fter much hard work and organization, we are proud to say that our company has achieved ownership of four movies. We are also pleased to have co-produced and filmed all four of the movies. Our company and its partner together screened our film “Blue Family� at the Cannes Film Market.
We have been successful in securing a distribution arrangement with Shoreline Entertainment which guarantees us the generous amount of eight hundred thousand dollars after sales are secured. Shoreline Entertainment has served as an integral asset in promoting the movie and arranging marketing and distribution aspects. They also provided financial assistance to make our endeavor possible. Due to the assistance that we have received from them, over forty companies in Cannes have expressed interest in our production. With so many companies already expressing interest in just one location, the possibilities seem limitless. Our film company’s abilities

ur company has partnered with another successful production company, “Golden Ceiba Productions,” during the production of two of the films. Between the two companies we were able to cover 70% of hard and below-the-line costs and the costs of the main equipment required for production and post-production. Joshua Dixon is a cinematographer and producer. Guillermo Ivan, one of the partners in Golden Ceiba Productions, is a popular director and actor in Latin America. His business partner, Chris Marquez, is also an actor and producer our films. Guillermo has successfully directed multiple movies, including his film “Bole Trapo”(Theatre Release) and he plays the role of the bomber in the movie “Vantage Point” which also stars Dennis Quaid, Forest Whitaker, Matthew Fox, and Bruce McGill. We have been successful in acquiring and securing many necessary relationships that make it possible to produce movies at a cost that is substantially lower than any other companies. Each of our films have been created and finished for less than a hundred thousand dollars.

ur two companies also have two other scripts that are ready to move into preproduction. We wish to complete some of the other films before beginning new projects.
One of these movies, “Redemption”, is being assisted by a major movie company, VS Services, who has also invested in this venture. VS Services is located in Bangkok, Thailand. Because of this we have an unlimited selection of grip and lighting equipment, camera and lenses, wardrobe and make-up trailers, and local production service assistance at our disposal at no cost as it is included in the investment amount. They will also be providing our company with all necessary work permits and visa assistance as well as an all local crew. V.S. Services currently employs near 70 full time staff, and the majority of the staff is film crew. Their company is thirty years old and has participated in the production of all of the major films that have been made in Thailand as well as in southeast Asia. Some of the movies that V.S. Services boasts involvement in are as follows: The Hangover 2, Good Morning Vietnam, James Bond, Star Wars, The Beach, and Bangkok Dangerous. They have also been involved in the production of many other notable films. Joshua Dixon has personally invested countless time and energy into building a strong relationship with V.S. Services. Having worked with them, renting our camera equipment to them (for sub-rentals), and have acted as a field producer for them regarding many projects and clients he has brought to Thailand. Thailand has a great advantage in the film industry. Because of that, Joshua has invested much of his personal time and finances working in Thailand. Having obtained a second residence there and as of this year, and also a work permit and work visa for Thailand. One of Joshua’s greatest assets is learning “working” Thai language, used for communication on set with a Thai film crew. We have positioned our company in such a manner that we are able to easily work globally with filmmakers to produce excellent movies. Our company is only interested in producing the best quality movies and while we keep production costs as low as possible, every single movie of ours has a production value greatly exceeding several million dollars! We have figured out and developed a film production model that allows us to obtain the great quality of million dollar budgets without spending millions of dollars.
