meccan Pantheon, namely: 79

Course on Islam Lesson 3

Specific teachings of Allah

In lesson 1 we left of by stating the premise: “Allah is either Satan himself or an idol under the influence of an evil spirit of Satan”. Therefore, we supposed, we should easily be able to find characteristics of the Devil and his work in Islamic teaching. Let’s investigate more closely this hypothesis. 1. Twisting of truth and conflicts with revealed truth in Scripture (Gen 3:4) (Luk 8:12) God’s nature: -Allah is considered the author of evil81. -But the biblical God is not the author of evil. Rather He is infinitely holy and righteous (1 Samuel 2:2; Psalm 77:13; 99:9; Revelation 15:4). His “eyes are too pure to look on evil” (Habakkuk 1:13). -Allah leads people astray82 -YHWH leads differently altogether: Isa_42:16 “” And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.”

-Muslims deny the triune nature of God as revealed in the Bible. The Qurān emphasizes that Christians are unbelievers83 and infidels because they believe in the historic Christian doctrine of the trinity. 3 (The Qurān distorts the orthodox view of the Trinity as tritheism—three gods.) -But the Bible tells us that God has revealed Himself as a triune Being, as one God eternally existing in three Persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (John 1:1,14; Acts 5:3,4).84 Justification by works instead of faith/grace alone: -Islam teaches that forgiveness is conditioned upon good works and Allah’s choice of mercy. Other non-biblical ways to receive forgiveness of sins are: Punishment85 , sincere prayers86, fasting and sincere prayer87, ablutions and pure thoughts during prayer88, prayer offered in a congregation is 25 times better than prayer offered alone and each step towards a mosque results in forgiveness of a sin89, prayers coinciding with that of angels90, if you recite a certain prayer and die that day91, saying a certain prayer 100 times gets the same reward as freeing 10 slaves, and forgives sins9293. - The Bibles tells us it is true grace by faith. Denial of Jesus’ deity: -The Qurān emphatically denies that Jesus Christ is the Son of God94—a teaching that Jesus Himself just as emphatically affirmed (John 3:16,18; 10:36-38). Surah 4:171: “O People of the Book! Commit no excesses in your religion: Nor say of Allah aught but the truth. Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) an apostle of Allah, and His Word, which He bestowed on Mary, and a spirit proceeding from Him: so believe in Allah

and His apostles. Say not "Trinity" : desist: it will be better for you: for Allah is one Allah. Glory be to Him: (far exalted is He) above having a son.”95 Surah 5:17: “In blasphemy indeed are those that say that Allah is Christ the son of Mary. Say: "Who then hath the least power against Allah, if His will were to destroy Christ the son of Mary, his mother, and all every - one that is on the earth? For to Allah belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between. He createth what He pleaseth. For Allah hath power over all things." Surah 4:157 “That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.;- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-“ Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Joh 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Joh 10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God? Joh 10:37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. Joh 10:38 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.

In conclusion, the Christian view of Jesus Christ as God’s literal Son is blasphemy to the Muslim and vice versa. It may be observed furthermore that the Muslims respond in a similar way as the Pharisees did. What did Jesus Himself tell these unbelievers? Joh 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. Joh 8:45 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.

Muslims deny that Christ was God incarnate. Believing this is committing “the one unforgivable sin” called shirk—a sure way to go to hell. Surah 43:59 asserts: “Jesus was no more than a mortal whom [Allah] favored and made an example to the Israelites.”

-It was Jesus Himself who warned all men, “…if you do not believe that I am the one I claim to be, you will indeed die in your sins” (John 8:24). It is also said that the one unforgivable sin “grieving the Holy Spirit” is denying the Divinity of Jesus. Al least it stems from spirit of antichrist: -1 John 4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

-The Islamic teaching tells us that the testimony of Jesus (supposedly the 27th prophet) needed another final seal through Muhammad (nr. 28). Which conflicts with the teaching of Jesus who stated that He was the final one sent from God. Jesus even warned about prophets following Him: Mar 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. Mar 13:23 But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

Let us thus behold! He has foretold us ALL things. -Clearly denying the divinity of Jesus is the spirit of anti-Christ and therefore attesting the fact that Islam is a demonic faith. Islamic un-equality of men and women: -The Qurān states: “And when a daughter is announced to one of them his face becomes black and he is full of wrath.”96

-The Bible states: “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.97”

The difference clearly being or not being in Christ Jesus. 95

Rejection of fellowship with and the love of God: The Qurān states: “And the Jews and the Christians say: We are the sons of Allah and His beloved ones. Say: Why does He then chastise you for your faults? Nay, you are mortals from among those whom He has created, He forgives whom He pleases and chastises whom He pleases; and Allah's is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, and to Him is the eventual coming”98.

Creating false doctrine concerning the Holy Spirit: In the Qurān the holy spirit and angels are confused99. Shakir Say: The Holy spirit has revealed it from your Lord with the truth, that it may establish those who believe and as a guidance and good news for those who submit. Shakir So she took a veil (to screen herself) from them; then We sent to her Our spirit, and there appeared to her a well-made man.

In the above mentioned passages we see a sample of the major truth twisting that is going on in Islamic teaching. In this it reflects Satans words in the garden. First he asked: “did God say…..?” to finish it off with outright denial “God did not say…..”. Islamic teaching is of the latter sort. Providing some first evidence to origin of these doctrines. 2.

Promising carnal rewards (Mat 4:8)

The Qurān and the Hadith state:  Paradise is inhabited primarily by men, since most women go to hell due to their lack of intelligence and religion. 100  Men will be wed to beings known as Houris, pure and virginal, beautiful women with large, lustrous eyes and full, rounded breasts101  Each man will either marry two (or seventy-two, depending on who you ask) Houris, women who will be so beautiful that their flesh will be transparent so that everyone can see through them to the marrow of their bones102.  All of the men who enter Paradise will look the same and be 90 feet tall. They will not spit, urinate, or defecate, and their sweat will smell like musk103.  They will dress in fine silk clothes and rich brocade garments104.  They will sit on thrones encrusted with gold and precious stones and be served and catered to by handsome, young, male slaves like pearls who never grow old105.  There are flowing rivers of water and beautiful mansions in gardens of everlasting bliss, and their thirst will be satisfied with rivers of delicious wine106.  In this life women have to dress modestly but in paradise men can see through 70 layers of dresses. “Everyone of them will have two wives; the marrow of the bones of the wives' legs will be seen through the flesh out of excessive beauty.” 107 Double standards.  Mohammed allowed temporary marriage "for three nights" or more, so that soldiers in the field could "marry" prostitutes. 1Jn_2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

Lust is of the World. Not of the Father. Not of God (YHWH) in other words. In the description of heaven is one thing strikingly absent. The love of God and fellowship with God. Qurān: “It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allah desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.”108

Partaking in war is made more rewarding by promising the booty after victory 109which is in itself an example of carnality (money and riches) promised to the believer. “Booty” is referred to 154 times in the Hadith and books 110. Of course Muhammad demands one fifth of this, which might show u a formidable carnal motive for pushing his religion to the extremes he did. Muhammad kept one-fifth of all spoils of war for himself. Jesus told his disciples to deny themselves and not to strive for the riches of this world but rather to take up ones cross. This also further identifies a totally different origin of the writer of the Qurān. Joh. 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do.

Muhammad’s greediness didn’t go unobserved by Allah. “Allah said, ‘A prophet must slaughter before collecting captives. A slaughtered enemy is driven from the land. Muhammad, you craved the desires of this world, its goods and the ransom captives would bring. But Allah desires killing them to manifest the religion.’ 111

Muhammad himself is very clear about it himself: “Allah’s Apostle said, ‘I have been made victorious with terror. The treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand.’”

Lying (Joh 8:44)

“Islam in general, forbids lying. The Qurān says, "Truly Allah guides not one who transgresses and lies." Surah 40:28. However, within Islam there are certain provisions under which lying is not simply tolerated, but actually encouraged. According to Muhammad, 'He is not a false person who (through lies) settles conciliation among people, supports good or says what is good."112 Al-Takeyyah means lying for Allah’s sake. It is OK to lie if a Muslim in doing so can prevent:   

denigration of Islam, protecting oneself, to promote the cause of Islam

Perjury in testimony is allowed , lying or making distorted statements to the media such as claiming that Islam is a religion of peace, and deceiving fellow Muslims when the one lying has deemed them to be apostates. Muhammad states in Surah 29:46 that YHWH and Allah are one and the same God. In Medina (and after much rejection) Muhammad perhaps uses Al-Takeyyah in saying that Muslims must fight 108

against the unbelievers113 of the book and that they MUST believe the religion of truth? Therefore stating that YHWH and Allah are (all of a sudden) no longer the same? Satan was a liar from the beginning we know from Scripture. He is called the father of lies. Joh 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, ……………. and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Wikiislam114 has published a website specifically about lying in Islam. In Hadith Bukhari the Muhammad states that his oaths is worth nothing when he can find something better: “By Allah, and Allah willing, if I take an oath and later find something else better than that. then I do what is better and expiate my oath.'115

Pride

Muhammad exalts himself: Al Hadis, Vol. 4, p. 323, Abbas reported that he came to the Holy Prophet while he was in such a condition as he heard something (about his linage from unbelievers). The Holy Prophet got up to the pulpit and asked, "who am I?" They replied, "You are the messenger of Allah." Muhammad said, "I am Muhammad, son of Abdullah, son of Abdul Muttaleb. Allah created creations and made me the best of them. Then he divided them into two groups and made me the best of the two. Then he divided them into tribes and made me the best of the tribes. Then he made them into families and made me the best of the families. I am the best of them as a member and the best of them as a family." Attested by Tirmizi Al Hadis, Vol 4, p. 328, Jaber reported that the Holy Prophet said, "Allah sent me to complete the excellent virtues and to perfect the good actions" Attested Sharhi-Sunnat Al Hadis, Vol. 4, p. 326, Obai-b-Ka'ab reported from the Holy Prophet who said: "When here will come the resurrection Day, I shall be the leader of the Prophets and their spokesman and one who will intercede for them without boast." The effect of a spirit of pride may be deduced from this.

Carnal vengeance

The Qurān instructs vengeance “….inflict injury on him according to the injury he has inflicted on you”.116 The Bible learns to turn the other cheek117 that vengeance is the Lord’s not men’s118 and commands to forgive one another119. Qurān: “It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. “120

Hate for Jews (Gen 3:15)

The devil has tried to kill the Jews throughout history. In historical perspective we can now see the following attempts: 1. Pharaoh trying to kill every male Hebrew child (Exodus 1:5–22). 113

2. Shalmaneser, the ruler of Assyria, conquering the northern kingdom of Israel and carrying away the tribes into exile (2 Kings 17:5–6). 3. Nebuchadnezzar in attacking Jerusalem, the capital of the southern kingdom of Judea, and carrying the rest of the Jews off into exile (2 Kings 24:10–16). 4. Haman attempting to have every Jew in the empire killed (Esther 3:9). 5. Antiochus Epiphanes, laying siege to Jerusalem (Daniel 8:23–25). 6. Herod trying to kill all the male child under the age of two (Mat 2.16). 7. Titus, the Roman emperor, attacking and capturing Jerusalem, killing over 1.1 million Jews and enslaving more than ninety-seven thousand (Wars of the Jews, VI, ix, 3). 8. Islamic and Christian empires trying to kill Jews. 9. Hitler, führer of Germany, killing 6 million Jews. 10. Antichrist and the False Prophet killing in the future two-thirds of the inhabitants of the nation of Israel (Zechariah 13:8–9; Ezekiel 38). In the Bible the Jews are YHWH’s (one sided!) covenantal people. The apple of His eye. His first born. His wife. Not without problems and rebellion form the Jews but always there has been and will be a loving God waiting for them to return. Isa 30:15 For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.

Loammi becoming Ammi. Not My people becoming again My people when every knee shall bow and confess Jesus is Lord. Rom_9:26 And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God.

Why is God not through with the Jews? Because of YHWH’s character! He is love, kind and trustworthy, slow to anger. KJV Psa_31:21 Blessed be the LORD: for he hath shewed me his marvellous kindness in a strong city. KJV Psa_145:8 The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy. NIV Psa 111:7 The works of his hands are faithful and just; all his precepts are trustworthy. NIV Psa 111:8 They are steadfast for ever and ever, done in faithfulness and uprightness.

In Islam however. Allah is not kind, not love and not trustworthy. He might choose to reveal himself in this way. But it is not his character. Allah is unknowable and capricious. Resulting in: Al Maidah (The Table): "Believers (Muslims), take neither Jews nor Christians to be your friends: they are friends with one another. Whoever of you seeks their friendship Shall become one of their number, and God does not guide (those Jewish and Christian (called "wrong-doers," 5:51-5:74). "Say, 'People of the Book (Jews), is it not that you hate us (Ishmaelite Muslims), only because we believe in God, and in what has been revealed to others, and because most of you (Jews) are evil-doers?" 5:57

But according to the Bible Israel is not to be cast off: Jer. 31 :36-37. Far be it from YHWH to call Jacob (the unbelieving part of Israel) apes and to say that he hates and despises the Jews. YHWH does not hate anyone. He only hates sin. Which is totally different from the following statement: Surah 2.65.”” And ye know of those of you who broke the Sabbath, bow We said unto them: Be ye apes, despised and hated!””

Surah 5.60. “Shall I tell thee of a worse (case) than theirs for retribution with Allah? Worse (is the case of him) whom Allah hath cursed, him on whom His wrath hath fallen! Worse is he of whose sort Allah hath turned some to apes and swine, and who serveth idols. Such are in worse plight and further astray from the plain road.” Surah 7.166 “So when they took pride in that which they had been forbidden, We said unto them: Be ye apes despised and loathed!”

Another clear proof that Allah is not YHWH. God warns clearly against touching the apple of his eye: Zec 2:8 For this is what the LORD Almighty says: "After he has honored me and has sent me against the nations that have plundered you-for whoever touches you touches the apple of his eye--

Deception

The most common statements you may hear about Islam are that it is a religion of peace and "there is no compulsion in religion" (Qur'an Surah 2:256). Radical Islam would like you to believe that they respect other religions and seek only to live in harmony with those who do not follow Allah. This is only true when Islam has not yet gained the upper hand in any society. What they forget to tell us is that once they gain the upper hand tolerance is being rapidly replaced by Sharia law. What does the Qurān say about deception? “Allah is the best of schemers”.121

And: “Whomever GOD guides is the truly guided one, and whomever He commits to straying, these are the losers.” 122

At this moment I would like to unleash the roadrunner tactic on above mentioned Surah 7:178. If it is true that Allah guides the one truly and another is being led astray or being deceived by this same Allah how do we know that Surah 7:178 is truth or deception? Furthermore…. If Allah is free in choosing deception or truth wherever and for whatever reason He chooses….. How does a Muslim know if the Qurān is deception by Allah leading all Muslims astray or truth revealed by Allah leading Muslims to paradise? On a deeper level the question might be asked: If Allah is not bound by anything is He bound to be truthful in ANY revelation? Is it therefore not a possibility that Allah (at least in theory of course) has revealed everything to Muhammad for the sake of punishing Muslims? What is to prevent Allah from doing such a thing (of course again as a pure theoretical construct)? For when Allah may choose to lead astray whenever he wants how do we know for certain a statement as : “Allah is merciful and forgiving” is not a lie to deceive the Muslims? It seems to me that Surah 7.178 is in fact a point from which the entire religion falls apart (if only we look at it form a logical standpoint). It is also an explanation for the hopelessness and passivity of many Muslims. They say “if Allah wills” “insha’allah”. Which is indeed all a Muslim can say because his god is not personal, not loving but

above all not trustworthy and bound to his own promises. Another reason we must reject Allah as being the same God as YHWH. Wikiislam123 has published a list of “Muslims Caught Using Deception”. Twenty-four (mostly United States) cases are documented.

The Qurān states in Surah 5:45 “And We ordained therein for them: Life for life, eye for eye, nose for nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth and wounds equal for equal. But if anyone remits the retaliation by way of charity, it shall be for him an expiation. And whosoever does not judge by that which Allah has revealed, such are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers . . .).”

Calling people to commit sins (1 Joh 3:8)

Although YHWH if Holy an pure and no sin can exist in His presence Allah is not so picky. “If any do that in rancour and injustice,- soon shall We cast them into the Fire: And easy it is for Allah. If ye (but) eschew the most heinous of the things which ye are forbidden to do, We shall expel out of you all the evil in you, and admit you to a gate of great honour”.151

When a Muslims tries to do away with the worst evil it is good enough for Allah. 123

Lev_20:7 Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the LORD your God. Mat_5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

YHWH leaves no room for sin. Apart from the blood of Jesus Christ all will fall short of the glory of God. But IN Christ we are cleansed PERFECTLY! Praise God for the shed Blood of Jesus. Muhammad was not sinless: See Surah 40:55. Shakir Therefore be patient; surely the promise of Allah is true; and ask protection for your (Muhammad’s) fault and sing the praise of your Lord in the evening and the morning.

The Qurān states: “God will not punish you for a mistake in your oaths: but He will punish you for that which your hearts have done. God is Gracious, Merciful.”152 “That she heard Allah’s Apostle saying, “He who makes peace between the people by inventing good information or saying good things, is not a liar.””153

Another merciful acceptance of lying by Allah is stated in Surah 5:89 : “God will not punish you for a mistaken word in your oaths 154”

Lying is a sin in the eyes of YHWH. It’s breaking YHWH’s commandment : Exo_20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

Calling people to kill others is murder and also a sin. It’s breaking YHWH’s commandment “Exo_20:13 Thou shalt not kill.”

Lusting after the wife Zaynab of Muhammad’s adopted son is also sinning (originally Zaid, Muhammad’s adopted son’s wife.) It’s breaking YHWH’s commandment “Exo_20:17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife ”.

Daniel Pipes155 (Harvard Ph.D. in medieval Islamic history) wrote this summary156: “Islam is a caustic blend of regurgitated paganism and twisted Bible stories. Muhammad, its lone prophet, conceived his religion solely to satiate his lust for power, sex and money. He was a terrorist.”

Other gruesome examples of the example Muhammad gave to his followers are for instance: “Then they (Banu Qurayza tribe) surrendered, and the Apostle confined the in Medina …. Then the Apostle went out to the market of Medina and dug trenches in it. Then he sent for them and struck off their heads in those trenches as they were brought out to him in batches….There were 600 or 700 in all, though some put the figure as high as 800 or 900.”157

And the Hadith states: “The prophet said, “Nobody who dies and finds good from Allah (in the hereafter) would wish to come back to this world even if he were given the whole world and whatever is in it. ….except the martyr who, on seeing the superiority of martyrdom, would like to come back to the world and get killed again (in Allah’s cause)” 158

Killing is sin by YHWH’s and Jesus’s standards (“thou shalt not kill”). Calling people to sin is therefore from the devil and not from YHWH. It is no wonder (but for Muslims who claim Allah is YHWH an undeniable fact) that nowhere in de Qurān the 10 commandments are to be found! This is off course no coincidence when we look at the sum of the body of evidence that is before us. 10. Focus on death and murder (Joh 8:44) Muhammad ordered killings himself: Allah's Apostle entered Mecca in the year of its Conquest wearing an Arabian helmet on his head and when the Prophet took it off, a person came and said, "Ibn Khatal is holding the covering of the Ka'ba (taking refuge in the Ka'ba)." The Prophet said, "Kill him." Volume 3, Book 29, Number 72. Narrated Anas bin Malik

Wikiislam159 has published a “List of Killings Ordered or Supported by Muhammad”. In total a mind-blowing 43 cases are documented including 130 text references. The reasons given for a death sentence by Muhammad could vary. You could be killed for: 1. Writing poetry against the prophet of Allah 2. Mocking or harassing the prophet of Allah 3. Throwing stuff at Muhammad 4. Wrapping something around Muhammad’s neck in prayer 5. Being prisoner of war 6. Being thought of as being a spy 7. Leaving Islam 8. Reaching puberty 9. Speaking against the family of Muhammad 10. Preparing an attack 11. Having a camel 12. allegedly enticing the people of Qais 13. killing a slave and fleeing, as well and for reciting poems insulting Muhammad 14. on a claim of having molested Muhammad 15. unknown reasons 16. being a liar in Muhammad’s eyes 17. claiming to be a prophet 18. being hostile to Muhammad 19. killing Muhammad’s uncle in battle 20. being accused on plans to kill Muhammad etc etc. Murder and mayhem. Two great Islamisation waves have hit the world. The first just after Muhammed died and the second one form the 11the century until 1683. To be precise until the submission machine was blocked at the gates of Vienna Austria NINE ELEVEN 1683. Could it be mere coincidence that NINE ELEVEN 2001 Islamists chose this exact date to make a statement? Odds are that this is indeed not mere coincidence. Dr. Koenraad Elst, a Belgian historian, in his article called “Was There an Islamic "Genocide" of Hindus?160” quotes Prof K.S. Lal in saying that “he once estimated that the Indian population declined by 50 million under the Sultanate”. He furthermore writes: “The Muslim conquests, down to the 16th century, were for the Hindus a pure struggle of life and death. Entire cities were burnt down and the populations massacred, with hundreds of thousands killed in every campaign, and similar numbers deported as slaves. Every new invader made (often literally) his hills of Hindus skulls. Thus, the conquest of Afghanistan in the year 1000 was followed by the annihilation of the Hindu population; the region is still called the Hindu Kush, i.e. Hindu slaughter. made it a rule to kill 100,000 captives in a single day, and many more on other occasions. The conquest of the Vijayanagar empire in 1564 left the capital plus large areas of Karnataka depopulated. According to some calculations, the Indian (subcontinent) population decreased by 80 million between 1000 (conquest of Afghanistan) and 1525 (end of Delhi Sultanate). “

Further research is necessary to quantify thy apparent tremendous extent of Islamic brutality worldwide but in India in particular. A truly silent genocide that hardly anyone talks about in the west. This murderous nature of Allah did not start with Muhammad for in Surah 25: 35. It says: “We verify gave Moses the Scripture and placed with him his brother Aaron as henchman.”

Apparently Allah appointed Aaron as a priest with an side job as henchman for Allah. Truly repugnant doctrine. 11. Violence (Ez 28:16) The Qurān contains at least 109 verses that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers161. To quote a speech of Ayatollah Khomeini (celebrating Muhammad’s birthday in 1981):

Interestingly Mihrab is the prayer niche in the Mosque. Is this just offensive praying or does Khomeini mean real war. It is clear he meant the latter. Violence is commanded. Read with me these Surah’s:           

Fight them on, until there is no more tumult, seduction or oppression, and there prevail justice, faith in Allah, and the religion becomes Islam. Qur'an 2:193 (Medina - 87th revelation) I will instill terror into the infidels, strike them above their necks, strike all their fingertips off them.....It is not you who slay them but Allah. Qur'an 8:12, 17 (Medina - 88th revelation) The believers should not make the disbelievers their friends....except when you need to protect yourselves from them. Qur'an 3:28 (Medina - 89th revelation) Let those who would exchange the life of this world for the hereafter, fight for the cause of Allah; whether they die or conquer. We shall richly reward them. Qur'an 4:74 (Medina - 92nd revelation) Prophet, make war on the unbelievers162 and the hypocrites, and deal sternly with them. Hell shall be their home, evil their fate. Qur'an 66:9 (Medina - 107th revelation) Muhammad is Allah's prophet. Those who follow him are ruthless to the infidels but merciful to one another. Qur'an 48:29 (Medina - 111th revelation) Those who wage war against Allah and his messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land should be punished by death, crucifixion, the amputation of an alternate hand and foot, or banishment from the land. Qur'an 5:33 (Medina - 112th revelation) Slay the idolaters wherever you find them. Arrest them, besiege them, and lie in ambush everywhere for them. Qur'an 9:5 (Medina - 113th revelation) Kill the infidels. Qur'an 9:14 (Medina - 113th revelation) Prophet, make ware on the infidels and the hypocrites and deal rigorously with them. Qur'an 9:73 (Medina - 113th revelation. Fight against those to whom the Scriptures were given as believe neither in Allah nor the Last day who do not forbid what Allah and his prophet have forbidden and do not embrace the true faith until they pay tribute (tax) or are utterly subdued. Contrast these words with these Words of Jesus: “Put your sword back in its place, Jesus said to his followers, for all who draw the sword will die by the Sword”. Matthew 26:52 “But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you”. Luke 6:27

No further comment necessary, I think. Concerning Joh. 16:2-3 we could ponder on the question if Jesus might not have spoken prophetically about orthodox Islam. Conclusion of Jesus Himself: “they have not known the Father or me”.

What we see is that there is negative progression in the Surah’s of the Qurān. The latest Surah’s are the current valid Surah’s. If a later Surah contradicts an earlier one the latter is the actual revelation. Hadith: “He said: This is a Meccan verse which has been abrogated by a verse revealed at Medina” 163 Surah 2:106 (Asad) Any message which, We annul or consign to oblivion We replace with a better or a similar one. Dost thou not know that God has the power to will anything?

Allah has changed his mind over time and thus the latest teaching is the current one. Therefore it is relevant to understand the consecutiveness of the Surah’s. Encyclopaedia of the Qurān164 states: “None of the systems of chronological sequencing of Qurānic chapters and verses has been accepted universally by contemporary scholarship. T. Nöldeke’s sequencing and its refinements have established a rule of thumb for the approximate order of the sūras in their chronological sequence.”

Theodor Nöldeke, a German Semitic scholar, gives this order in the Surah’s:

We can see that for instance Surah 9 and 5 are the last two Surah’s. Overwriting all other teachings that would have been on the same topic earlier. What can we read in Surah 9 and 5? Surah 9:5: Ultimatum (Barã´ah) (Shakir): So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. Why would someone come to the Muslims and say “we believe” when they don’t? Exactly. Because they are coerced and threatened. And this is exactly what happened in the wars of Ridda directly after Muhammad died. This summary shows the last and final Surah that was delivered from Allah through Muhammad. It is very clear in denouncing everything Jewish and Christian. Which in itself should be a clear sign of the origin of this religion, for it was Satan that used Pharaoh to keep the Israelites in bondage in Israel and it was Satan that caused Herod to kill all the young male children in Bethlehem. It was Satan that throughout history is trying to destroy the plan of God for a redeemer through Israel and in this last of the last days is trying to kill all the Jews and tries to shove them into the Mediterranean sea to make sure Rom 11:25 will not come to pass. It is no wonder many of the Christians neighbouring countries after the death of Muhammad where subjugated for Islam by force. Many of the Surah’s speak on what is lawful IF attacked or provoked.

Some Muslims say that (of course) Islam is a religion of Peace and no war can be entered into if not attacked or provoked so one had to defend oneself. In this respect Islam has two faces. The teachings quoted by the peace loving Muslims and the reality of a legacy of hate and war (in the name of this same Allah). Consider the so called “Ridda wars” or “Wars of apostasy 165”. Encyclopaedia of Islam states: “These hadith may well have been a product of the so-called wars of apostasy (the Ridda Wars) that shook the early Muslim community after the death of Muhammad in 632. According to the sharia, apostasy is identified with a long list of actions such as conversion to another religion, denying the existence of God, rejecting the prophets, mocking God or the prophets, idol worship, rejecting the sharia, or permitting behaviour that is forbidden by the sharia, such as adultery. 166“

Here we read that these wars existed after the death of Muhammad and were to prevent “apostasy”. The same encyclopaedia writes: “Meccan “disbelievers” (kafirun) and “hypocrites” (munafiqun), and others (Jewish and Christian tribes) who rejected Islam, as well as those who did not “keep covenant” with the umma and with God after the Prophet’s death, requiring the community to engage in the “wars of ridda” that brought the “backsliding” tribes back into the fold (Qurān, Surah 9:13–16, 73; 25:52; 60:1; 66:9); and (3) the witness to faith or “testifying” by the self-sacrifice of martyrdom (Qurān, Surah 4:66, 74–78; 39:68–70).”

But what defines apostasy to a Muslim on might ask? Rejecting Islam as a Christian was apparently enough reason to be confronted with a Ridda war ordered by Abuˆ Bakr. These wars were extremely bloody costing tens of thousands of lives and the basis for them could be found in the Qurān itself as we saw. Even Muhammad himself had blood on his hands. Wikipedia states: “The Invasion of Banu Qurayza,[1] also known as the Massacre of Banu Qurayza, took place in the Dhul Qa‘dah during February and March of 627 CE (5 AH). The Islamic Prophet Muhammad besieged the Banu Qurayza for 25 days until they surrendered. One of Muhammad's companions decided that "the men should be killed, the property divided, and the women and children taken as captives". Muhammad approved of the ruling, calling it similar to God's judgment, after which all male members of the tribe who had reached puberty were beheaded. The Muslim jurist Tabari quotes 600-900 being executed.”167

War after war followed: Nakhla raid (624 A.D, Battle of Badr (624 A.D.), Battle of Uhud (625 A.D.), Battle of the Trench (627 A.D.), Treaty of Hudaybiyya (628 A.D.). Many died in the name of Allah. And this was only the beginning. Muhammad clearly told his followers to subdue the world in battle168. Jesus stated however: Joh_18:36 “Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence”.

The ruler of Islam clearly is the ruler of this world. Because the servants fight. Among each other and against the rest of the world also. 2Co_4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Therefore but one conclusion is to be drawn from this. Allah is Satan, the God of this world.

12. Demonic influences (Mar 5:4) [Hadith [From Bukhari]] 9.111 "The angel caught me (forcefully) and pressed me so hard that I could not bear it anymore. He then released me and again asked me to read, and I replied, "I do not know how to read," whereupon he caught me again and pressed me a second time till I could not bear it anymore. He then released me and asked me again to read, but again I replied, "I do not know how to read (or, what shall I read?)." Lord, Who has created (all that exists). Has created man from a clot. Read and Your Lord is Most Generous...up to..... ..that which he knew not." (96.15) Then Allah's Apostle returned with the Inspiration, his neck muscles twitching with terror till he entered upon Khadija and said, "Cover me! Cover me!" Muhammed is quoted stating: “I thought, Woe is me poet or possessed - Never shall Quraysh say this of me!”

The Qurān (Imran 3:61) states: "Come! let us gather together,- our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves: Then let us earnestly pray, and invoke the curse of Allah on those who lie!"

Invoking curses sounds a lot like casting spells and is called divination. Strictly forbidden by God. Deu 18:10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, The hadith170 Muslim shows: "Aisha, the wife of Allah's Apostle, reported: 'Allah's Messenger left my apartment during the night. Then he came and he saw me in an agitated state.' He said: "Aisha, what has happened to you? Do you feel jealous?" I said: "How can it be that a girl like me would not feel jealous in regard to a husband like you? Thereupon Allah's Messenger said: "It is your devil who has come to you." I said: "Allah's Messenger, is there a devil with me?" He said: "Yes." I said: "Is there a devil attached to everyone?" He said: "Yes." I said: "Allah's Messenger, is there a devil attached to you also?" He said: "Yes."'"

13. Compulsion and fear (1 Pe 5:8) (Ez 28:18) Islam is the ONLY religion that demands that those who convert to another religion or who believe in any religion other than Islam be killed 171. It is an ideology of intolerance and hate for unbelievers 172 that depends entirely on fear to keep its followers from defecting away from Islam. Bat Ye’or, author of “The dimmy: Jews and Christians under Islam” states in the movie “Islam, what the west needs to know”: “The Muslims see the extension of Jihad as a war liberating the infidels from their infidelity and a privilege for them to enter into the religion of Islam and to abandon their wrong belief. So Jihad is a favour which is given to the infidel population in order to change their ways and convert to the true religion: Islam.” We should know this passage from the Qurān, Surah 3:85 (Khalifa): “Anyone who accepts other than Submission as his religion, it will not be accepted from him, and in the Hereafter, he will be with the losers.”

If Islam is resisted? "Their punishment is...execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from the opposite sides, or exile from the land." Surah 5:33 “The Prophet said, ‘If a Muslim discards his religion, kill him.’”173

Al Tawbah The Repentance: "Prophet, make war on unbelievers and hypocrites, and deal rigorously with them." Surah 9:73

Al Anfal (The Spoils): "Let not the unbelievers think they will ever get away... strike terror into the enemy of God and your enemy... rouse the faithful to arms! If they (the non-Muslims) incline to peace (accept Islam) make peace with them." Surah 8:59

Al Maidah (The Table): "If they reject your judgment, know that it is Allah's wish to scourge them for their sins. Surah 5:49

Proof that these texts have been implemented faithfully is plentiful in the historic record. Islam the religion of fear and compulsion spread by the sword. Which in itself is diametrically opposed to the Bible (even in the Old Testament) in which Zechariah stated: Zec_4:6 Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

The Islamic faith is at in total disharmony with the Bible. God (YHWH) being the author of the Bible simply could therefore not be the god of Islam. To show the inherent need for compulsion being applied to everyone that is not a true Muslim I would like to show the definition of Jihad given in the Shorter Encyclopaedia of Islam174: DJIHAD, holy war. The spread of Islam by arms is a religious duty upon Muslims in general. It narrowly escaped being a sixth "rukn", or fundamental duty, and is indeed still so regarded by the descendants of the Kharidjis. The position was reached gradually but quickly. In the Meccan Suras of the Kur’an patience under attack is taught; no other attitude was possible. But at Madina the right to repel attack appears, and gradually it became a prescribed duty to fight against and subdue the hostile Meccans. Whether Muhammad himself recognized that his position implied steady and unprovoked war against the unbelieving world until it was subdued to Islam may be in doubt. Traditions are explicit on the point; but the Kuranic passages speak always of the unbelievers who are to be subdued as dangerous or faithless. Still, the story of his writing to the powers around him shows that such a universal position was implicit in his mind, and it certainly developed immediately after his death, when the Muslim armies advanced out of Arabia. It is now a "fard ‘ala ‘lkifaya, a duty in general on all male, free, adult Muslims, sane in mind and body and having means enough to reach the Muslim army, yet not a duty necessarily incumbent on every individual but sufficiently performed when done by a certain number. So it must continue to be done until the whole world is under the rule of Islam."

Should you as a Muslims believer have questions about an explanation of a Surah? Don’t ask any more questions! Surah 5: 101: “O you who believe! do not put questions about things which if declared to you may trouble you..” Reason: Surah 5:102: A people before you indeed asked such questions, and then became disbelievers on account of them.

Choose therefore blind submission to the teaching of Allah and leave your mind at the doorstep is in fact what is being said. Muhammad goes even as far as to twist Genesis to resemble his own twisted nature. He made Adam to be a proto Muhammad (if you will). Links with Muhammad are highlighted. “He built for himself cities and castles and populated them and made them prosperous. He also assembled weapons and established a cavalry. At the end of his life, he became a tyrant. He took the name of Adam and said, ‘If someone calls me by any other name, I shall cut off his hand.’ He married thirty women and they gave him many offspring. He liked them and promoted them so that later kings were their offspring. His realm expanded greatly.”175 "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them." (Qur'an 8:12)

All in all these facts, in my opinion, provide conclusive evidence for compulsion and fear in the religion of Islam.

14. Clothed as an angel of light (two faces) Early and later revelations to Muhammad show clearly the two faces of Islam. The Mecca revelations were milder than the later Medina revelations. See also “Relative truths instead of absolute truths”. Muhammad Hassanein Heikal in his book Autumn of Fury distincted the spread of Islam in two separate and quite different stages. Heikal referred to state one as being a “state of weakness” and 174 175

stage two a ”stage of Jihad”. Heikal compares these stages to the Muhammad’s Meccan and Medinan period. If true this suggests that presenting Islam as a religion of peace is to be expected until! Islam becomes the dominant force, at which point this domination is forcefully expanded to a totalitarian system. In itself another eye opener:

The title of this Hadith clearly shows what Jiha(a)d is ( “Fighting for the cause of Allah”). No trace of spiritual fighting here. The Qurān states time and time again176 that the Qurānic revelation has been sent to confirm Biblical teaching while in fact it is all the major arrears contradicts the Bible and even His character. The Qurān states: “I seek refuge in God, from Satan the rejected” (Qurān 16:98). Yet in this chapter we see many of the teachings originating from this very Satan himself. Let’s not forget that the most devious lie is a lie mixed with truth. People are too smart to believe a total lie. Let’s remember that rat-poison is 95% eatable. It’s the 5% that does the destructive trick. Although in the case of Islam I am getting ever more convinced the ratio is reversed.

15. If it is not God’s word there should be errors in the Qurān (Note: The Bible was not in Arabic in Muhammad's day, in fact not until the 9th century). Errors in the Qurān:  The flood occurred in Moses' days. 177  The sun sets in a muddy spring .178  Pharaoh built the tower of Bab-el in Egypt.179  The trinity of the Christians is Allah, Jesus and Mary.180  Adam and Eve lived in paradise (heaven) and (after sinning) were cast down to the earth.181  Moses, Aaron and Eliah were contemporaries .182  After the repentance of Adam and Eve they should be restored to their former glory…. The Qurān is riddled with contradictions. Sometimes originating from Allah changing his mind. But how is this possible? For is not written: “They shall have good news in this world's life and in the hereafter; there is no changing the words of Allah; that is the mighty achievement.”221

When there is no changing the words of Allah, is Allah himself exempt from this? Is he not jealous over his word? As we saw earlier the Hadith shows that Meccan Surahs have been abrogated because of Allah presumably changing his mind and revealing Medina Surahs in their place. Some examples of contradictions in the Qurān:  Did God made the heavens and the earth in 6 days222 or 8 days (2+4+2 days)223?  Did Allah make men from mud224, a drop of fluid225, a little lump of flesh 226 or from the water 227?  How long is a day for Allah? A thousand years 228 (a quote form 2 Peter3:8?) or fifty thousand years 229?  Did Allah save Noah and his family230 or not231?  Is there232 or is there not233 compulsion in religion?  Are angels under total control234 of Allah or not235?  Ask Jews and Christians to explain you the Bible236. But if the Bible was corrupted and the Qurān is always right. How do we combine these points? These errors are not confined to the Qurān alone but also to the Hadith: I will not take more unnecessary space for proving this at this moment. I will state only one clear example to make a general point. Al-Dajjal (Islamic anti Christ) has an eye problem. Is blind in one eye. Muslim :: Book 41 : Hadith 7010 states: “Dajjal is blind of left eye” Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 93 :: Hadith 504 states: “Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal is blind in the right eye” Point made I think.

16. Relative truths instead of absolute truths  Lying is forbidden. But not for the cause of Allah.  Man can have only 4 wives. Nut not for the messenger of Allah himself who can have more237.  Killing is forbidden. Except for Jihad, apostasy, infidels238 etc. 221

Carnality is forbidden. Except when you enter paradise. Menstruation should cause men to stay away from woman239. Except for Muhammad of whom extensively has been written breaking this command from the Qurān. 240 Beating your wife is OK in the Qurān241. Muhammad denies this later242. Muhammad commanded people not to kill women243. Unless it was convenient for him244. Islam is a religion of peace it is said. Dhar al-Islam (house of Islam) is equal to Dhar al-salaam (house of peace). Where Islam is at war with the unbelieving world and sharia has not been enforced Dhar al harb (house of war) is in place. Note that peace can only exist in this model IF Islam is dominant. Peace can therefore only exist after subjugation to Islam. Logically this means that IF there is no domination of Islam, Islam is at war with you. Period. Eating some foods is prohibited but: Surah 5:93 says that “On those who believe and do good there is no blame for what they eat”



Making a treaty keeps one safe from Islam. Unless Allah changes his mind in the before last Surah. Surah 9.1 states: “Freedom from obligation (is proclaimed) from Allah and His messenger toward those of the idolaters with whom ye made a treaty.”

The idolaters spoken about are the Jews and Christians by the way. When someone in a treaty gives you any trouble do not feel bound to the treaty is the jest of the text. Do they given no problems. Wait for the treaty period to be over and then, Surah 9.5: “…slay the idolaters wherever ye find them, and take them (captive), and besiege them, and prepare for them each ambush.”

It seems that there are many examples of teachings that have been softened or changed in opposite directions. “Does Allah change his mind this often?” could be a just question.  

In Islam, a relationship without marriage is considered taboo, but female war prisoners are Halal (lawful). In war sex with a prostitute is only possible as the prostitute is your wife. Therefore marriage (without paperwork) for 1 hour of any short amount of time is possible. And of course divorce without paperwork (after the act) is also provided for in a Halal way. In Islam, stealing is prohibited and the thief is punished by the decapitating of their hands, but war booty is Halal (lawful). In Islam, there is full freedom to embrace Islam but whoever reverts from Islam (apostate) must be killed by any Muslim. In Islam, Muslim men can marry with non-Muslim women but Muslim women are not allowed to marry non-Muslim men. In Islam, non-Muslims are prohibited to enter their holy places (Mecca etc) but they are allowed to go the holy places of other religions. In Islam, if non-Muslim rapes a Muslim woman he is to be killed immediately by any Muslim, but if a Muslim rapes a non-Muslim woman he is not to be killed.

Spirit of Islam

4.1. Introduction The Qurān speaks (indirectly) of the Holy Spirit found in the Christians. Surah 5:82 “You will find that the worst enemies of the believers are the Jews and the idol worshipers. And you will find that the closest people in friendship to the believers are those who say, "We are Christian." This is because they have priests and monks among them, and they are not arrogant.”

Of course Christians otherwise can do nothing right but they are (according to Allah) the people that make the most easy friends with Muslims and are not arrogant. Praise the Lord for this. A clear sign of the Holy Spirit, a sign of the way thought by the Master the God man Jesus Himself! Mat_11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

The Qurān speaks about the Spirit of Allah. The Holy Spirit of Islam is by some identified as Gabriel246. Apparently Allah has a “S”pirit to give. He gives is for the sake of: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

giving life247 testifying about the truth248 give inspiration249 give revelation250 strengthening the believers251.

We have to ask to the question “Is the Qurānnic (“H”oly) “S”pirit the same as the Holy Spirit of YHWH”? The Muslim editor of the distasteful and degrading website http://www.answeringchristianity.com/holy_spirit.htm (item 4) has a lucid moment in which he states: “Like the Angels and the other Universal Spirits, the Holy Spirit is unknown to us and we can't fully describe it.”

He then goes on to quote from the Bible to tell his audience a little more about the Holy Spirit the Qurān itself is questionably silent about (as it is about the nature of Allah by the way). It looks to be a situation where the Qurān uses the name of the Holy Spirit but the individual believer in Islam doesn’t know anything about it! This is in itself a surprising conclusion for a religion that supposes to provide the truth over the Christian teaching! Of course we all know that the Holy Spirit for a Christian has a very prominent place in teachings but if possible even more relevant in everyday life and our walk with YHWH. It is by this Spirit that we can say “Abba father”. No wonder Allah is not called Father in this loving and personal way by Muslims…. They lack the required third person of the Trinity!

The Holy Spirit is not an abstract construct from a foreign religion but a living and life giving force within us that we experience every day, Praise God! This in itself should be enough proof for every born again Christian to know the Spirit of Islam is in fact a copycat and thus demonic spirit. At best it is a theological abstract borrowed from a neighbouring faith that has no relevance for the Muslim life (apart from the moment that the Holy Spirit chooses to reveal the real Jesus Christ to an Muslim hart , after which conversion to Christianity in inevitable). Evil spirits in the Qurﾄ］ are called Djinns or Jinns. It is this word from which we derive the word Genies. The evil spirit in the bottle from 1001 Arabian night. Which of course is a fairy tale. Evil spirit are none the less very real. For the Bible tells us so. The Bibles names the following evil spirits by name: Spirit of jealousy (Num. 5:14)

4.2. Evidence of evil spirits working in Islam Islam being a monotheistic faith does not proof in itself that the god of Islam is not a demonic force. The Bible states: Jas 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

Christians and Muslims believe there is just one God. And so do the devils James says. In the previous lessons we learned that the Meccan pantheon contained hundreds of idols, one of which being Allah. After this we discovered that Allah was a pagan idol (and chief deity) having three daughters.

Apart from evil spirits the Qurān speaks about Jinns, which according to tradition where birth from fire. Qur'an - Al-Jinn 72:1: Say (O Muhammad ): "It has been revealed to me that a group (from three to ten in number) of jinns listened (to this Qur'ân). They said: 'Verily! We have heard a wonderful Recital (this Qur'ân)! Qur'an - Al-Jinn 72:14: 'And of us some are Muslims (who have submitted to Allâh, after listening to this Qur'ân), and of us some are Al-Qâsitûn (disbelievers those who have deviated from the Right Path)'. And whosoever has embraced Islâm (i.e. has become a Muslim by submitting to Allâh), then such have sought the Right Path."

Even the Qurān itself states that some Jinns are (among) Muslims! Muhammad’s mother Aminah was known to have been involved in the occult252. Natan states that Aminah was frequently visited by spirits, having visions and religious experiences, and being into what we now call the “occult arts”253. According to tradition Muhammad is said to have been involved in a shamanistic initiation rite254. Muhammad once told hid Bedouin guardian: “Two men in white raiment came and threw me down and opened up my belly and searched therein for I know not what”. 255 In another story the angel Gabriel (the same one as from the revelation of the Qurān!) slit Muhammad’s abdomen and removed his heart. Then an assistant brought two basins filled with “faith” and Zamzam water and washed Muhammad’s heart. After Muhammad was sewn up, he rode on a steed named Buraq to Jerusalem.256 The Bible learns us that Christians have power over demons because of the triumph of our Lord Jesus Christ in His death, burial and resurrection and the shedding of His blood for us in which He has bought us free. The Bible says we are to test the spirits to see if they are of God. "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world" (I John 4:1-3).

In the Bible Gabriel always comes on the scene in a Messianic context257. Far be it from Gabriel to state what is in (Bukhari :: Book 4 :: Volume 55 :: Hadith 546): " 'Abdullah said, "He (i.e. Gabriel), from amongst all the angels, is the enemy of the Jews."

Imagine the Holy Spirit (ie Gabriel) being instructed by YHWH to be an enemy of the Jews! Truly blasphemous to the highest magnitude. Jesus triumphed over all unclean sprits: Col 2:15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.Spirit of jealousy (Num. 5:14)

Hadith258: Muhammad, though preaching compassion and mercy, sometimes acted cruelly. Having sex with an 8 year old wife is child molestation/paedophilia. The preoccupation with sex in paradise testifies also of this. “The Prophet, after the death of his son Ibrahim, said, "There is a wet-nurse for him (i.e. Ibrahim) in Paradise."”259

The Nizari Isma’ilis appeared in medieval European literature in a variety of forms (Assassini, Assissini, and Heyssisini), which was evidently based on variants of the Arabic word hashishi (plural, hashishiyya or hashishin). The name 'Assassin', from the Arabic Hashishin or "users of hashish",260 was originally derogatory and used by their adversaries during the Middle Ages. The modern word 'assassin' is derived from this name. in this way there even is a connection between murder for Allah in Jihad and substance abuse.

Spirit of error (1 John 4:6) 261

The Prophet said, "Yawning is from Satan and if anyone of you yawns, he should check his yawning as much as possible, for if anyone of you (during the act of yawning) should say: 'Ha', Satan will laugh at him."

Yawning we all know is a result of lack of oxygen in the brain. Attributing it to Satan is clearly erroneous. The Prophet said, "If anyone of you rouses from sleep and performs the ablution, he should wash his nose by putting water in it and then blowing it out thrice, because Satan has stayed in the upper part of his nose all the night."

Satan sleeps in your nose. Right. Allah also likes sneezing and hates yawning. The Prophet said, "Allah likes sneezing and dislikes yawning, so if someone sneezes and then praises Allah, then it is obligatory on every Muslim who heard him, to say: May Allah be merciful to you (Yar-hamuka-l-lah). But as regards yawning, it is from Satan, so one must try one's best to stop it, if one says 'Ha' when yawning, Satan will laugh at him."263

We now know that yawning (as stated earlier) give new oxygen to the body. Why is it that Allah hates oxygen to the body? Oxygen is of course a life sustaining element. We now also know that sneezing distributes germs (causing sickness). Why is it that Allah prefers sickness (leading to death) over oxygen leading to life? Could it be that Allah is more into destruction than into creating? Allah's Apostle said, "Both in this world and in the Hereafter, I am the nearest of all the people to Jesus, the son of Mary. The prophets are paternal brothers; their mothers are different, but their religion is one." 264

For Muhammad to say this. Being nearest to Jesus in this life and in paradise. Must truly a statement that only can be made when you are severely under the influence of a spirit of error. Sidenote: Why is being nearest to Jesus (altogether in the Muslim mind an esteemed but nonetheless an inferior prophet to Muhammad) this important to Muhammad? "I have heard that it was of him that the apostle said, "Whoever wants to see Satan let him take a look at Nabtal b. al-Harith!" He was a sturdy black man with long flowing hair, inflamed eyes, and dark ruddy cheeks. He used to come and talk to the apostle and listen to him and then carry what he had said to the hypocrites. It was he who said: "Muhammad is all ears: if anyone tells him anything he believes it." God sent down concerning him: "And of them are those who annoy the prophet and say he is all ears, Say: Good ears for you. He believes in God and trusts the believers and is a mercy for those of you who believe; and those who annoy the apostle of God for them there is a painful punishment." 265

Muhammad calls a black man the devil. Why? Because he annoyed the apostle? Because he did not like the man? A complete absence of love for people seems to radiate form Muhammad’s life. Muhammad’s many lustful endeavours not taking into account of course. It seems to me (at this point) that Muhammad needed to have a "divine” opinion about everything. Lacking the true source of Divine revelation a stream of sayings flow from his mouth ranging from blasphemy, to error and complete nonsense. Not the markings of a man guided by the Lord almighty Himself.

Spirit of the world (1 Cor. 2:12) Hadith266: "Allah's Apostle said, 'When the Adhan [the call to prayer] is announced, Satan takes to his heels and passes wind with noise during his flight in order not to hear the Adhan.”

The devil farts in other words to make sure not to hear the call to prayer. Carnality in the example used.

Unclean spirit of idols (Zech. 13:2) Allah being the pre Islamic idol from the Meccan pantheon and it’s three daughters Al-Lat and Al‘Uzzá and Manāt reflect the heavy Idol origins of Islam.

Seducing spirit (1 Tim. 4:1) 1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; 1Ti 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; 1Ti 4:3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. 1Ti 4:4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: 1Ti 4:5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

From the above it can be concluded that Islam tries to seduce people away from YHWH to Allah. From Judaism and Christianity to Islam. Doctrines of devils have been amply established by showing

the teaching on for instance slaughter, lying, killing and deceiving. As a last proof text I will point to doctrines in Islam as to abstaining from certain foods. Pig meat for instance is forbidden. “Forbidden to you for (food) are: dead meat, blood and the flesh of the swine and that which hath been invoked the name other than Allah” 267

Conclusion: Evidence of seducing spirits at work in Islam is easily found.

Bukhari :: Book 6 :: Volume 60 :: Hadith 478 “Then Allah's Apostle returned with that experience; and the muscles between his neck and shoulders were trembling till he came upon Khadija (his wife) and said, "Cover me!" They covered him, and when the state of fear was over, he said to Khadija, "O Khadija! What is wrong with me? I was afraid that something bad might happen to me."

Hadith269: “The communication terrified him…” The apostle Paul received revelation not by an angel but by Jesus Himself and was at no point terrified. Furthermore in the Bible angels always in their appearing state: “Fear not….”. It is therefore highly likely that the angel that appeared to Muhammad was not sent by YHWH but a demonic presence.

The Qur'an permits pedophilia. The following Qurānic verse allows sex with pre-pubescent girls who have not yet menstruated. “And (as for) those of your women who have despaired of menstruation, if you have a doubt, their prescribed time shall be three months, and of those too who have not had their courses; and (as for) the pregnant women, their prescribed time is that they lay down their burden; and whoever is careful of (his duty to) Allah He will make easy for him his affair.” 270

Married children that have not had their menstrual period should wait 3 months before they can remarry. What we can see is that the Qurān facilitates marriage to minors. Muhammad himself had a child wife Aisha who was only 6 year old while marrying him (at age 51) , and started having sex with her at age 9 (lunar years ) old.271 Aisha was one of twenty or more wives of Muhammad. Maybe this is an indication of being influenced by Whoredom spirits. Hosea 4:11-12 “Whoredom and wine and new wine take away the heart. My people ask counsel at their stocks, and their staff declareth unto them: for the spirit of whoredoms hath caused them to err, and they have gone a whoring from under their God.”

Hadith272: "Magic was worked on Allah's Apostle so that he used to think that he had sexual relations with his wives while he actually had not. That is the hardest kind of magic as it has such an effect. One day he said, 'O Aisha, do you know that Allah has instructed me concerning the matter I asked Him about? Two men came to me and one of them sat near my head and the other near my feet. The one asked, "What is wrong with this man?" "He is under the effect of magic." "Who cast the magic spell on him?" "Labid, an Arab ally of the Jews and a hypocrite." "What material did he use to cast the spell?" "A comb with hair stuck to it." "Where is that comb and hair?" "In a skin of pollen of a male palm tree kept under a stone in the well of Dharwan."' So the Prophet went to that well and took out those things, saying, 'That was the well shown to me in the dream. Its water looked red and its palms looked like the heads of devils. My companions removed those things.' I said, 'Why didn't you just treat yourself?' He said, 'Allah has cured me, and I don't want to spread evil among my people.'"

Allah conveniently gave an new revelation in which slave girls where given as booty to Muhammad. Even daughters from within the family or anyone who feels like it. Prophet, We have made lawful to you the wives to whom you have granted dowries and the slave-girls whom Allah has given you as booty; the daughters of your paternal and maternal uncles and of your paternal and maternal aunts who fled with you; and any believing woman who gives herself to the Prophet and whom the Prophet wishes to take in marriage. The privilege is yours alone, being granted to no other believer. The Koran 33:50-51.

Whoredoms lead people away from God and causes them to err.

Deaf and dumb spirit (Mar. 9:17-29) This spirit takes away the capacity to understand sound doctrine and truth, it brings confusion to your mind and you’re not able to think clearly.. “Those it is whom Allah has cursed, so He has made them deaf and blinded their eyes.”

“ If We had sent unto thee a written (message) on parchment, so that they could touch it with their hands, the Unbelievers would have been sure to say: "This is nothing but obvious magic!" They say: "Why is not an angel sent down to him?" If we did send down an angel, the matter would be settled at once, and no respite would be granted them. “Say: "He hath power to send calamities on you, from above and below, or to cover you with confusion in party strife, giving you a taste of mutual vengeance - each from the other."275 1Co_14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

One of the many examples proving Allah is not YHWH but the opposite of YHWH called Satan.

Spirit of an unclean devil (Luk. 4:33) “Once Allah's Apostle became sick and could not offer his night prayer (Tahajjud) for two or three nights. Then a lady (the wife of Abu Lahab) came and said, "O Muhammad! I think that your Satan has forsaken you, for I have not seen him with you for two or three nights!" On that Allah revealed 'By the fore-noon, and by the night when it darkens, your Lord (O Muhammad) has neither forsaken you, nor hated you.'276

Your Satan, Your Lord! Amazing! “Gabriel did not come to the Prophet (for some time) and so one of the Quraish women said, "His Satan has deserted him." So came the Divine Revelation: "By the forenoon And by the night When it is still! Your Lord (O Muhammad) has neither Forsaken you Nor hated you." 277

A wife of the Quraish tribe observed Gabriel nog visiting Muhammad for a while saying that Satan had left Muhammad. One wonders what made this woman comparing Gabriel to Satan? At this point we of course know why she would have made this assertion. We could thus state that in proving that Satan had not left Muhammad Allah immediately revealed some more “truths” to Muhammad.

Spirit of pride / haughtiness (Prov. 16:18-19) Proverbs 16:18-19 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall. Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.

Dividing the spoils was daily work (or so it seems reading the Qurān an hadith). “Surah 8. Spoils Of War, Booty” goes into all the details of dividing the spoils with the proud. Examples: Affectation, agitation, anger, argumentative, arrogant, boastful, bragging, competitiveness, contentious, controlling, criticism, dictatorial, domineering, egocentric, egotism, frustration, gossip, haughtiness, "holier-than-thou" attitudes, idleness, impatience, insolence, intellectualism, intolerance, irritability, lofty looks, mockers, obstinacy, overbearing, perfectionism, play acting, pretension, pride, pride of education, rationalism, rejection of God, resentment, scornful, self-centeredness, self-deception, self-delusion, self importance, selfishness, self-righteousness, smug attitude, sophistication, stiff-necked, stubbornness, superiority, theatrics, vanity, wrath.

Muhammad exalted himself to be part of the Islamic godhead when he referred to Allah in the plural form: ‘So turn away from him who has given up Our mention and only desires the patient life.’ 278

Muhammad claimed that he was the truth, a claim that only deity can claim.

Compare this with what Jesus said in John 14:6 “I am the way, the truth and the life: no man comes to the Father but by me”

Muhammad also exalted himself as perfect and never in error. ‘By the star when it goes down, Your Company has not gone astray nor erred, 279

The deification of Muhammad is also contained in the Hadith. ‘Abu Hurairah reported from the Holy Prophet who said, “Verrily, I am a mercy that has been raised up” Attested by Darimi and Rahaqi.

Even a stone was claimed by Muhammad to greet him. Jabber-b-Samorah reported that the Apostle of Allah said: “Verrily I know certainly of a stone at Mecca which used to greet me before prophethood. Surely I recognize it even now” Attested by Muslim. (Al-Hadis. Volume 4, page 367-368)

Compare this with what Jesus said in Luke, Chapter 19, verse 40: “I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.”

The deity of Muhammad is reinforced by the Egyptian mystic Darimi who claimed that Muhammad was already in existence before the creation of Adam. ‘Darimi reported that the Messenger of Allah said, “The first light which Allah created was my light.”

When Adam got to heaven, he found Muhammad’s name on Allah’s throne and engraved everywhere. Adam asked, “Who then is this Muhammad?” Allah answered. “He is your descendent, and but for him, I should not have created you.” Allah rebuked Adam for not praying to Muhammad.’ Darimi also reported: “All

of creation was made of the substance of Muhammad”

Muhammad talks about a situation where he himself allegedly overpowered Satan. “The Prophet once offered the prayer and said, "Satan came in front of me and tried to interrupt my prayer, but Allah gave me an upper hand on him and I choked him. No doubt, I thought of tying him to one of the pillars of the mosque till you get up in the morning and see him. Then I remembered the statement of Prophet Solomon, 'My Lord ! Bestow on me a kingdom such as shall not belong to any other after me.' Then Allah made him (Satan) return with his head down (humiliated)."280

When we want to get a grip on the magnitude of this exaggeration we again only have to look at the Bible. “But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not dare to bring a slanderous accusation against him, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!"281

YHWH stated that He crated men a little lower than the angels (Hebrews 2:7) And even Jesus was in His human form a little lower than the angels (Hebrews 2:9). When the archangel Michael does not know how to contain Satan and lets the Lord Himself deal with Satan. How completely beyond 279

reason is it for Muhammad to make a statement like this. It shows a complete absence of any sound perspective on himself (a mere mortal and a sinner at that).

Unclean spirit (Mar. 6:7, Luk. 11:24-26) Unclean spirits are a general name for all demonic entities. A clean spirit is a spirit from God. The Holy Spirit. Separated and undefiled. Unclean is every spirit that has rebelled against God or a demon under the influence of a fallen angelic entity.

Evil spirit (Luke 7:21, Act. 19:12-13) Muslim :: Book 39 : Hadith 6757 “Abdullah b. Mas'ud reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: There is none amongst you with whom is not an attache from amongst the jinn (devil). They (the Companions) said: Allah's Messenger, you too with? Thereupon he said: Yes, but Allah helps me against him and so I am safe from his hand and he does not command me but for good.”

Muhammad in this hadith gives himself attestation to the fact that he has an evil spirit (Jinn). As apparently all who followed him. The Jinn even commands him! Do we need to get is even more obvious? Hadith282: “Later, the apostle of Allah himself described what had happened. ‘Whilst I and my milk‑brother were pasturing some animals in the rear of our house, two men came to us dressed in white garments and bearing a golden platter full of snow. They took hold of me, opened my belly, extracted my heart, split it open and took out of it a black lump of blood which they threw away.”

Another example is: ‘Anas reported that Gabriel appeared before the Apostle of Allah (Muhammad), while he was playing with some boys. Gabriel took him, laid him down, pierced his heart, and took out a clot of blood. Then he said, “This is the portion of you possessed of a devil.” Next, he washed it in a gold cup with water from the well Zamzam. Thereafter sewed him up and took him back to where he found him…’283

Muhammad himself admitted that he was possessed by Satan at one time: ‘Have you, then, seen Al-Lat and Al-Uzza? And Manat, the third one, the other? These are exalted females (sublime ones), Mounting nearer and nearer to Allah And truly their intercession may be expected284.

The Satanic verses were present in the original version of the Qur’an when Muhammad was trying to woo the Meccans who believed in many gods including the pagan idols Al-Lat, AlUzza and Manat. Later on, when he was in a more commanding position, he conveniently edited out these embarrassing verses, admitting that they were inspired in him by Satan. “We have not sent a messenger or prophet before you but when he recited, the Devil would intrude into his recitation. (AlQur’an. Sura 22 verse 53)

Muhammad admitted that he had a Jinn (demon) up his nose: The Prophet said, "If anyone of you rouses from sleep and performs the ablution, he should wash his nose by putting water in it and then blowing it out thrice, because Satan has stayed in the upper part of his nose all the night."

In old testament times the “up my nose” routine would not have flown. In the OT, if someone caused others to worship other gods he was put to death – (Deut. 13). Muhammad causing worship of pagan deities is exactly this. Which of the OT prophets ever spoke the words of Satan? The OT prophets loved their people, but they persisted in speaking the truth to them, not compromising the word of God to them to gain peace and converts. Yet another clear sign of the Devil at work.

Spirit of antichrist (1 Joh. 4:3) Acting against: God, Christ, Christ's testimony, His teaching, the doctrine of Christ, the miracles of God, the word. Attacks the saints, attempts to rationalize Christ, blasphemes, deceit, denies the blood, denies the deity of Christ, denies the humanity/divinity of Christ, denies the work of the Holy Spirit, displays open unbelief, harasses the saints, Humanism, lawlessness, legalism, Masonry, opposes the fellowship of Christ, opposes the ministry, persecutes the body, self-exalting, stirs up strife between the saints, worldliness. Surah 37.157: That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:- 158. Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise;1Jn_2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

Spirit of heaviness (Isa. 61:3) Isa 61:3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.

The spirit of heaviness is the opposite from the garment of praise. So any vitriolic disqualification of God’s work, His Son, His Character and His work will qualify for being under the inspiration of a spirit of heaviness. We have seen many of the mentioned disqualifications already. For this moment I will rest in the evidences given elsewhere to substantiate the presence of this demonic presence in Islam.

Familiar spirit (1 Sam. 28:7) 1Sa 28:7 Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a woman that hath a familiar spirit (H178), that I may go to her, and enquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a woman that hath a familiar spirit at Endor. Strongs H178 reveals the nature to be a necromancer. Someone calling upon the spirits of the death.

Familiar spirits in Islam even have a name. Qarin or Qarin. 286 Zwemmer writes: “Among all the superstitions in Islam there is none more curious in its origin and character than the belief in the Qarin or Qarina. It probably goes back to the ancient religion of Egypt, or to the animistic beliefs common in Arabia as well as in Egypt, at tile time of Mohammed. By Qarin or Qarina the Moslem understands the double of the individual, his companion, his mate, his familiar demon. In the case of males a female mate, and in the case of females a male.”

Hadith288: "Satan circulates in the human being as blood circulates. I was afraid lest Satan might insert an evil thought in your minds." Hadith289: "I carried a water pot for the Prophet's ablution and for cleaning his private parts. While following him with the pot, the Prophet turned and said, 'Who are you?' 'I am Abu.' The Prophet said, 'Bring me stones in order to clean my private parts, but do not bring any bones or animal dung.' So I brought some stones, carrying them in the corner of my robe till I put them by his side. When he finished, I walked with him and asked, 'What can you tell me about the bones and the animal dung?' He said, 'They are of the food of Jinns [Devils]. A delegate of Jinns of the city of Nasibin came to me - and how nice those Jinns were - and asked me for the remains of human food. I invoked Allah for them that they would never pass by a bone or animal dung but find food on them.'"

Muhammad clearly speaks with demons. The Bible warns against this.

Spirit of infirmity (Luk. 13:11-13) Luk 13:11 And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself. Qurān: “But We cast him forth on the naked shore in a state of sickness”290 “The sick person's sleep is considered as worship and his moaning as litany of praise to Allah. He is rewarded as though he is performing his usual prayers when he was healthy although he is unable to do so now. His supplications are accepted, his sins are forgiven, all his mistakes and wrong-doings recorded in his book are deleted, and he is told `Very well, start your new life with an absolutely clean book!”291 “I visited Allah's Apostle May Allah's peace and praise be on him while he was suffering from a high fever. I touched him with my hand and said, "O Allah's Apostle! You have a high fever." Allah's Apostle May Allah's peace and praise be on him said, "Yes, I have as much fever as two men of you have." I said, "Is it because you will get a double reward?" Allah's Apostle May Allah's peace and praise be on him said, "Yes, no Muslim is afflicted with harm because of sickness or some other inconvenience, but that Allah will remove his sins for him as a tree sheds its leaves."292 “Abu Sa'id al-Khudri r.a. reported that the Prophet May Allah's peace and praise be on him said: Whenever a Muslim is afflicted with a hardship, sickness, sadness, worry, harm, or depression --even a thorn's prick, Allah expiates his sins because of it.” 293 "Expect good, because Allah (s.w.t.) makes a believer's sickness an expiation (for his sins) and a period of repose. As for a disbeliever falling sick, he is like a camel whose owner ties it and then lets it loose --it does not understand why it was tied, nor why it was freed."294

Allah gives sickness and gives the cure. Sickness is an expiation for sins? The spirit of infirmity is apparently used by Allah and also a replacement of the blood of Jesus. I repeat earlier statements. Not of YHWH.

Foul spirit (Mar. 9:25) Mar_9:25 When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.

In this passage it is clear that a dumb and deaf spirit is a foul spirit. Therefore for the existence of a foul spirit in Islam I point towards the arguments given under Dumb and Deaf spirit.

Spirit of death (1 Cor. 10:10, 15:26)

Hadith Ishaq295: "Allah said, 'A prophet must slaughter before collecting captives. A slaughtered enemy is driven from the land. Muhammad, you craved the desires of this world, its goods and the ransom captives would bring. But Allah desires killing them to manifest the religion.'" Hadith Ishaq296: "'To arms! To arms!' the Muslims said quarreling and boasting among themselves. When this reached the Prophet, he said, 'Muslims, will you act as pagans while I am with you?' They realized that their dissension was due to Satan and the guile of their enemy. Then they went off with the Apostle attentive and obedient."

Spirit of jealousy (Gen. 4:5-8, Num. 5:14) Qurān297: "Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn from the mischief of the evil He created." Qur'an 113:3 "From the mischievous evil of Darkness as it becomes intensely dark, and from the mischief of those who practice the evil of malignant witchcraft and blowing on knots, and from the mischievous evil of the envier when he covets."

Lying spirit (2 Chr. 18:20-22) Hadith298: "Satan Cast a False Qur'an Revelation on the Messenger of Allah's Tongue."

See Lesson 3, chapter on Lying. Qur'an 81:24: "Neither is he a concealer, withholding knowledge of the unseen. Nor is it (the Qur'an) the Word of an evil spirit accursed, the utterance of a devil, the curses of Satan."

The Qurān is denying what is clearly the case. Therefor a lying spirit is working here.

Spirit of divination (Act. 16:16) Hadith299: "When the Muslims fled, the uncouth and rude fellows from Mecca who were with us saw that we were in total disarray. Some of them spoke in a manner that disclosed the hatred they harbored against us. Abu Sufyan [the Meccan chief turned Muslim warrior] had divining arrows with him but another Muslim said, 'Sorcery is useless today.' Sufyan replied, 'Shut up! May Allah smash your mouth!'"

Sorcery is useful other times in other words. But just not now. Spirit of divination! Hadith300: "Whenever the Prophet became ill he used to blow his breath over his body hoping for its blessing." "When the Prophet went to bed he would cup his hands together and blow over them reciting surahs. He would then rub his hands over whatever parts of his body he could reach, starting with his head, face and frontal areas." Qurān301: "Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn from the mischief of the evil He created." Qur'an 113:3 "From the mischievous evil of Darkness as it becomes intensely dark, and from the mischief of those who practice the evil of malignant witchcraft and blowing on knots, and from the mischievous evil of the envier when he covets." Hadith302: "I heard the Prophet saying, 'If anyone sees something he dislikes, he should blow three times on his left side and its evil will not harm him.'" Hadith304: “A soothsayer came once to Mecca to prophesy to the Quraysh and they brought their sons to him to hear his prophecies. Abu Talib visited this man, who looked at the apostle of Allah, but was then diverted from him. When the soothsayer was again at leisure, he asked for the boy and wanted to see him; but when Abu Talib perceived the man’s anxiety he took his nephew away. The soothsayer exclaimed, ‘Woe to you! Bring back the boy whom I have just seen; for, by Allah, he will have high dignity.’ But Abu Talib would not return.”

A soothsayer exclaiming “by Allah”! Apparently Allah is the force behind the soothsayer and thus (once more) a compelling indication that Allah is a demonic force. "The apostle of Allah fell ill. He was bewitched about women and food. ...There were eleven knots [in the hair from the comb]. The two Surahs no. 113, and 114 were revealed to him. No sooner did the apostle of Allah recited a verse than a knot loosened. When all of them were loosened, he regained his urge for food and women."305

Spirit of slumber (Isa 29:10, Rom. 11:8) Qurān306: "Allah made the victory but a message of hope, a glad tiding, to reassure you. Victory comes only from Allah. Lo! Allah is Almighty. He covered you with slumber, as a security from Him. He sent down rain to clean you of the plague of evil suggestions of Satan, that you might plant your feet firmly."

Summary: The presence of a spirit of jealousy, of error, of this world, a perverse spirit, an unclean spirit of idols, a seducing spirit, a spirit of fear, a spirit of whoredoms, a deaf and dumb spirit, a spirit of an unclean devil, a Spirit of pride / haughtiness, an unclean spirit, an evil spirit, a spirit of antichrist, a spirit of heaviness, a familiar spirit, a spirit of bondage, a spirit of infirmity, a foul spirit, a spirit of death, a spirit of jealousy, a lying spirit, a spirit of divination and a spirit of slumber provides conclusive evidence (as an addition to the evidences given before this lesson and following lessons) of the demonic origin of Allah, the teachings of Muhammand, the Qurān an Hadith.

Muhammad

After we have researched the twisted and agreeable picture of Islam portrayed to the outside world, having looked at the the origins of the Allah of the Qurﾄ］ himself and spending an large amount of time on specific teachings of Allah and the foul spirits governing these teaching we now want to look at the person of Muhammad himself. Looking at the way this man is portrayed in the Qurﾄ］ and Hadith on cannot be anything else but amazed by the amount of cold, harsh and unloving speech and actions of Muhammad. The Bible states clearly time and time and time again that YHWH not only acts in a loving and kind way but IS love307. The Bible states the essence of YHWH. 1Jn 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. Observe two things here. 1. Acts of love and mercy flow naturally from the character of YHWH. YHWH does not ACT loving (like Allah, for nowhere it states that Allah loves for instance people for what they are but always for what they do) but IS love. A major difference. 2. He that loveth not knoweth not God. And this is why a clear description of the character of Muhammad is essential. Can we find any traces of love in his life? If so in what way? If not why not? What do we find? I want to divide the research on this topic in two categories. 1. Muhammad as a person himself. 2. Muhammad compared to Jesus Christ. Ad. 1

Muhammad as a person himself:

The most easy Biblical character test is given by the ten commandments. And God spake all these words, saying, I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Commandment 1 2

If there is any chance of Muhammad being a messenger of God of a calibre of Jesus Christ or better these 10 commandments should be the least of Muhammad’s problems. One might ask why there is no mention of these ten commandments anywhere in Islamic teaching when our God YHWH revealed it to the world as specification of the way He would judge the world. Are these ten commandments the ten suggestions to Muhammad or did he uphold God’s law. We shall first look at the compliance of Muhammad to these 10 commandments before we eventually perhaps will look at the standards Jesus revealed in the beatitudes (Mat 5) in which Jesus raised the bar considerably. Commandment 1: No other Gods before me. In all the previous lessons we have shown that the origin of Allah is derived from other Gods and even that Allah is not YHWH. I think it has been made acceptable beyond a reasonable doubt that Allah is Satan himself and therefor preferring Allah to YHWH acts in itself as a proof that Muhammad “had other Gods before YHWH”. In this perspective the satanic verses only proof further what has been proven already in much more detail. For this reason Muhammad is guilty of breaking the 1st commandment.

Commandment 2: No (bowing down to) graven images. In pre Islamic times the worship of rock, mountains, trees and rockformations was regularly practised. A "red stone" was for the deity of the south Arabian city of Ghaiman, and there was a "white stone" in the Ka'ba of al-Abalat (near the city of Tabala, south of Mecca308. The black stone is supposed to mark the place where the divine intersects the profane309. Some argue that the blackstone was first snow white but got black because of the sins of people.310 The simple fact that this black stone in the Ka’ab was kissed by Muhammad and is being kissed by every Muslims that gets a chance of kissing it ever since it a clear sign of idolatry. Bowing to (kissing) an idol.311 The Muslims site http://www.submission.info/perspectives/monotheism/idolworship.html gives a definition of idol worship. “A simple definition of idol worship is to believe that anything beside God can help us, or to hold something as more important to us than God.”

The definition of Muslims themselves is thus: If you believe that ANYTHING else but Allah can help you it is idol worship. Therefore believing that kissing a black stone, running between hills, running 7 times around the Ka’aba will merit you ANYTHING is idol worship by their own standards. Taken it one step further one could even question if any attempts to justification by works are undertaken if this in itself is not idolworship (the idol being your own abilities)! This analyses would point with an big sign to the doctrine of Christianity and the Bible where no-one has been justified by works but by grace. The Christian understanding of idolatry fulfils the definition of Muslims therefore better that their own actions. The Qurān even seems to agree with me: “The majority of those who believe in GOD do not do so without committing idol worship.”312

“They worship beside GOD idols that possess no power to harm them or benefit them, and they say, "These are our intercessors at GOD!" Say, "Are you informing GOD of something He does not know in the heavens or the earth?" Be He glorified. He is the Most High; far above needing partners.”313

Worshipping anyone that would make intercession for you in judgement day is idolatry. Says the Qurān. The Encycopedia of Islam gives this similar definition:. “Idolatry (Arabic: shirk) in Islam is mentioned in the Qurān in a variety of forms whose root (sh-rk) meaning is “sharing, participating, associating,” in the context of “associating” anything other than God with God.”314

Association of someone with Allah is shirk. “On that day intercession will not be of any benefit except one for whom the Rahman allows, and whose words He is pleased with”315 The website http://www.muttaqi.org/muttaqi.htm (muttaqi being “one step above a normal Muslim”; the premier league of Islamic believers therefore) states that the “except one” in the Qurān passage above refers to Muhammad. If Muhammad is the only one being able to intercede for Muslims this is qualified as idolatry. For Muslims expect Muhammad to intercede for them and THEREFORE not relying on Allah alone. They will have no power of any intercession except him who has taken a covenant from the Rahman. (Qurān 19:87)

The Qurān and even more clear the Hadith shows the possibility of the intercession by Muhammad to be searched after. This constitutes idolatry for Muslims associate (intercession of) Muhammad with Allah. I asked: "O Messenger of Allah, when were you [first] a Prophet?" He replied: "When Allah created the earth ‘Then turned He to the heaven, and fashioned it as seven heavens’(2:29), and created the Throne, He wrote on the leg of the Throne: "Muhammad the Messenger of Allah is the Seal of Prophets" (Muhammadun Rasûlullâhi Khâtamu al-Anbiyâ').

To make the intentions of Muhammad crystal clear the next passage is even more mindblowing: “Muhammad the Messenger of Allah (s) will be seated by His Lord on the Throne next to Him.” – Ibn Taymiyya.316

Praying to anyone other than God is idolatry. Following fabricated doctrines written by humans is idolatry. By their own standards polytheism qualifies as idolatry but a Muslim’s hope for intercession by Muhammad is also idolatry. Isn’t it? A final thought…. If Muhammad as a child (being in pagan Mecca among all the idols) was made to bow down or did it out of himself in his life ever and only once! (which is very believable) and without his feelings about it being a factor of influence in this what so ever Muhammad is guilty of idolatry period. YHWH judges on breaking the law. If one breaks the law only once. Ever! One is guilty of breaking the entire law and punishable by death. Only pure 100% perfections can merit heaven with YHWH. As we have seen Allah is more lenient for Allah only count severe sins. This also is a sing of Allah being not as Holy as YHWH. There cannot be ANY sin in the presence of YHWH the Bible says. Bible 1Jn 1:5 “This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.” Bible Jos 24:19 “And Joshua said unto the people, Ye cannot serve the LORD: for he is an holy God; he is a jealous God; he will not forgive your transgressions nor your sins.” Bible Jas_2:10 “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.”

When Muhammad is being judged by Jesus on the day of judgement on his keeping the second commandment the verdict should therefore be without any doubt: “guilty”. Jesus judging Muhammed? Yes. 315 316

The sinless God-man Jesus wil be judging the man of many sins Muhammad. The Bible (Jesus speaking): John 5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son

Commandment 3: No taking up the name of God in vain. Taking up the name if God in vain is being interpreted by “people of the Book” primarily as blaspheming God or cursing. A possible more correct way of viewing this commandment is reading it if it was written concerning representing God in this World (ambassadorship if you will). Did we with our lives wear the name of out God in this life truthfully or in vain. Did we represent YHWH as He is of did we construct a God of our own liking and presented him to the world. Saying therefore that Allah is YHWH is clear proof of the intent of taking His name. A Muslim takes up the name of Allah (of which he says it is the same as YHWH). The question remain than: is a Muslim giving a correct representation of YHWH in the World by his Islamic faith and Qurānic teachings? Or are all Muslims taking up the name (propose they are ambassadors of God YHWH) but MISrepresent Him. Taking His name thus in vain. Based on the totality of arguments presented in this course I cannot do anything else but conclude that ALL Muslims and Muhammad being the foremost one of them are guilty of misrepresenting YHWH in this World. Therefor taking up the name of YHWH in vain and being guilty of breaking commandment 3 of YHWH.

Commandment 4: Keep the Sabbath. Because Muhammad didn’t believe Jesus was Lord. Nor did he therefore believe Jesus was Lord of the Sabbath he (Muhammad) will be judged by the standard of keeping the Jewish Sabbath. “The Messenger said, ‘Friday was the Lord of Days. On Friday, Adam was created and cast down to earth. The duration of Adam and Eve’s stay in Paradise was five hours.’”317

Clearly Muhammad determined to change this Sabbath to Friday. Argument is not YHWH’s reasoning, not Jesus’ decree but Adam’s casting down after Adam had sinned. Muhammad further shows carnal instead of divine reasons guide him. For changing the Sabbath to Friday is he is guilty of breaking the 4th commandment .

Commandment 5: Honour thy father and mother. Muhammad knew his mother until age eight or six (according to Ibn Ishaq) and his father died before his birth. Nothing can be said about Muhammad and his relation to his natural father and mother.

Only YHWH will be able to judge if Muhammad has uphold the 5th commandment during his life. Regarding his mother, stepmother and later people that took Him in as a child and where (replacement) parents of him.

Commandment 6: No killing.   



 

The Prophet said, "Who is ready to kill Ka'b bin Al-Ashraf who has really hurt Allah and His Apostle?" Muhammad bin Maslama said, "O Allah's Apostle! Do you like me to kill him?" He replied in the affirmative.318 “The Prophet had their men killed, their children and woman taken captive.”319 “Allah and Muhammad humiliated every coward and made our religion victorious. We were glorified and destroyed them all. By what our Apostle recites from the Book and by our swift horses, I liked the punishment the infidels received. Killing them was sweeter than drink. We galloped among them panting for the spoil. With our loud-voiced army, the Apostle’s squadron advanced into the fray.”320 “Arabs were the first to respond to the call of the Prophet. We are Allah’s helpers and the viziers of His Messenger. We fight people until they believe in Allah. He who believes in Allah and His Messenger has protected his life and possessions from us. As for one who disbelieves, we will fight him forever in the Cause of Allah. Killing him is a small matter to us.”321 “Therefore, when you meet the unbelievers smite their necks, then, when you have killed many of them, tie the bonds.”322 “It was so criminal, men could hardly imagine it. Muhammad was ennobled because of the bloody fighting.”323

In a climate with these kinds of divine orders it is good to observe that Muhammad (in contrast to the 44 writers of the Bible) had no one to correct him. Muhammad acts as a single source calling it revelation straight form God. And when the Qurān refers to others writings it adds that in every case other writing disagree with the Qurān the Qurān is right and all others are (by definition) wrong. This situation enabled Muhammad to “reveal” whatever he wanted. No one could or dared to stand up. In the Bible we see many examples of false prophets being rebuked by genuine prophets of YHWH. When such a false prophet would have had no correction a false scripture would have been the result. Calling a revelation divine does not make it divine. Let’s examine the results in more detail. 

“We carried his head back to Muhammad during the night, saluted the Prophet as he stood praying, and cast Ashraf’s head before his feet. The Prophet praised Allah that the poet had been slain, and complimented us on the good work we had done in Allah’s Cause. Our attack upon Allah’s enemy cast terror among the Jews, and there was no Jew in Medina who did not fear for his life.’”324 “The morning after the murder of Ashraf, the Prophet declared, ‘Kill any Jew who falls under your power.’”325 ‘By Allah, had Muhammad ordered me to murder you, my brother, I would have cut off your head.’ Wherein the brother said, ‘Any religion that can bring you to this is indeed wonderful!’” 326 “Just issue orders to kill every Jew in the country.”327 “The Khazraj asked the Prophet for permission to kill Sallam Huqayq, who was in Khaybar. He granted this.”328 “It has not been for any prophet to take captives until he has slaughtered in the land.”329 “The Prophet gave orders concerning Kinanah to Zubayr, saying, ‘Torture him until you root out and extract what he has. So Zubayr kindled a fire on Kinanah’s chest, twirling it with his firestick until Kinanah was near death. Then the Messenger gave him to Maslamah, who beheaded him.” 330 “Upon hearing those lines Muhammad said, ‘Will no one rid me of this woman?’ Umayr, a zealous Muslim, decided to execute the Prophet’s wishes.” …….” Muhammad, who was aware of the assassination, said, ‘You have helped Allah and His Apostle.’ 331

“Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, torture them, lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war.” 332 “Fight those who do not believe until they all surrender, paying the protective tax in submission.” 333 “Allah’s Apostle said, ‘I have been made victorious with terror. The treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand.’”334

For this multitude of reasons Muhammad is guilty of breaking the 6th commandment. Commandment 7: No adultery. Adultery according to Islam is: “I did not see anything so resembling minor sins as what Abu Huraira said from the Prophet, who said, "Allah has written for the son of Adam his inevitable share of adultery whether he is aware of it or not: The adultery of the eye is the looking (at something which is sinful to look at), and the adultery of the tongue is to utter (what it is unlawful to utter), and the innerself wishes and longs for (adultery) and the private parts turn that into reality or refrain from submitting to the temptation."”335

What do we find here? Looking lustfully, talking about things that are not to be talked about, being sexual aroused? What are the punishments in Islam for adultery? “When an unmarried male commits adultery with an unmarried female (they should receive) one hundred lashes and banishment for one year. And in case of married male committing adultery with a married female, they shall receive one hundred lashes and be stoned to death.”336

Lev_20:10 And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

The Bible also deals severely with adultery. No differentiation is being made for married and nonmarried men and women. Also in this we can see that YHWH uses an ABSOLUTE standard and Allah uses a RELATIVE standard. Which again shows that Allah is not YHWH. What constitutes adultery in the Bible? It also encompasses spiritual adultery. Jer_3:9 And it came to pass through the lightness of her whoredom, that she defiled the land, and committed adultery with stones and with stocks. Jer_5:7 How shall I pardon thee for this? thy children have forsaken me, and sworn by them that are no gods: when I had fed them to the full, they then committed adultery, and assembled themselves by troops in the harlots' houses.

Serving other Gods constitutes spiritual fornication and adultery. Of which Muhammad is clearly guilty. Mat_5:32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery. “Behold! Thou didst say to one who had received the grace of God and thy favour: "Retain thou (in wedlock) thy wife, and fear God." But thou didst hide in thy heart that which God was about to make manifest: thou didst fear the people, but it is more fitting that thou shouldst fear God. Then when Zaid had dissolved (his marriage) with her, with the necessary (formality), We joined her in marriage to thee: in order

that (in future) there may be no difficulty to the Believers in (the matter of) marriage with the wives of their adopted sons, when the latter have dissolved with the necessary (formality) (their marriage) with them. And God's command must be fulfilled.”337

Zaynab got divorced and was married by Allah! to Muhammad. In stark contradiction to the words of YHWH saves. Yah saves. Yashua. Yeshua. Jesus in Mat 5:32. Conclusion: This divorce and remarrying of Zaynab by Muhammad is breaking the commandment of Jesus in Mat 5:33. This after being guilty of breaking the same commandment with spiritual fornication. At this time is shall refrain from examining the love life of the prophet of Allah further. But it can be safely stated that more guilty verdict are presumably to be found when further examined. When we for instance only look at the possibility to marry for 1 or 3 days and divorce with uttering only one word this possibility opened up a door of “legitimised fornication” (Maybe by Allah’s standards but not by the standards of a covenant keeping YHWH) for an few days.

Commandment 8: No stealing. “And know that whatever ye take as spoils of war, lo! a fifth thereof is for Allah, and for the messenger and for the kinsman (who hath need) and orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, if ye believe in Allah and that which We revealed unto Our slave on the Day of Discrimination, the day when the two armies met. And Allah is Able to do all things.”338

Twenty percent of all war spoils (stolen goods) are to be given to Allah/Muhammad. “‘Apostle, order us to do some religious deeds that we may enter Paradise.’ The Prophet asked them, ‘Do you know what it means to believe in Allah Alone?’ They replied, ‘Allah and His Apostle know better.’ The Prophet said, ‘It means: 1. To testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and Muhammad is Allah’s Apostle. 2. To perform prayers perfectly. 3. To pay the Zakat obligatory tax. 4. To observe the Ramadhan fast. 5. And to pay one fifth of the booty taken in Allah’s Cause.’” 339

Observe that paying for booty (stolen goods) is even here part of the pillars of Islam. Submission to Allah, or Islam, was defined as: acknowledging Muhammad as the sole authority, bowing down, paying a tax, observing a pagan practice, and sharing the booty collected from terrorist raids. Muhammad made a lot of money of these taxations of stolen goods and property. It was even the goal from the outset as is written here: ‘This is Muhammad bin Abdallah, who claims that Allah has sent him as His Messenger with this religion and that the treasures of Chusroes and Caesar will be given to him by conquest.340

Why no mention of the divine plan? Why no mentioning of the spiritual goals. Why only stating two things: 1. The treasures of Chusroes and Caesar will be his and 2. It will be from conquest….. Ishaq tells about similar reasons: “When I was a merchant I came to Mecca during the hajj pilgrimage. While I was there a man came out to pray and stood facing the Ka’aba. Then a woman and a boy came out and stood praying with him. I asked, ‘What is their religion? It is something new to me.’ Abbas

said, ‘This is Muhammad who alleges that Allah has sent him with it so that the treasures of Chusroes and Caesar will be open to him. The woman is his wife Khadija who believes in him.’”341

What is the aim of Muhammad? Taking all the money of Caesar and Kai Khosroo, the Persian name of Khosrau II (Khosrow II, Chosroes II, or Xosrov II in classical sources, sometimes called Parvez, "the Ever Victorious" – (in Persian: ‫)پ روی ز خ سرو‬, was the twenty-second Sassanid King of Persia, reigning from 590 to 628. He was the son of Hormizd IV (reigned 579–590) and the grandson of Khosrau I (reigned 531–579). Tabari describes the man: “Excelling most of the other Persian kings in bravery, wisdom and forethought, and none matching him in military might and triumph, hoarding of treasures and good fortunes, hence the epithet Parviz, meaning victorious.”342

Muhammad was out for the money of Persia and Rome! Greed for money drove Muhammad (in part) we can conclude. The method to getting it was rallying a religious army to subdue the world and making sure that Muhammad gained 20 percent of all stolen property in the process. “The Prophet said, ‘Khosrau will be ruined, and there will be no Khosrau after him, and Caesar will surely be ruined and there will be no Caesar after him, and you will spend their treasures in Allah’s Cause [Jihad].’”343 “The Prophet said, ‘If you live long enough the treasures of Khosrau will be opened and taken as spoils. You will carry out handfuls of gold and silver.’”344

Muhammad the “prophet” of Islam promoting theft, robbery and war in religious disguise. Guilty on breaking commandment 8.

Commandment 9: No lying. “The disbelievers say, ‘This (Prophet Muhammad) is a sorcerer, a charlatan, a wizard telling lies.” 345 “The Prophet said, ‘If I take an oath and later find something else better than that, then I do what is better and expiate my oath.’”346

The Qurān is said to have been written in the language of Allah Arabic. Ishaq writes: “The Quraysh found in the corner a writing in Syriac. They could not understand it until a Jew read it for them. It read: ‘I am Allah the Lord of Mecca. I created it on the day that I created heaven and earth and formed the sun and moon.’”347

Apparently Allah wrote in Syriac. A language from which Arabic has evolved. So the language of Allah is not Arabic after all? In the Qurān there is a passage that speaks about Muhammad’s nightly journey to the farthest Mosque. “Glory to (Allah) who did take His Servant for a journey by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque, whose precincts We did bless, - in order that We might show him some of Our Signs: for He is the One Who heareth and seeth (all things)”348

Because the Farthest Mosque in Arabic is Masjid-ul-Aqsa and the Al Aqsa mosque and temple mount are greatly coveted by Muslims the following hadith was written down: Abdullah Yusuf Ali had to say the following on this issue: “The Farthest Mosque must refer to the site of the Temple of Solomon in Jerusalem on the hill of Moriah, at or near which stands the Dome of the Rock, called also the Mosque of Hadhrat Umar. This and the Mosque known as the Farthest Mosque (Masjid-ul-Aqsa) were completed by the Amir “And-ul-Malik in A. H. 68.”” (The Holy Qurān, Vol. 1, p. 693).

Muhammad died in 620 AD. The Brittanica Encyclopedia of World Religions states: “The Dome of the Rock was built between 685 and 691(by the CALIPH !Abd al-Malik ibn Marwen as a MASHHAD, a shrine for pilgrims modeled after Christian martyria. “349

This means either that Muhammad lied about having been to the (not yet build) Al Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem (in this case it is another proof of lying by Muhammad) OR when Muhammad did not mean Jerusalem the Hadith provide wrong information and the spiritual claims of Muslims to the temple area in Jerusalem evaporate like snow for the sun. So what is it? A lying Muhammad or an untruthful claim to Jerusalem? “That she heard Allah’s Apostle saying, “He who makes peace between the people by inventing good information or saying good things, is not a liar.””350

Another merciful acceptance of lying called takiya (taqiyyah, taqiyya) by Allah is stated in Surah 5:89 : “God will not punish you for a mistaken word in your oaths 351”

Many more examples could be given. For this multitude of reasons Muhammad is guilty of breaking the 9th commandment.

Commandment 10: No envying and lusting after other’s belongings. ‘You obey a stranger who encourages you to murder for booty. You are greedy men. Is there no honor among you?’352

Lusting after the wife Zaynab353 of Muhammad’s adopted son is also sinning (originally Zaid, Muhammad’s adopted son’s wife.) It’s breaking YHWH’s commandment: “Exo_20:17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife ”.

For this multitude of reasons Muhammad is guilty of breaking the 10th commandment. James the half-brother of Jesus of Nazareth wrote concerning the ten commandments: Jas 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. Jas 2:11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.

The prophet Ezekiel in the Old testament and the apostle Paul in the New testament both agree on the result of sinning by breaking the law of YHWH: Eze_18:20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. Rom_6:23 For the wages of sin is death;

Paul adds another few words to his statement that may save your life. It may save your life for it depends to YOUR reponse! It WILL save your life if you respond in the right way. Pauls wrote these Words In Rom 6:23 “but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Rom_6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

The Lord YHWH speaks today directly to you! “Accept my Son Jesus. Accept His offer (in your place) on the cross. Receive today the certainty of life eternal through the shed blood of Jesus My beloveth Son. Receive the Gift! Accept My offer of grace.“ Your reponse to His Words will determine your eternal destiny and will give you CERTAINTY that you HAVE eternal life. The apostle John wrote: Joh_17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. 1Jn_5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. Joh_3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

It is clear. You do not have to be uncertain about eternal life. We receive it from Jesus Christ. At the very moment we repent form our sins, ask forgiveness for them and ask Jesus to be Lord in our lives. One prayer. From a genuine hart is enough. Bow your knee to Him this day. And receive God’s love and guidance through His Holy Spirit in you. Ad. 2

Muhammad compared to Jesus Christ:

Although both Muhammad and Jesus (allegedly the prophet Isa) are present in the Qurān the two persons could not be more different. As a last statement of fact I want to compare the Biblical Jesus to Muhammad and see if we can learn anything from this. Subject Claims

When Muhammad heard from God through an angel he was terrified , uncertain, and wanted to commit suicide (Qurān 74:1-5). He even thought he was demon possessed.

Even more than the maximum of four for normal Muslims.

Jesus had the power to take life, but never did. He restored it. No one ever died in Jesus' presence God the father himself. Jesus had no wives. His bride is the church.

The human Muhammad, who himself declared that he was sinful, the man with blood on his hands rejoicing over the fact that all the treasures of the world befall on him, the warlord and guilty of breaking 9 out of 10 of God’s commandments in the most clear ways possible, is according to the Qurān an excellent model to follow. For it states:

How can breaking nearly all of YHWH’s commandments constitute an excellent example when at the same time Allah is supposed to be YHWH? This cannot be matched in any way shape or form. Allah is not YHWH (which I clearly proved in these courses) but Satan and therefor only one conclusion can be drawn. Muhammad has been a very excellent example of how to live for Satan. Compare Muhammad and Jesus and only one conclusion can be drawn. 1. After a life as the life of Jesus no man can give a greater glory to God. No life can outdo, has undone and will ever undo the perfect and holy standard of the life of Jesus. 2. Every unbeliever, Christian and Muslim should be able to understand the utterly different lives that where lived when comparing Muhammad to Jesus. 3. Everyone should be able to see that the life of Jesus glories God more than the life of Muhammad. 4. Every Muslim should be honest in observing his own questions with the life of the prophet Muhammad and him being an glorious example for the Muslims life. Is Jesus not a far better example? 5. If Muhammad is the seal of the prophets he is a disgrace trying to seal up an example as given by Jesus’ life with a life as lead by Muhammad. In short: clearly Jesus was and is greater than Muhammad ever was. Jesus whom even the Qurān calls the Messiah (the anointed one), who calls Him the Son of God! He and He alone was the final prophet! And He spoke to you and me about believing in Him alone to lead us to everlasting life. He said: Joh_14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Joh 8:23 And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world. Joh 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. Believe on Him……… Today!

Islamic escatology

Qurān: “It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces to the East and the West; but righteous is he who believeth in Allah and the Last Day and the angels and the Scripture and the prophets…”363

Clearly these five required beliefs are stressed here: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Belief in Allah. Belief in the Last Day. Belief in angels. Belief in the scripture. Belief in the prophets

While end times (-prophecy) is sometimes discussed it is very often totally ignored in the Christian churches (nor preached about). This is completely different from the Islamic faith where belief in the Last Days is commanded through this Surah. Central in the Islamic end times eschatology is the return of the Mahdi. Al-Mahdi means in Arabic something like “the Guided One.” Shi-ites call this “Mahdi Sahib Al-Zaman” or “Al-Mahdi al-Muntadhar”, meaning “the Lord of the Age” and “the Awaited Saviour.” The appearance is the first of the Major Signs Muslims are looking for. This is confirmed by Ibn Kathir, a renowned Muslim scholar from the fourteenth century: “After the lesser signs of the Hour appear and increase, mankind will have reached a stage of great suffering. Then the awaited Mahdi will appear; He is the first of the greater clear signs of the Hour. “

According to Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani, chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of America, “The coming of the Mahdi is established doctrine for both Sunni and Shi’a Muslims, and indeed for all humanity.”364 Where Jews and Christians are waiting for the Messiah to arrive/return also Muslims expect their Messiah to arrive. “A Concise Encyclopedia of Islam” describes the end times as follows: “Islamic views about the end of time, the Day of Judgment and the afterlife vary greatly, but most Muslims agree that prior to the Day of Judgment, the forces of evil, led by ad-Dajjal, the Deceiver or false Messiah, and Gog and Magog will clash with the forces of good, led by the Mahdıˆ and/or Jesus. This will be followed by a general judgment of all souls, the righteous going to Heaven and the evil going to torment in Hell.”365 “A number of political figures throughout history have made the claim to be the Mahdı, including Muhammad Ubayd Allah, the first Fatimid Caliph, Ibn Tumart, the founder of the Almohad movement, Shaykh Usuman dan Fodio of Sokoto, who established a jihad based Islamic rule in Nigeria, and Muhammad Ahmad b. Abdullah of the Sudan.”366

Apparently there are a lot of volunteers for the title Mahdi in the past of Islam and not all have been “rightly guided” to put it mildly. Muhammad has stated that the Mahdi would be of his family, of the descendants of Fatimah [Muhammad’s daughter]367 The expectations concerning the Mahdi are nowhere to be found in the Qurān. Nevertheless this is what Muslim expect the Mahdi to be: He will be the final caliph (vice regent and leader) of Muslims worldwide, a very devout Muslim and an unparalleled spiritual, political, and military world leader. He will emerge after a period of great turmoil and suffering upon the earth and will establish justice and righteousness throughout the world and eradicate tyranny and oppression. He will lead a world revolution and establish a new world order and he will lead military action against all those who oppose him. In this he will invade many countries and make a seven-year peace treaty with a Jew of priestly lineage. From the Bible we know a peace treaty (a covenant) with the many to be made by the antichrist! Dan_9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week

Could it be that if the Muslim Mahdi is the Biblical Anti-Christ this “Jew of priestly lineage” is either the prophet Isa also referred to as the false prophet in the Bible? He (the Mahdi) will conquer Israel for Islam and lead the “faithful Muslims” in a final slaughter/battle against Jews after which he will establish the new Islamic world headquarters from Jerusalem and will rule for seven years (possibly as much as eight or nine). The bible goes on to say: Dan 9:27 ……….. and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

The midst of the week will be the midst of the seven years that make up the seventieth week of Daniel. After three and a half year thus sacrifice and oblation will stop. And abominations make IT (de temple?) desolate. I put it to you that the Words of our God Jesus Christ have everything to do with this. He said: Luk_13:35 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

The house of Israel and the Temple where left desolate. The house of Israel because they knew not the day of their visitation. The temple because it was destroyed in 70 AD. And off course the disregard of the coming of Messiah and the destruction of the temple are closely related. Is it not true that in Rabbinical literature it is said that in the period between 32 AD en 70 AD the red/purple ribbon on Azazel (the scapegoat who was every year burdened with the sins of Israel en sent into the dessert) did not turn white anymore 368?

What we see here in the expectation of the Mahdi is a picture that resembles the Biblical “prince that shall come” . The lawless one369, the wicked370, the son of perdition371, the man of sin372 (just to name a few titles of him that is to come). Before summarising this let’s go on describing the Muslims Mahdi. He will cause Islam to be the only religion practiced on the earth and will appear riding a white horse (possibly symbolic). He will discover some previously undiscovered biblical manuscripts that he will use to argue with the Jews and cause some Jews to convert to Islam. Which is a interesting fact because one might ask how in the world a coming world leader will be able to gather Jews and Christians alike. He will also rediscover the Ark of the Covenant from the Sea of Galilee, which he will bring to Jerusalem and he will have supernatural power from Allah over the wind and the rain and crops. He will possess and distribute enormous amounts of wealth and will be loved by all the people of the earth. The Bible states that the Antichrist will be Satan’s primary human tool in the last days on earth. It refers to him as Antichrist only in 1 John 2:18 and in other names as: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9.

Just to name a few. Daniel 7 speaks about a fourth kingdom that causes great destruction on the whole earth. At first it contains 10 kings later these kings are replaced by one leader. This 11th king is the antiChrist. The kingdom contains at first 3 regions and later 10. This 10 nation empire is called the beast empire. The antichrist will come to rule the world in the last seven years before the return of Jesus. The last half of these seven years are called the great tribulation. In the midst of the seven years the antichrist will cause the abomination of desolation to stand at the holy place. Both the antichrist and the Mahdi are not only leaders of peoples but both are also religious leaders. Both the anti-Christ and the Mahdi are expected to make war against Jews and Christians and are to perform great miracles to deceive even believers if possible.

Likewise the Mahdi is said to attack Jerusalem and reconquer it for Islam in order to establish Islamic rule over the earth from Jerusalem: “[Armies carrying] black flags will come from Khurasan [Iran]. No power will be able to stop them and they will finally reach Eela [the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem] where they will erect their flags.”373

Both the antichrist and the Mahdi will make a 7 year peace treaty and are pictured as riding on a white horse. Revelation 6:1–2 “I watched as the Lamb [Jesus] opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, “Come!” I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.”

To sum up the afore mentioned we can conclude that many resemblances between the Mahdi and the Antichrist are perhaps more than coincidental. When we take in consideration what we saw in lessons 1 through 4 it may no longer be any wonder that the hope of Muslims (the Mahdi) is no one else but the worst person bible believing Christian await (when of course they are not raptured out of here before the beginning of the tribulation period). In my personal view the church will be raptured before the tribulation starts (pre trib rapture) and therefore no Christian should be out looking for the antichrist but we should await Jesus himself to come at this very moment for His bride. This however is at this moment beyond the scope of these lessons. The return of Jesus: After the Mahdi has made his presence, in Muslim eschatology, the prophet Isa (or Eesa) alMaseeh (the Messiah), allegedly Jesus, will return to the earth. Of course not as God for Muslims don’t believe He is God. What do they expect then? Muslims believe Jesus was taken out of the world while He had not finished his work here. At this moment he is in a suspended state and when he return Jesus will finish what he started. In the Muslim mind Isa who they equal with Jesus never died (not as a matter of fact and certainly not on the cross for our sins) but was taken out of this world alive. So when He returns He will comes and dies here! Before His death (a grave has already been dug in Medina for Him!) he will present himself as a devout Muslim. Jesus a devout Muslim? Awaiting a grave in Medina? How crazy can it get? We’ll find out…. His return will take place just outside Damascus374. “Isa will descend at the point of a white arcade, east of Damascus, dressed in yellow robes—his head anointed. He will then join the Mahdi in his war against the Dajjal. Isa, considered in Islam as a Muslim and one of God's messengers, will abide by the Islamic teachings. Eventually, Isa will slay the Dajjal, and then everyone from the People of the Book (ahl al-kitāb, referring to Jews and Christians) will believe in him. The Dajjal “the deceiver” (or Maseeh ad-Dajjal) was described as a plump, one-eyed man with a ruddy face and curly hair and the letters k-f-r (kufr—unbelief) on his forehead. A summary of end times events375 in the book “The Islamic Antichrist” equates (in chapter 18) the Muslim Jesus with the false prophet and The Muslim Mahdi with the Anti-Christ. Also in his book “Endtimes, Israel and Islam” drs Jan van Barneveld comes to this conclusion. In light of what I wrote before I tend to agree with them! Maseeh ad-Dajjal then must be a contrived character invented to deceive us into thinking that Al Mahdi is the good guy. And of course who better to use as a picture of the Dajjal as a Jew. It of course further demonises the Jews. Why, we could ask, is there uncertainty in Islam about the role of the Mahdi and the role of the prophet Isa? When Al Mahdi is the anti-Christ and Isa is the false prophet, it is Biblical to know these two are in collusion together and strive towards the same end. Let’s analyse if the goal towards the anti-Christ and false prophet strive and he goal that Al Mahdi and Isa strive for are somewhat identical. Goal of Al Mahdi and Isa: Jesus (Isa) will return to over-throw al-Dajjal in the battle of 'Aqabat Afiq' in Syria, or at the Lud gate in Jerusalem according to another account. Jesus will "kill all pigs, break all crosses and abolish the unbelievers tax (Jizya)", confirming Islam as the only true religion. It might even be inferred from this that after this action of Isa there will be no unbelievers left to pay tax. This pivotal passage in the Hadith (“that illuminates the Qurān” ) is found here: Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until the son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) descends amongst you as a just ruler, he will break the cross, kill the pigs, and abolish the Jizya tax. Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it (as charitable gifts).376

An observation on my part: The Q&A attempts to turn the meaning of killing pigs into something other than killing the Jews (for it simply states that it does not mean “he will kill every pig” himself but maybe a few of them) tiptoeing around the question “what or who are these pigs?”. And another point to ponder about is that no Muslim may touch a real pig……How can the best of Muslims, the perfect Muslim Isa kill a pig (even only one) himself? Would this not render him unclean? May I assess that the passage speaks about cancelling the tax for non muslims. It seems to me this clearly states that the passage is speaking about non muslims. Christians and Jews alike. For as we all know. Real pigs don’t pay taxes. I further recognised that the question AND the answer does not speak about “abolish the Jizya tax “ . Killing pig can be another allegory. It may be also pointing to Jews, because according to the Qur'an; Jews were once turned into apes and pigs (Qur'an 5:60). Many Muslims today consider Jews as descendants of apes and pigs. Moreover, Muhammad’s utter hatred for Jews would have forced him to label Jews as pigs and he satisfies himself in saying “Jesus will descend prior to resurrection day to kill all Jews” More remarkable here is Muhammad's ignorance of other religions that would endure until the resurrection day. His mind's eye limited to Judaism and Christianity only. For him, pagans were all defeated in the Arabian land, but he doesn’t seem to be aware of the polytheistic religions that were still in practice all over the world apart from the Arabian Peninsula.

For a holy Spirit filled Christian this is a passage (and also commentary!) that sets off all major warning signs! It cannot be true (EVER!) that Jesus will return to earth with the intend to kill all Christians and Jews and undo His work on the cross. This is pure evil and demonic in its most pure form. To me this (in addition to denying Jesus being God, denying the Trinity and denying the atoning work of Jesus on the cross) is a smoking gun and final revealing fact that proves (beyond a shadow of a doubt) that Islam is pure evil to its core and dressed up in religious evil spirit with only one goal to provide zealous people with a false religion. For in Satan’s mind everything is better than worshipping YAH-SHUA. YHWH saves, Jesus the Christ, the Messiah of Israel and the saviour of the world, the Son of God and God the Son! HALLELUYAH! Back to more doctrines of devils (1 Tim 4:1): After 40 years Jesus will die (some say after having been married for 19 years) and be buried next to Muhammad in Medina (Islam teaches that Jesus didn't die in A.D. 33 but has been in a state of "suspended animation" since). This will be followed by an "eruption of fire in Eden". “People will flee from him [the Mahdi] as sheep flee from the shepherd. Later, people will begin to look for a purifier. But since they can find none to help them but him, they will begin to run to him.”377 Since when do sheep flee from the shepherd? Didn’t Jesus say: Joh_10:14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

Why would the world flee from this evil shepherd? Perhaps because he has come to kill them? Them being Christians and Jews primarily. Israel will be eternally destroyed is the strived for goal of Al Mahdi. The earth will be in submission to Islam and Jerusalem will be conquered and be used for a place form which this submission will take place. The very place from which Jesus will start His millennial rain in the Bible. The Bibles states clearly that many Christ will come and try to deceive if possible the elect378 379. After this seaming endless score of false Christs, prophets and deceivers the anti-Christ appears. Which finally is being taken care of by our Lord Jesus Christ Himself. It seems to me that the Islamic version of this biblical story has been twisted to fit a demonic agenda snugly. I propose that the eschatological view of Muslims originates form Satan and therefore he wants maximum deception.

The deception I see is that Muslim eschatology focusses on the false Christs and false prophets (even calling one of them Al Dajjal) with the clear intension to make the Biblical anti-Christ appear to be the Muslim saviour of the World. But the biblical record doesn’t stop there! Is short Islam follows the biblical prophecies (because if they don’t people will deny the supposed divine origin of the Qurān immediately) but stops just before the final truth COULD and WOULD be revealed. Of course Satan has no reason to reveal his final demise so…….. The story ends in the middle of the sentence with the victory of the antichrist. The victory of Al Mahdi. In the process Muhammad/Allah had to pervert the name of Jesus and his identity to do so. But this fits the method of operation the deceiver has used from the beginning. The father of lies has not changed. His final destination has not changed either: Mat_25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into

everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels Final conclusion: In this course I have shown adequately that the origin of Allah is pagan idolatry. Is has been shown that although Islam shows it’s prettiest face to the outside world the prophet himself, the Qurān and Hadith provides scores of evidence of demonic influences. Even their eschatological views reveal their true nature. Allah, Islam, the Qurān and Hadith originates directly from the pit of hell and are all together and completely to be rejected by Jews and Christians as well as everybody that wants to stand straight for a loving and Holy God that yearns for the return for the lost sheep. The sheep of the house of Israel but also the “other sheep” Jesus mentioned. Joh_10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. How then should we move forward? Let’s speak the truth to Muslims in love and (with Gods Spirit working in their lives) save them for this deception. Let’s not be reckless in this effort nonetheless. We are talking (specifically in the case of Islam) about a major demonic powerhouse (prince of the kingdom of Persia and his master Satan himself with whom even the archangel Michael wrestled for three weeks) in which we are only safe when covered by prayer and even more important the blood of the Lamb our Lord Jesus Christ. We should not attempt to bring down Islam on our own. It will not work. 1Pe 3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear Let us return to the Lord in fear. Sanctify our Lord in our hearts and stand ready. Let us put on the full armour of God and stand as God’s people together as one body of our Lord and be ready to be used as spiritual building stones. And let’s not forget that:
