Conclusions HOMER opened hundreds of public datasets enhancing digital transparency and promoting the open data culture across the Mediterranean: the â&#x20AC;&#x153;openedâ&#x20AC;? PSI are federated, setting up the basis for a transnational Open Data Federation. The Homer Federation is potentially open to future accession of other Partners beyond the project. Those who wish to expose their open data catalogues within the HOMER Federation have the opportunity to aggregate their respective and complementary competencies in order to maximize advantages and effects of a common federated index. The 2nd volume of the ONE Conference Book of Proceedings is prepared by EPMA with authorised inputs of experts as a supportive output of the ONE project (Observatory Network to Enhance ICT Structural Funds Absorption), www.oneproject.eu, co-funded by the INTERREG IVC programme of the EU. The publication puts forth an overview of different initiatives of EU regions and cities in mainstreaming digital benefits, in developing ICT observatories and using ICT for better service provision.
