No refund or exchange on tickets. Children under the age of three will not be admitted to the Main Auditorium, Studio or Grand Hall, except to productions specifically aimed at children. Care should be taken with ‘Unreserved Seating’ and ‘Standing’ tickets as replacements cannot be issued.
